基于小波的全局多源遥感图像信息融合方法

提出的图像信息融合方法用于解决传统方法在空间分辨率等方面的不足。原始图像经过小波变换，分解成子图像，再进行分块处理，高、低分辨率图像根据全局方差准则分别计算融合的权值系数，进行图像融合重建，然后，对图像采用全局法进行信息融合，实验表明，方法切实可行，能使低分辨率图像接近于高分辨率图像。     

The Social Risk Hypothesis of Depressed Mood: Evolutionary, Psychosocial, and Neurobiological Perspectives.

The authors hypothesize that depressed states evolved to minimize risk in social interactions in which individuals perceive that the ratio of their social value to others, and their social burden on others, is at a critically low level. When this ratio reaches a point where social value and social burden are approaching equivalence, the individual is in danger of exclusion from social contexts that, over the course of evolution, have been critical to fitness. Many features of depressed states can be understood in relation to mechanisms that reduce social risk in such circumstances, including (a) hyper-sensitivity to signals of social threat from others, (b) sending signals to others that reduce social risks, and (c) inhibiting risk-seeking (e.g., confident, acquisitive) behaviors. 浅析当前环境下国有资产的现状和管理对策

改革开放使中国经济实现了持续高速的发展。然而,随着改革的不断深入,国有资产面临着在新经济环境下的角色转换,在此过程中由于各种原因每年有数百亿元的国有资产流失,所以,国有资产的保值增值成为现阶段乃至将来一段时间我国政府的重大经济课题。本文对国有资产的历史和现状进行了分析并从多角度提出了一些管理方面的看法。     

“Technically Unavoidable” in Terms of Genetically Modified Organisms – an Approach for Food Control

In case of findings of authorized genetically modified (gm) plant ingredients below the 0.9 per cent threshold, exceptions from labelling requirements according to regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 can only be made, “provided that this presence is adventitious or technically unavoidable”. The authors describe factors that should be considered regarding contaminations by gm plant ingredients as technically unavoidable or not. A practical approach for interpretation, taking into account quality control measures and documentation as well as present findings in comparable products is proposed. 西安脉冲堆计算值和实测结果分析

介绍了西安脉冲堆堆芯布置、计算模型和程序以及计算值与实验测量结果分析。西安脉冲堆在满功率（2MW）下连续运行了72小时，证明西安脉冲堆整个系统和设备是良好的、安全可靠的。根据西安脉冲堆计算值与测量值的比较，证明计算程序可靠，具有较高精度。西安脉冲堆理论计算值与实验测量值符合较好，完全满足工程设计要求，实验测量结果达到了设计指标的要求。     

推进波作用下的底泥起动

在介绍推进波作用下底泥起动特点的基础上，将上层水体作为粘性流体，底泥作为粘弹性体，推导了推进波作用下泥床面剪应力的表达式，并根据试验结果，给出了推进波作用下底泥起动时的床面剪应力与底泥流变参数的关系。

黑色转化膜技术是目前较为先进的钢铁表面处理技术 ,本文试验研究了一种新工艺 ,提出了TB值的概念 ,通过控制TB值即可控制处理液的质量 ,获得性能优良的转化膜。此工艺性能可靠 ,可操作性强 ,并可应用于激光热处理前的预处理。

本文给出自动剔除虚假点并使用合理值加以替代的方法。     

全双极WTA模型的改进及其实现

提出了一种相似度的新定义，使双极ＷＡＴ模型的实现更加简洁明了。增加一个阈值使系统能判别非存储模式或因其信息量过低而无法鉴定的输入模式，阈值的大小与要求的容错能力有关。双极相似度及阈值通过光学方法实现。阈值的光学实现使系统仍具有照明不变性。通过电路实现取及ＷＴＡ网络的迭代运算。
