研究了甲烷氧化偶联制乙烯反应从30ml催化剂装量放大到200ml催化剂时,催化剂粒径、床层高度、反应器管形、管径及催化床层底部与加热炉出口位置等对C2选择性和C2烃收率的影响。得出在100mm的石英反应床中,当催化剂粒度为20~30目(1.0~0.63mm),床层高度约25mm,甲烷与氧混合气由反应管上方进入,催化剂床层底部离反应管加热出口约20mm时,在最佳反应条件下,催化剂装量由30ml放大到200ml的结果基本一致。  相似文献

This paper presents a mathematical and numerical model developed for coupling the various physical phenomena (electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical) taking place in axisymmetrical induction heating processes. All three electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical models are time dependent and take full account of the electromagnetic and thermal non‐linear effect especially with magnetic materials. The electromagnetic problem is discretized and solved in the workpiece, air and inductors. The heat transfer equation and the mechanical equilibrium equations are solved in the workpiece only, both using a finite element method. The mechanical model can take into account thermoelastic–plastic behaviour for the part. The model has been successfully applied to several cases of induction heating. 针对高产气藏储层特征,建立起气藏水平井非稳态产能预测模型,对高产气藏的产能进行分析和预测.实例分析表明,通过该模型形成的基于气藏与井筒耦合作用的非稳态产能预测新方法,对于单井产能预测具有优越性、长远性和实用性.该方法可直接利用不稳定压力测试成果进行预测,还可通过生产动态资料拟合来确定地层参数和预测,也可用来研究不同工作制度、完井方式,以及增产措施改善情况下的产能变化,为衰竭式开采的气藏工程研究提供了先进的手段.  相似文献

提出利用隧道结实现带间耦合再生多有源区大光腔大功率的半导体激光器。该激光器能够在小的电流下输出大的光功率;同时可以使出光端面成倍增加,减少了端面光密度,克服端面灾变性毁坏(COD)。由于耦合形成大光腔,提高了光输出的质量。制备4个有源区带间耦合大功率980nm半导体激光器。在2A注入电流下输出功率5W,阈值电流172mA,斜率效率3.24w/a,阈值电流密度273A/cm^2。  相似文献

Preliminary results of an investigation focused on the influence of electrokinetic treatment on the mechanical and hydraulic behaviour of clayey soils are presented. The experimental programme aims at providing a contribution to the sustainability of contaminant extraction or containment via electroosmosis. Changes in the hydraulic and mechanical properties of two illitic clayey soils, subjected to a DC electric field, were investigated. Samples of the two soils were subjected to electrokinetic filtration, for different periods of time, and under different constant loads. Afterwards, they were tested under one-dimensional compression to detect changes in stiffness and hydraulic conductivity due to the electrical treatment. After the application of a DC field for a few hours, a small reversible increment in the average soil stiffness was observed, with respect to the untreated soil, while the hydraulic conductivity was not affected substantially. Dramatic changes of the mechanical and hydraulic soil properties, correlated to changes of the soil pH, were observed following non-conditioned electrokinetic treatment with duration of the order of days.  相似文献

In this article, results are presented of annual simulations of a decentralized (regional) plant for the power and heat supply of a residential complex. This complex consists of four houses with 40 flats all in all. The annual power consumption of the complex is 157 MWh and the heat requirement is 325 MWh. The concrete dynamics of the energy demands over the year is taken into consideration. The energy supply system is composed of a power-controlled combined heat and power (CHP) plant (55 kW), a photovoltaic plant (PV array or PV plant) array for power generation as well as a field of solar thermal collectors with a short-term accumulator for water heating and a long-term accumulator for supplying heat for domestic heating purposes. Simulation results demonstrate that synergetic effects result from the combination of a CHP plant with wind power and PV plants of varying sizes, which have an effect on the cost effectiveness of the plant as a whole with the different dynamics of energy sources (wind and solar energies) and of the consumption of power and heat being the decisive factors. The power deficits of wind power and PV plants are compensated through the application of a natural gas-operated CHP plant. In almost all variants, the demand for fossil energy carriers is distinctly less than in conventional energy supply plants.  相似文献

High molecular weight, high functionality diamino telechelic polybutadienes (TPBs) were synthesized by ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) of 1,5-cyclooctadiene (COD) in the presence of a chain transfer agent, 1,8-dicyano-4-octene, followed by lithium aluminum hydride reduction. Melt coupling of diamino TPB with anhydride-terminated polystyrene (PS-anh) resulted in the formation of styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) triblock copolymers; ca. 80% maximum conversion of PS-anh was achieved within 30 s. The results from SAXS, TEM, and rheological measurements of the coupling products confirmed the formation of SBS triblock copolymers having lamellar morphology. A fluorescent-labeled PS-anh was used to study the coupling kinetics by diluting the reactants by the addition of non-functional PS.  相似文献

Pseudobinary alloy, Tb0·27Dy0·73Fe2−δ , belonging to C-15 cubic Laves phase having MgCu2-type structure, possesses large magnetostriction and high magnetomechanical coupling coefficient. The advantages of this material over existing piezoelectric materials, particularly for SONAR applications, are highlighted. Recent results on the influence of cobalt (Co) on magnetic and magnetomechanical properties of Tb0·27Dy0·73Fe2 are discussed.  相似文献
