经过一系列分析、试验后得出Ｃｒ１２标牌由于钢内夹杂物的影响及组织中碳化物带状分布严重致使韧性下降，冲击崩裂。     

Electron-beam doping-electron radiation effects in impurity overlayers and semiconductor substrates

3-9 MeV electrons were used to introduce impurity Ge atoms into Si wafers from Ge sheets, which are in contact with a Si surface at 20-60‡C in water bath. Concentration-dependent diffusivities of ∼10-18-10^-14 cm²sec^-1 for Ge in Si were measured. Activation energies of sputtering yield for Ge and of the diffusivity of Ge in Si are estimated to be ∼0.3 eV and ∼0.58 eV, respectively. In a case of hot (∼250‡C) irradiation in ∼1x10^-3 Torr vacuum, also the similar concentration profiles of impurity atoms in the substrates were observed.

文章分析了梳针型主分梳辊的结构特点及性能,介绍了试验情况及相应的试验结果。结果表明：采用梳针型主分梳辊的FA116型清棉机其成纱质量全面提高,尤其以条干CVb、细节（-50%）改善最为明显。     

Deep levels in superlattices

The physics governing deep levels in superlattices and quantum wells is elucidated, with emphasis on the importance of shallow-deep transitions caused by a band edge passing through a deep level, and the accompanying change in doping character of the impurity.

An equation of state for isobutane-isopentane mixtures with corrections for impurities

A global Helmholtz function accurately representing the thermodynamic properties of isobutane-isopentane mixtures over a wide range of temperatures and pressures has been developed. The Helmholtz function has been used for the generation by computer of tables and charts of properties of interest to designers of power cycles. This Helmholtz function has also been extended to allow for additional components in the mixture, thus enabling the accurate calculation of corrections to the thermodynamic properties when impurities are present in significant amounts.Paper presented at the Ninth Symposium on Thermophysical Properties, June 24–27, 1985, Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A.

P204-HCl体系捞钕除杂工业实验

利用 2 0 0升 18级萃取槽 ,在连续运转 2 4小时的情况下 ,能够除掉氯化钕溶液中的非稀土杂质 ,同时稀土杂质含量也大大降低。     

粗硫酸镍脱除钙镁的工艺研究

研究了用化学沉淀法脱除粗硫酸镍中的Ｃａ、Ｍｇ。实验表明，络合沉淀剂是一种效果较好的沉淀剂，在６０℃、ＰＨ值在３．０－６．０之间、用量系数为１．５、反应时间１ｈ以上时，其脱除Ｃａ、Ｍｇ的效果良好，能达到电池用酸镍标准。
