两端简支圆柱体的轴对称振动

本文用三维弹性动力学理论研究圆柱体在两端简支约束下的轴对称自由振动问题。给出位移振型和应力振型的解析表达式，求得固有频率的精确解。研究结果表明：在圆柱体的径向还存在着不同的半波数的位移振型，这种性质在初等理论中是无法反映的     

AN EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION OF THE STARTING FLOW OF A UNIFORMLY ACCELERATING CIRCULAR CYLIINDER

The starting flow around a uniformly accelerated circular cylinder is investigatedby flow visualization techncque and solving N-S equations numerically in detail.The results ofthe starting flow are similar with those of the impulsively started one.At lower Re_α,numbers the“phenomenon a”is revealed;the“phenomenon β”appears at higher Re_α numbers,but withonly one secondary vortex.At the early stage of the starting vortex formation,the flow islaminar;at the later stage,the flow transforms into turbulent flow.The velocity distribution inthe flow field is measured with the multiwires installment.The calculational results are comparedwith the results of experiment,and both are in agreement with each other.     

新型涂料增稠剂的化学成分鉴定

本文用红外光谱法对一种新型涂料增稠剂进行了化学成分鉴定,其主要成分为羟丙基甲基纤维素与蒙脱土。     

宝钢宽厚板试样剪液压回路及剪切缸剪切能力分析计算

介绍宝钢宽厚板试样剪的主要技术参数、构成及工作原理；着重对主剪切缸液压回路特点进行了分析，对主剪切缸剪切能力进行了详细校核。本文对厚板厂类似的压平机设备的维护及改造也有指导意义。     

CSP连铸机大型液压缸的故障分析与改进

论述引进德国SMS连铸机大包托臂液压缸存在的寿命短问题，分析设计制造缺陷．通过增大缸头密封支持面、(φ600)内圆孔倒角、再增加一道软支撑环、缸头导向部分开润滑槽、改进球杆的润滑流道、柱塞杆整体淬火等措施，消除了原来的问题．同时分析了此项改进的技术经济效果．     

Fourth-Order Semi-Compact Scheme for Flow Past a Rotating and Translating Cylinder

In the present investigation, the newly developed Higher Order Semi-Compact (HOSC) finite difference scheme has been tested for its capability in capturing the very complex flow phenomenon of unsteady flow past a rotating and translating circular cylinder. The physical problem has been modeled in stream function and vorticity formulation and the obtained governing equations are transformed into curvilinear coordinates using body fitted coordinate system to enable the developed scheme to handle the non-rectangular geometry of the problem. Qualitative and quantitative comparisons have been done at low-rotation parameters and found that the results obtained are in excellent agreement with the existing literature. Then simulations have been carried out at high-rotation parameters and noticed that the HOSC scheme is able to simulate some of the flow features known experimentally but not simulated numerically to the present date.     

轧机锁紧油缸泄漏原因分析及系统改进

济钢第一小型轧钢厂轧机液压换槽系统因工作压力增高，蓄能器压力油长期作用于锁紧缸，引起密封圈击穿、泄漏和机架不稳。通过增设定值减压阀控制油压，改进锁紧油缸结构，解决了锁紧油缸的泄漏问题，保证了轧制线的稳定，轧机作业率由85％提高到87％。     

转动玻璃圆筒激光器

本文介绍了转动玻璃圆筒激光器的设计及实验结果,得到了脉冲能量为13J,重复频率为15Hz的激光输出。电光转换效率为2.2％,斜效率为3.4％。     

用搅拌式旋转粘度计测水泥生料浆的流变性能

为了消除在粗分散体系中应用圆筒式旋转粘度计所存在的壁效应和沉降效应，尝试将Ｂｒａｂｅｎｄｅｒ型搅拌式旋转粘度计应用于水泥生料浆系统的流变性能测试。对比试验表明：这种方法测定的数据较圆筒式旋转粘度计测定的数据重现性好，更为合理。     

部分可渗透直立圆柱的消波作用研究

本文导出了线性波浪作用于上部可渗透的直立刚性圆柱体上的水动力的解析解。在线性有势流的假定下，用特征函数展开方法求出了内部和外部流场的解。给出了不同波浪要素及结构尺寸参数下的数值结果。由结果可知，提高可渗透性可以有效消减波幅。
