This study was to compare theoretical calculation and practical measurement structure response of asphalt pavement. Analysis of the pavement layer moduli was determined from a Back-calculation of Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) data and the measured stiffness moduli of asphalt layer cores. The pavement response was calculated using a theoretical model and the measured strain response at the bottom different layers. Layered elastic theory was used to back-calculate the layer moduli and three different theory models were used to forward calculate the strain and deflection. The models were: Layered Elastic Theory (LET), the Method of Equivalent Thicknesses (MET) with linear elastic and the Finite Element Method (FEM) where asphalt layer may be viscoelastic. The results showed that the calculation structure response from FEM was consistent with measured results.  相似文献

雅克拉凝析气田位于新疆阿克苏境内,2005年11月29日建成投运的260×104m3/d雅克拉集气处理站是目前中石化最大的高压凝析气处理装置。该站的高压分子筛脱水工艺为两塔流程,采用差压再生(吸附压力5.9 MPa、再生压力2.8 MPa)、再生气自动回收工艺技术,并采用时序控制程序自动切换,具有工艺简单可靠、自动化程度高、热能利用率高、脱水露点深度高、操作维护简单、投资较少、运行成本低等优点,自建成投产以来运行稳定,效果十分显著。该工艺装置的成功应用,对类似脱水装置设计、操作具有一定参考价值。  相似文献

This paper describes a load dispatch method which minimizes power cost—[fuel cost]/[electric output]—for a power system with thermal plants and energy storage facilities. The proposed method employs fractional programming to convert a minimization problem with fractional objective function to a series of quadratic minimization problems, and semidefinite programming to solve converted problems. The method provides the optimum time‐dependent power output/input and storage level of energy storage facilities as well as time‐dependent power output of thermal plants. The method has been applied to a power system with five thermal plants, two energy storage facilities of various performances, and five load demands. The optimum load scheme of four time mesh points is obtained for the thermal plants and energy storage facilities. The fractional programming successfully converges the optimal scheme through a few iterations. The conceptual study on the accelerator driven system (ADS) that lasted for about five years ended in 1999 in China. As one project of the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) in the energy domain, which is sponsored by the China Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), a five-year-program of fundamental research of ADS physics and related technology was launched in 2000 and passed national review at the end of 2005. The China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE), the Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP), the Institute of Heavy Ion Physics in Peking University (PKU-IHIP) and other institutions jointly carried out the research. The research activities were focused on HPPA physics and technology, reactor physics of external source driven sub-critical assembly, nuclear data base and material study. For HPPA, a high current injector consisting of an ECR ion source, LEBT and an RFQ accelerating structure of 3.5 MeV was built. In reactor physics study, a series of neutron multiplication experimental study has been carried out and still being done. The VENUS facility has been constructed as the basic experimental platform for neutronics study in ADS blanket. It’s a zero power sub-critical neutron multiplying assembly driven by external neutron produced by a pulsed neutron generator. The theoretical, experimental and simulation study on nuclear data, material properties and nuclear fuel circulation related to ADS is carrying on to provide the database for ADS system analysis. In a complex social, political, economic, technological, and/or environmental context, corporate, military, government, and other organizations are often faced with collective decision-making situations. The rationale for group decision exercises is that the judgment of many will usually prove superior to the judgment of one. However, it has been shown that collective decision exercises are often highly dependent on matters of perspective, values and opinion, all of which - being essentially subjective in nature - are beyond the reach of existing formal decision technology. Furthermore, it can be expected that many collective decision exercises - particularly those of strategic import - will not lend themselves to the quantitative analysis instruments that have long dominated the management and decision science repertoire. This does not, however, mean that they must remain entirely and forever outside the bounds of scientific rationality. The ordering protocols which are currently available do not have enough technical mechanics to be relied upon to bring us to any satisfying resolution of a priori disputation. Hence, we propose an a priori ordering reference model that might support consensus-building in a multiple stakeholders context. In order to detect whether the subjective arguments are products of proper reasons or merely instances of raw rhetoric and to suggest how any logical or syntactical flaws might best be repaired, we propose logical ordering facilities and protocols for integrating procedural and instrumental provisions for a group-decision process with two lines of technical innovation: the superimpositional ordering function and the logical ordering support facilities.  相似文献

针对混浊水环境下对海洋平台管节点焊缝和坝体裂纹检测和监测不易实现的难点,研制了一种基于轴对称射流的混浊水用清水视觉器,其基本原理是在适当区域中,造成一定体积的清水视域并用CCD对目标进行观测.在污水射流浓度分布理论的基础上,推导了静止混浊水中自由清水射流起始段与主体段中的混浊水浓度分布规律,并通过试验对射流的可视域进行了验证.试验表明,这种混浊水用清水视觉器能够在混浊水中造出一定体积的可视域,应用CCD能够对可视域中目标进行观测,其可视域的尺度与射流出口尺寸有关.  相似文献

EPCglobal组织发布的第二代超高频射频识别空中接口协议EPC-C1G2协议可同时识别多个标签,该协议采用时槽ALOHA算法来解决多标签识别时产生的碰撞问题。文章首先介绍了EPC-C1G2协议多标签碰撞解决所需的参数和命令,指出协议中的Q值决定了解决碰撞时所用的时槽数。时槽数越多,标签越不容易碰撞,但识别时间越长,因此,恰当地选择Q值可以在标签识别时间和识别标签数之间找到最佳点。文中同时给出了一种动态Q值算法,该算法可根据标签碰撞解决的实际情况动态调整Q值,使标签识别更高效。文章最后对这种多标签识别流程的性能进行了仿真分析。  相似文献

感知哈希能有效地区分不同内容的图像,常用于检测盗版或重复的图像内容鉴别应用中.针对已有的对感知哈希的图像内容鉴别应用研究主要集中在算法设计上,缺少对其性能评价的理论方法的问题,提出从理论上评价内容鉴别性能的方法.该方法基于一类图像感知哈希算法的抗碰撞特性建立了内容鉴别的判定模型,并定义内容鉴别的性能公式,最后推导出统计学上的函数作为性能评价指标.实验结果表明,文中方法能很好地估计感知哈希在内容鉴别应用中的性能.  相似文献

为减缓大坝阻隔对鱼类洄游的不利影响,水电工程需要建设有效的过鱼设施疏通其洄游通道。高寒区高坝大库工程过鱼设施建设是一个极其复杂的技术问题,目前国内类似工程尚无成功运用经验。实际过鱼设施内流场条件十分复杂,会产生不利于鱼类上溯的水流形态。基于此原因,对某水电站工程坝下尾水流场进行了数值模拟。研究表明,在机组运行时,电站尾水渠左右两侧发电尾水主流的边缘是明显具有流速梯度分布的区域,符合鱼类聚集的水流特征,具备布置鱼道进口条件。这样可根据尾水位的变化开启两侧不同进口诱鱼,且在机组停运时,可开启左侧进口诱鱼。  相似文献
