忠诚实践"三个代表"重要思想 推动安全生产工作的全面创新和发展(摘要)

对2003年上半年安全生产工作的进展作了论述，强调了学习实践“三个代表”重要思想，强化对安全生产的使命感、责任感和紧迫感，并要求在“三个代表”重要思想的指导下，推动安全生产的全面创新，提出了加大力度、狠抓落实、确保全年工作目标的完成。     

Attachment to the therapist.

This study examines the ways in which therapists function as attachment figures for patients. Patients in long-term psychoanalytic therapy answered questionnaires about their feelings about their therapists and their closest personal relationships. Components of attachment prominent in the therapeutic relationships were looking up to the therapist and feeling the therapist was responsive to emotional needs. Stronger attachment to therapists was associated with greater frequency and duration of therapy, a stronger working alliance, and greater security of the patients' attachment style, as well as with the gender of the patient and therapist. Using attachment theory to understand psychoanalytic relationships emphasizes the unique importance of a therapist to a patient and can offer new perspectives on both therapeutic and attachment processes. 以国标GB1.7为指导编制“变流器包装”企业标准

介绍了某企业在变流器包装的设计和制定其企业标准的过程中执行ＧＢ１．７（标准工作导则）的情况，论述了在充分考虑产品特点和流通环境条件下，企标增补的内容，这些内容是对变流器包装有关标准的深化和创新。新企标不仅注重标准深度，而且考虑标准广度方面的拓展，代表了当前较好的生产水平，可作为生产过程中控制质量，评价和检验质量的依据。     

电分标准工作曲线的推导与实践研究

本文根据人眼视觉特性、孟塞尔方程及彩色复制理论,并结合实际工艺路线和工艺条件,推导出标准阶调复制曲线和标准电分工作曲线。它与德国Hell公司所绘的电分标准工作曲线基本一致。并做到了各工序有数据,有质量标准,使平印制版做到有规可循。

本文通过对在用钻机井架的现场实际测试,建立数据库、测评模型,对实测的数据用计算机技术进行分析,提出了初始弯曲应力;数据正态分布检验——x～2检验;建立回归方程;在给定置信度下测评当前承载能力的技术概念。解决了在用钻机A型井架的安全性评估问题,是一种较为合理、可靠、科学的测评技术和方法。     

Contributions of source and inhibitory mechanisms to age-related retroactive interference in verbal working memory.

Determining contributions of source-monitoring and inhibitory function to age-related forgetting has been an elusive goal for cognitive theorists. Five studies used a verbal working memory paradigm to examine mechanisms accounting for disproportionate retroactive interference (RI) experienced with adult aging. Participants distinguished studied target-word pairs from interfering pairs that were read aloud. Source-monitoring and inhibitory task components varied through manipulations of response requirements. RI effects were primarily due to source-monitoring failures rather than to inhibitory failures. Removing both source and inhibitory components eliminated age differences in RI. When source monitoring was emphasized, RI continued to be observed in all age groups but disproportionately for older adults. Process dissociation analyses of memory found recollection decreases and familiarity increases consistent with source failures. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

高速线材轧制用硬质合金轧辊的质量控制

通过对高速线材轧制用硬质合金轧辊 (轧槽 )失效机理的分析 ,提出了高速线材轧制用硬质合金轧辊质量控制的基本方法 ,认为轧辊质量控制的关键在于轧辊材料设计、生产工艺过程控制、轧制过程、轧机工况、轧辊储运装卸以及轧制环境因素的控制 ,并建议尽早制订相关的材料和产品质量标准。     

低压宽温高频铝电解电容器工作电解液

在传统的己二酸铵/乙二醇加水体系中,通过增加水的含量实现高电导率,同时在电解液中添加多种有机高分子物质形成复合添加剂,改善工作电解液的高温稳定性,使电容器上限工作温度扩展到105℃,形成高频宽温低阻抗工作电解液。     

合山电厂3个机组主厂房定向爆破拆除

介绍了广西合山电厂 1#～3# 机组主厂房定向爆破设计与施工.该工程不仅规模大、环境十分复杂、工期紧、难度高、风险性极强,最大特点是拆除发电设备与爆破同步进行施工.     

低渗透油藏超短周期间歇注水方式研究

大港油田南区低渗透油藏两相共渗区窄，注水开发短期内含水上升迅速，根据间歇注水理论，并借鉴国内外油田的实验经验，1998年在舍女寺油田女20、女34区块开展超短周期（周期0．5－5d)间歇注水试验。总结不同注水周期和频率及油并不同含水级别对其效果的影响。认为超短周期间歇注水可改善油层动用状况，对中、低含水受益油井之注水井有较好的适用性，为低渗透油藏注水开发提出了一种经济有效的方法。图1参（王学立摘）。
