用化学腐蚀制备多孔硅太阳电池减反射膜的研究

采用HF HNO3溶液化学腐蚀 ,在硅片上制备减反射效果优良的多孔硅太阳电池减反射膜 ,借助原子力显微镜 (AFM)和X光电子谱 (XPS)对其表面形貌和成分进行观察 ,发现该膜与电化学阳极腐蚀得到的多孔硅具有相似性 ,其主要成分为非化学配比的硅的氧化物SiOx(X <2 )。采用带积分球的光度分光计 ,测得形成多孔硅减反射膜后 ,硅片表面反射率大大下降 ,,在波长 330～ 80 0nm范围反射率只有 1 5～ 2 9%。研究指出这种强减反射作用 ,与多孔硅具有合适的折射率及其多孔特性的光陷阱作用有关     

改性石英砂滤料强化过滤处理含藻水

采用改性石英硝滤料强化过滤处理含藻水的试验结果表明，与石英硝滤料相比，改性石英硝滤料对含藻水具有优良的处理效果；经混凝沉演后水中的余铝对藻类的去除有促进作用。     

生物除臭滤池在污水厂污泥处理段的除臭效能

对采用天然有机滤料和合成无机滤料的生物除臭滤池在加拿大多伦多市Ash-bridge’s Bay污水厂污泥处理站的干化和转运段的应用效果进行了分析。详细介绍了污泥脱水工艺、臭气的产生及其组分，进而对软木树皮滤料和矿物合成永久性滤料的除臭效果进行了比较。还讨论了一些具体的运行经验，并采用动态模型对不同条件下的运行数据进行了分析。     

Structural transformation of FePt nanocomposite films during annealing and its effects on magnetic properties

Fe100-xPtx(x=30at.%-60at.% ) nanocomposite films were deposited on natural-oxidized Si(100) substrates by magnetron sputtering. The as-deposited films were annealed between 373 and 1073 K. In situ X-ray diffraction shows that the FePt nanocomposite films undergo a phase transformation from a disordered FCC phase to an ordered L10 phase between 673 and 773 K. The coercivity is 306 kA·m-1 whiles the average grain sizes is about 10 nm in the optimized FePt alloy film sample annealed at 673K. The adjustable coercivity and fine grain size suggest that this FePt nanocomposites system is suitable as recording media at extremely high areal density.

制备AI／多孔硅／c-Si／Al结构的多孔硅发光二极管，利用其I-V特性关系，以及在不同温度下其I-V特性的变化，结合多孔硅的特殊微结构及性质，分析了多孔硅发光二极管中载流子的产生和传输过程；通过比较其发光猝灭前后I-V特性的变化，解释了发光猝灭的原因。提出了如果在低电场下能够实现大量载流子在限制性Si微粒中复合．是提高多孔硅电致发光效率的一个途径。     

The Impact of eBusiness and the Information Society on ‘STRATEGY’ and ‘STRATEGIC PLANNING’: An Assessment of New Concepts and Challenges

The current era of Information, Communication and Media Technologies (ICMT) has ushered in the era of eBusiness and the Information Society where traditional managerial paradigms are challenged and new business models are sought. One central area of managerial discourse is STRATEGY. Based upon a pilot study with leading European managers, consultants and academics, we offer a structured perspective on what may be the shape of things to come for STRATEGIC PLANNING in the context of eBusiness and the Information Society. Normative implications are explored.     

Coupling of free surface and groundwater flows

In this paper we present some preliminary results about the coupling of shallow water equations for free surface flows and Darcy equation for groundwater flows. A suitable set of interface conditions is discussed: the Beavers and Joseph formula for the bottom stress is used. An iterative algorithm to solve the coupled problem is proposed and some numerical results are presented.     

Omissions and errors in "Media violence and the American public."

Comments on an article by Bushman and Anderson (see record 2001-17729-001). We are concerned that Bushman and Anderson's article on media violence contains data that are incorrect or irreproducible. This is a serious issue; the article has already been referenced by numerous other formal papers according to a Google scholarly article search as well as in a statement to the U.S. Senate, in legal proceedings, and in California State law (Assembly Bill 1179 in 2005).
