On the Feasibility of Growing Pb[(Zn1/3Nb2/3)0.91Ti0.09]O3 Single Crystals

Pb[(Zn_1/3Nb_2/3)_0.91Ti_0.09]O₃ (PZNT91/9) single crystals were grown by two methods: from solution using PbO as a self‐fluxing agent (SC method) and directly from the melt without fluxing (MC method). In both growth methods, an allomeric Pb[(Mg_1/3‐Nb_2/3)_0.69Ti_0.31]O₃ (PMNT69/31) single crystal was used as a seed. X‐ray diffraction patterns of ground crystals showed that phase‐pure perovskite PZNT91/9 single crystals were successfully fabricated by the above two methods. The composition of the crystals obtained by both the SC and MC methods was analyzed using X‐ray fluorescence, which confirmed that the crystal composition is close to the nominal value, although volatilization of PbO and segregation during crystal growth are inevitable. The MC PZNT91/9 crystals exhibit excellent piezoelectric properties, with the piezoelectric constant, d₃₃, in the range of 1800–2200 pC N^–1. This value is comparable to that of the SC crystals. However, the MC crystals show an abnormal dielectric behavior. In contrast with the SC crystals, in the MC crystals a much broader dielectric peak appears in the dielectric response curves, accompanied by a much lower peak temperature of around 105 °C. Furthermore, frequency dispersion is apparent over a much wider temperature range (even more apparent than in pure relaxors), where a large, i.e., about 70 °C, full width at half maximum (FWHM) for the dielectric peaks is observed in the dielectric response. It is speculated that such an unusual phenomenon correlates with defects, microinhomogeneities, and polar regions in the as‐grown MC crystals. The origins of this abnormality have not been interpreted in detail until now. However, optical observation of the domain structure confirms that both the SC and MC crystals possess complex structural states.     

含锌离子的聚硅硫酸铝的合成及性能研究

采用一步法制备聚硅硫酸铝絮凝剂合成了含锌离子的聚硅硫酸铝并研究了其性能.含锌离子絮凝剂是一种无毒高效的絮凝剂,且絮凝效果优良,锌离子含量对絮凝剂性能影响很大.     

T-ZnO晶须增强环氧树脂复合材料的力学行为

研究了以四脚状氧化锌（T-ZnO）晶须为增强剂，环氧树脂复合材料的力学行为。结果表明，由具有三维空间结构的T-ZnO晶须为增强剂所制备的环氧树脂复合材料具有各向同性的力学性能，T-ZnO晶须填加质量分数为6%时，就可使材料的力学性能改善；拉伸强度提高到169%，拉伸功几乎提高了100%，冲击强度提高到300%，抗弯的断裂功提高到158%，而压缩强度略有下降。     

电沉积纳米ZnO薄膜

在硝酸锌溶液中电沉积ZnO，通过正交试验方法研究槽液浓度、pH值以及电流密度对纳米ZnO薄膜电沉积的作用。用XRD分析了纳米ZnO的组织、结构与成分，SEM获得了纳米ZnO的表面形貌。     

用菱锌矿制取轻质氧化锌的研究

介绍了以菱锌矿为原料生产轻质氧化锌的方法，论述了反应酸浓度，煅烧温度，溶液PH值对实验的影响，并对生产工艺条件进行了研究。其工艺流程是将粉碎后的菱锌矿进行循环酸浸，净化后再直接和碳化母液反应，经沉降后再煅烧分解为轻质氧化锌，产品质量符合国家标准，视比容大，活性强，成本低，经济效益显著。     

Study of Friction and Wear Performance of Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphate in the Presence of Trace Ketone

This study reports the influence of methyl isopropyl ketone on the tribological performance of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate. The lubricity and friction and wear tests of 500 SN neutral base stock oil containing zinc dialkyldithiophosphate with methyl isopropyl ketone were carried out by MQ-800 four-ball and MM-200 block-on-ring tribometers respectively. The experimental results show that methyl isopropyl ketone decreases the wear resistance and the load-carrying capacity of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate. The friction reduction of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate was lowered as well because of the addition of ketone. The friction and wear mechanism of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate with trace ketone was studied by optical microscopy IR, SEM, XPS and ferrography. The variations of the tribological performance of zinc dialkyldithiophosphate with ketone could be partly attributed to the decreases of active species, such as phosphorus and zinc, which are responsible for the formation of anti-wear films, on the rubbing surface due to the existence of ketone.     

C60辅助下ZnNiS光催化分解水制备氢气的研究

通过在光催化剂掺杂ZnS中加入球笼化合物富勒烯C60,提高了光催化水分解的效率.并采用气相色谱法跟踪反应,发现氢气释放量是未加C60时的4倍多.同时,对该催化反应的机理进行了初步的探讨.     

不同锌钛比对纳米钛酸锌（ZnO—TiO2）体系成分的影响

以工业偏钛酸、硫酸锌、氨水为主要原料，用直接沉淀法并进行热处理得到钛酸锌粉体，并用XRD对产物成分进行了检测。结果表明，不同的锌钛比对钛酸锌（ZnO-TiO2）体系的成分有较大影响。     

氧化铝/锌合金复合材料界面的SEM观察

利用挤压铸造制备氧化铝／锌合金复合材料，在扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）上观察复合材料的界面。结果表明，在复合材料中纤维与基体间存在致密界面层，合金元素通过适当的化学反应可改善纤维与基体间的结合；在凝固过程中，纤维／基体界面上的硅在共晶体的共生生长过程中起了领先相作用，导致复合材料的共晶转变是由铝硅共晶转变和锌铝共晶转变两者组成。     

Organic Electroluminescent Thin Film Using 8—hydroxyquinoline Zinc as Emitting Layer

Organic electroluminescent thin film using Znq2(Znq2) as the emitting layer material with structure of glass/ITO/Znq2/Al(cell) was fabricated.The V-I curve ,V-B curve and electroluminescent spectra of the cell were measured.Meanwhile the fluorescent spectra, excited spectra and absorption spectra of Znq2 with power and film states were also measured.
