Organic luminescent materials with the ability to reversibly switch the luminescence when subjected to external stimuli have attracted considerable interest in recent years. However, the examples of luminescent materials that exhibit multiresponsive properties are rarely reported. In this work, a new stimuli‐responsive dye P1 is designed and synthesized with two identical chromophores of naphthalimide, one at each side of an amidoamine‐based spacer. This amide‐rich molecule offers many possibilities for forming intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen bond interactions. Particularly, P1 has an intrinsic property of cocrystallizing with methanol. Compared with the pristine P1 sample, the as‐prepared two‐component cocrystalline material displays an exceptive deep‐blue emission, which is extremely rare among naphthalimide‐based molecules in the solid state. Furthermore, the target material exhibits an obvious mechanochromic fluorescent behavior and a large spectral shift under force stimuli. On the other hand, the cocrystalline material shows an unusual “turn off” thermochromic luminescence accompanied by solvent evaporation. Moreover, using external stimuli to reversibly manipulate fluorescent quantum yields is rarely reported to date. The results demonstrate the feasibility of a new design strategy for solid‐state luminescence switching materials: the incorporation of solvents into organic compounds by cocrystallization to obtain a crystalline state luminescence system.  相似文献

目的 探究不同处理对贮藏0~60 d期间蓝靛果实贮藏品质及活性氧(ROS)代谢的影响,为蓝靛果贮藏保鲜提供技术依据。方法 以蓝靛果为实验材料,采后将其装入保鲜箱中,用1−甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)、乙烯吸收剂(EA)、1-MCP+EA进行处理,在(−0.5±0.3)℃下贮藏60 d,每隔15 d取样观察果实的感官品质,并测定其营养、生理及活性氧代谢相关指标。结果 与对照组相比,3种处理方式均能保持果实较好的感官特性,延缓果实抗坏血酸、花色苷、总酚和黄酮等含量的流失,以及果实的软化;在贮藏60 d时,处理组果实的呼吸强度分别比对照组果实的呼吸强度低22.73、12.92、34.04 mg/(kg.h),乙烯生成速率分别比对照组果实的低6.38、3.98、10.11 μL/(kg.h);可抑制超氧阴离子(O2.)活性、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、丙二醛含量及相对电导率的升高,保持较高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性。通过SPSS分析可知,综合得分顺序为CK<EA<1-MCP<1-MCP+EA,表明1-MCP+EA处理的效果最好。结论 1-MCP+EA处理对蓝靛果贮藏60 d的保鲜效果最好,可更好地保留果实的外观和内在品质,利于运输和销售。  相似文献

为研究纳米CdS/ZnS@rGA复合材料在可见光下的光催化性能,采用一步溶剂热法合成了以ZnS为壳的CdS/ZnS核壳纳米粒子,将CdS/ZnS核壳纳米粒子附着在rGO纳米片上,并组装成CdS/ZnS@rGA复合气凝胶,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等对样品进行了表征,通过亚甲基蓝(MB)的光催化降解实验表明:CdS/ZnS@rGA复合气凝胶的形成不仅可以提高CdS的光稳定性,还可以增强对MB吸附能力,同时对MB的降解有明显的促进作用。可见光反应90 min, 50 mg的CdS/ZnS@rGA对100 mL 20 mg/L MB的去除率最高达到99%。经过5次循环实验,该材料仍具有较好的可重复利用性。  相似文献

Abstract— To understand the mechanism of the disclination defect of the liquid‐crystal (LC) phase, this study was conducted to directly analyze the polymer‐network (PN) structure of polymer‐stabilized blue phase (PSBP), which is minutely formed on all LC layers. The PN was examined after first removing the glass decap and then the LC. Important to note is that the removal of the glass decap did not affect or damage the PN structure. The PN was determined to be a stable structure without any change to the thickness of the layer. When removing the LC, both hexane and acetone solutions were used. Moreover, there was no structural deformation to the PN when using the hexane solution. The results of the study show that the actual size of the polymer chain is in fact 50–60 nm, five times larger than previous theories which estimated the size to be only 10 nm. In addition, this study confirmed that the pores between the PN are 100–200 nm. The PN structure was shown to be susceptible to change based on different heating temperatures. In summation, now that defect lines of a LC display (LCD) could be directly measured, further progress and development in the theoretical interpretations of the Kerr effect on PSBP can be realized.  相似文献

