发酵香肠发酵过程中菌落总数数学模型的建立

用SAS9．0中的响应曲面试验设计，研究了盐浓度、水分活度、发酵温度、发酵时间和糖浓度等环境因子对发酵香肠发酵过程中细菌总数变化的影响，建立科学的数学模型，此数学模型能够表达发酵香肠发酵过程中细菌总数的变化趋势。用建立的数学模型对发酵过程中的微生物进行了预测，结果可靠。细菌总数与实验测定数据进行比较，平均误差范围是-10．20％～8．43％。此数学模型为发酵香肠发酵过程的控制，提高发酵肉制品的安全性，缩短生产周期提供了依据，也是微生物预报的重要基础。

中国大油田的分布特征与发现前景

大油田在石油储量增长和产量构成中占有重要位置.截至2004年底,中国大油田的可采储量占总探明储量的77%,2004年大油田产量占全国石油产量的70%.中国大油田的储集层主要是白垩系和第三系的陆相碎屑岩,圈闭以背斜圈闭和混合圈闭为主,20世纪70年代是中国大油田发现的高峰期.中国的大油田主要分布在富油气凹陷中;凹陷的资源丰度越大,发现大油田所需的时间越短;凹陷的资源量越大,发现的大油田规模也越大.中国目前整体勘探程度比较低,未来在中西部地区和海域都可能有大油田发现.图6表1参10     

Attachment to the therapist.

This study examines the ways in which therapists function as attachment figures for patients. Patients in long-term psychoanalytic therapy answered questionnaires about their feelings about their therapists and their closest personal relationships. Components of attachment prominent in the therapeutic relationships were looking up to the therapist and feeling the therapist was responsive to emotional needs. Stronger attachment to therapists was associated with greater frequency and duration of therapy, a stronger working alliance, and greater security of the patients' attachment style, as well as with the gender of the patient and therapist. Using attachment theory to understand psychoanalytic relationships emphasizes the unique importance of a therapist to a patient and can offer new perspectives on both therapeutic and attachment processes. Have it your way and mine: The theory of styles

Olsen is right to note what can be done with a good theory and the right machine. His particular theory, however, is not transferable to literary studies. If we need a new model, I would suggest that cognitive science can provide a few interesting ones. I have begun to do some work based on David Marr's VISION, in which he hypothesizes two levels of processing within the visual module. My speculation has been on the parallel existence of distinguishable levels of conceptual or language organization which would correspond to the viewer and object centered perspectives Marr describes for vision. I propose to explore the possibility that we may find here the model for the existence of stylistic individualism within overarching historical stylistic generalizations, and even more, that this may be what feminists are searching for when they try to resist being coopted by the masculine language of objectivity. Ellen Spolsky teaches English literature and literary theory and is the Director of the Lechter Institute for Literary Research at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Cure Levels, Processing Methods and Meat Source Effects on Low-fat Frankfurters

Frankfurters were manufactured from lean meats (100% beef and 50:50 beef-pork) to contain reduced levels of fat (about 1.3%). A curing solutibn was added to yield 160% of fresh meat weight. Three processing methods, coarse ground tumbled, fine ground tumbled and fine ground emulsified were used. All products were cooked in live steam to 71°C internal temperature. Product yields, penetrometer values, color, chemical composition, caloric content and added water were evaluated. Emulsified frankfurters from 50:50 beef-pork mixtures at 160% cure had texture similar to conventional product as well as increased (P<0.05) yields, acceptable color and 74% fewer calories.

在对上层静止下层流动的异重流和均质明渠流之间相似关系研究的基础上，本文将这一成果推广，给出了上层流动下层静止的异重流和均质明渠流之间的一些相似关系，并将结果应用于二维重叠式排取水口的水深计算，结果与前人的实验一致。考虑到实际的重叠式排取水口都是三维的，所以本文利用前人的实验结果，进一步给出了三维重叠式排取水口高度及水深的计算方法，所得结果揭示了排水口温差水跃的形成机理和形成条件。
