稀土锆莫来石耐火材料的显微结构研究

本文运用ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ等方法对稀土锆莫来石耐火材料的显微结构，物相变化，以及稀土的作用机制进行了研究。     

稀土树脂相分光光度法研究

在HCl—KCl(pH0.5)介质中,稀土—三溴偶氮胂二元络合物能较好地被阴离子交换树脂吸附。RE_2O_8在0～8μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,以双波长等吸收点法(测量波长λ_1=650nm,参比波长λ_2=740nm)扣除树脂背景影响,应用于稀土矿中稀土总量测定,结果令人满意。     

自锁式景观砌块加筋挡土结构的设计与应用

介绍砌块仿花岗岩挡土结构的特点和砌块形状,针对砌块挡土结构在我国刚开始应用,没有设计、施工规范的现状,依托可以借鉴的加筋挡土结构和浆砌块石挡土结构设计规范,提出了自锁式砌块加筋挡土结构设计中的地面荷载强度及土压力计算方法、砌块层间稳定验算方法、加筋长度和间距验算方法、挡土结构整体稳定验算方法和施工过程中需要注意的主要问题,为自锁式砌块加筋挡土结构设计人员提供了设计验算内容、验算方法和安全系数取值范围,为现场施工和监理人员提供参考,并为该类型的挡土结构推广应用提供技术支持。     

稀土在搪瓷面釉上应用的研究

采用稀土氧化物和无机化合物的复合物（不简称ＲＩ－复合物）作为搪瓷釉浆悬浮剂，使之全部或大部分代替粘土，进行了一系列试验，已获得成功，突破了长期来搪瓷工业离不开粘土的传统工艺，并实现了工业化生产。     

氯碱产品进出口状况分析

通过对1998年以来烧碱及聚氯乙烯的进出口情况的分析,指出在加入WTO以后国内 市场逐步国际化,提出了应对措施和建议。

Application of material strength reserve method to the stability analysis of earth dam of feilaixia multipurpose project

The material strength reserve method is practical in the study of the stability and failure mechanism of earth dam by analysing the development of failure zone of different shear strength parameters of the earth mass of the dam. The stability in the concrete dam and ensemble architecture has got general application while analysing. In combination with Feilaixia Multipurpose Project, application of this method to earth dam stability analysis was studied by plane Finite Element Method（FEM） for the first time. Through plane FEM, we can get the failure mechanism of earth dam and appraise to the security, for operating and managing put forward some reference suggestions.     

Integrated Automation System for Rare Earth Countercurrent Extraction Process

Lower automation level in industrial rare-earth extraction processes results in high production cost, inconsistent product quality and great consumption of resources in China. An integrated automation system for extraction process of rare earth is proposed to realize optimal product indices, such as product purity, recycle rate and output. The optimal control strategy for output component, structure and function of the two-gradcd integrated automation system composed of the process management grade and the process control grade were discussed. This system is successfully applied to a HAB yttrium extraction production process and was found to provide optimal control, optimal operation, ontimal management and remarkable benefits.     

"规划求解"在土方调配计算中的应用

土方调配计算中通常采用“线性规划”法,然而当出现数量较多的填挖区时,采用人工计算则工作量太大,而专业分析软件又往往得不到普及。以潮州供水枢纽工程库区防护Ⅱ标段第二施工区域土方工程为例,介绍一种利用Excel的“规划求解”功能解决土方调配计算的方法。