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) functionalized with carboxylic acid groups were cast to glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to construct a three-dimensional nano-micro structured scaffold. Brilliant cresyl blue (BCB) was electropolymerized on the above-mentioned SWCNTs/GCE using continuous cycling between −0.7 and 0.9 V vs. SCE. PolyBCB yielded on SWCNTs/GCE exhibited the enhanced electrochemical redox behavior compared with that electrogenerated on bare GCE. The apparent surface coverage of PolyBCB obtained by SWCNTs/GCE was at least 10 times higher than that obtained by bare GCE, namely 4.8 × 10−9 and 3.6 × 10−10 mol cm−2. The cyclic voltammograms recorded by PolyBCB/SWCNTs/GCE exhibited well-defined two peaks located at −0.25 V and −0.06 V, respectively, with a surface-controlled mechanism. In addition, morphologies of PolyBCB electrogenerated on GCE and SWCNTS/GCE were characterized by atomic force microscopy. Finally, this proposed PolyBCB/SWCNTs/GCE was used in the construction of the second-generation biosensors to hydrogen peroxide and glucose, with the enhanced analytical performance.  相似文献

A novel label-free electrochemical immunosensor for sensitive detection of kanamycin based on water-soluble graphene sheet (WGS)/prussian blue-chitosan (PB-CTS)/nanoporous gold (NPG) composited film has been reported. PB was selected as an electron transfer mediator, and was modified onto the electrode together with WGS through electrostatic adsorption. Then NPG was immobilized onto the as-prepared film for biomolecules anchoring. The electroactivity of PB was greatly enhanced in the presence of WGS and NPG. It could mainly be ascribed to the fact that the good conductivity of WGS and NPG promoted electron transfer and enhanced the sensitivity. kanamycin antibody, as a model, was immobilized onto the composite film for the detection of kanamycin. Under optimum conditions, the amperometric signal of PB decreased linearly with kanamycin concentration (0.02-14 ng mL−1), a linear calibration plot (y = 1.3817 + 4.7544x, r = 0.9993), resulting in a low limit of detection (6.31 pg mL−1). The novel immunosensor for the detection of kanamycin in real sample with satisfactory results has been proved. In addition, this method would be easily adapted for the detection of other residual antibiotics in animal derived foods.  相似文献

A strategy for dual sensing of Na+ and K+ ions using Prussian blue nanotubes via selective inter/deintercalation of K+ ion and competitive inhibition by Na+ ion, is reported. The analytical signal is derived from the cyclic voltammetry cathodic peak position Epc of Prussian blue nanotubes. Na+ and K+ levels in a sample solution can be determined conveniently using one Prussian blue nanotubes sensor. In addition, this versatile method can be applied for the analysis of single type of either Na+ or K+ ions. The dual-ion sensor response towards Na+ and K+ can be described using a model based on the competitive inhibition effects of Na+ on K+ inter/deintercalation in Prussian blue nanotubes. Successful application of the Prussian blue nanotubes sensor for Na+ and K+ determination is demonstrated in artificial saliva.  相似文献

针对Knockout算法中颜色估计模型只适用于光滑图像的问题,提出一种新的颜色估计模型。采用区域生长法将未知区域划分为若干个子区域,以距离每一个子区域最近的前景和背景轮廓线上的点为中心做矩形块,分别计算2个矩形块内前景和背景像素点的颜色加权平均值,将其作为该子区域的前景和背景颜色分量。实验结果表明,改进后的颜色估计模型在图像边缘附近颜色相差较大的自然景物提取中有较好表现。  相似文献

制备了一种基于活化的玻碳电极的新型电化学DNA生物传感器,可用于膀胱癌DNA的检测.通过循环伏安法(CV)实现玻碳电极在NaOH溶液中的刻蚀,使电极表面负载大量官能团,为DNA提供连接位点,由Laviron方程计算得到玻碳电极表面的羧基浓度为 1.022×10-6 mol/cm2.亚甲基蓝(MB)作为电化学检测的杂交指示剂.采用原子力显微镜(AFM)对刻蚀后的电极进行了形貌表征.在最优杂交条件下,通过差分脉冲法(DPV)计算出最佳检测限为5.677×10-13 mol/L(n=5),适用目标 DNA浓度范围1×10-8 mol/L~1×10-12 mol/L.该传感器有望用于实际样品中膀胱癌DNA的快速检测.  相似文献
