Electron transport in InGaO3(ZnO)m (m=integer) studied using single-crystalline thin films and transparent MISFETs

We have investigated the characteristics of transparent metal-insulator-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MISFETs) fabricated using InGaO₃(ZnO)_m (m=integer) single-crystalline thin films as n-channel layers and amorphous alumina as gate insulator films. The MISFETs exhibit good characteristics such as insensitivity to visible light illumination, off-current as low as ∼1 nA with a positive threshold voltage of ∼3 V and on/off current ratio of 10⁵. The field-effect mobility increased from ∼1 to ∼10 cm² (V s)⁻¹ as the m-value increased. Room temperature Hall mobility also increased. However, unexpectedly these values were lower than the field-effect mobility. It is explained by existence of shallow localized state in the homologous compounds.     

复杂断块油藏二氧化碳吞吐研究与应用

通过对胜利油田东辛原油与二氧化碳的最小混相压力的预测及适应性研究,结合初期的矿场试验制定东辛油区选井条件。同时,依据室内实验和气体状态方程计算注入量,优化施工参数,并对工艺效果进行经济评价。目前施工16口18井次,措施成功率82.8％,累增油20 972t,投入产出比1:6.01,该工艺对提高封闭小断块油藏采收率起到了一定的作用。     

骨折内固定材料的研究进展

传统的骨折内固定材料在临床应用过程中出现了许多亟待解决的问题,如应力遮挡等,这些问题不但与材料的设计有关,而且与所采用的材料有密切关系.在概述骨折内固定材料的发展历史及目前所存在的主要问题的基础上,阐述了骨折内固定材料近些年来的新进展及今后的发展前景.     

CALS及其在武器装备全寿命管理中的应用

简要介绍了连续采办与全寿命保障(continuous acquisition and life—cycle support，CALS)产生背景，着重研究了CALS的体系结构和关键技术，CALS对武器装备全寿命中各阶段的影响；对我国武器装备实施CALS战略的可能性进行了初步探讨；指出：CALS战略是21世纪武器装备全寿命管理的必然选择。

通信网络管理软件设计与开发

通信技术的发展，通信网络结构日益复杂，一个网络中会同时存在PDH、SDH、ATM、DWDM、无线业务和IP等多种技术。使用传统网管系统已无法胜任，只有应用针对多厂商、多技术网络的集中网管系统才能满足管理要求。现提出了一种新型的针对多厂商、多技术网络的集中网管软件的设计模型及实现方法，并详细讨论了各模块的数据结构、实现功能，以及用Java实现该软件的具体方法。特别根据网管任务的实际需要，提出了故障屏蔽的概念及实现方法。经仿真试验，证明该网管软件已达到设计要求。     

Trust for Ubiquitous,Transparent Collaboration

In this paper, trust-based recommendations control the exchange of personal information between handheld computers. Combined with explicit risk analysis, this enables unobtrusive information exchange, while limiting access to confidential information. The same model can be applied to a wide range of mobile computing tasks, such as managing personal address books and electronic diaries, to automatically provide an appropriate level of security. Recommendations add structure to the information, by associating categories with data and with each other, with degrees of trust belief and disbelief. Since categories also in turn confer privileges and restrict actions, they are analogous to rôles in a Rôle-Based Access Control system, while principals represent their trust policies in recommendations. Participants first compute their trust in information, by combining their own trust assumptions with others' policies. Recommendations are thus linked together to compute a considered, local trust assessment. Actions are then moderated by a risk assessment, which weighs up costs and benefits, including the cost of the user's time, before deciding whether to allow or forbid the information exchange, or ask for help. By unifying trust assessments and access control, participants can take calculated risks to automatically yet safely share their personal information.

Shear Bombs in Fibre Composites Despite an optimum external shape non‐load adapted internal fibre orientation can lead to the formation of shear cracks where crossing tension‐compression principal stress trajectories create localized shear peaks. Trees are subject to those failure because they cannot re‐arrange their fibres after wood formation. Bones can adjust their micro‐structure to changing load conditions and in this way can better control shear failure. The engineer working with fibre composites should be alert to avoid fibre arrangements not following the force flow. Localized shear zones may also form near notches similar to normal notch stresses, however they are not always situated at the contour line of the notch.     

信息融合的飞机识别方法

以信息融合的理论为基础，利用从可见光图像序列和8-12μm长波红外图像序列中提取的信息对不同种类飞机进行识别。采用矩特征并结合BP神经网络的方法，分别在特征级和决策级两个不同层次上实现了信息融合。实验结果表明，通过信息融合进行飞机识别的准确率可达到90％以上。     

塔里木山前复杂地层钻头使用技术

利用测井资料结合实测的岩石力学性质、邻井的岩性剖面建立了岩石力学参数模型,综合解释了单井岩石在纵向剖面上的力学性质。借鉴邻井钻头使用情况,以推广高效PDC钻头为主,介绍了山前构造钻头选型情况。针对山前构造的地层岩性特征,从复合片、刀翼形状、齿型、切削齿力平衡等方面设计和改进了PDC钻头。改进后的钻头使塔里木山前复杂地层钻头使用获得了突破性进展。
