Breakdown characteristics of oil and paper insulation for a very fast transient voltage

This paper describes the dielectric breakdown characteristics of oil and oil‐impregnated paper for very fast transient (VFT) voltages. Blumlein circuits generate VFT voltages of 60 and 300 ns in a pulse width that simulates disconnecting switching surges in gas‐insulated switch gears. We measured the breakdown voltages of needle‐to‐plane, plane‐to‐plane oil gaps and several pieces of paper between plane electrodes for VFT and lightning impulse voltages. The measured data were formulated in V‐t characteristics and Weibull probability distributions. The inclination n of V‐t characteristics of insulating paper is 150, which is less than n = 13.7 of the plane‐to‐plane oil gap in the VFT time range. The shape parameters of Weibull distribution obtained in this study show that the scattering of breakdown voltages of paper is much less than that of oil. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 胜利原油350～510℃馏分糠醛精制的研究

对胜利原油 350～ 510℃馏分每 4 0℃切割一种馏分进行糠醛精制 ,考察了实验室条件下不同温度、不同醛油比条件下精制对提余油质量和收率的影响。采用醛油比 3× 1∶1,抽提温度在 70～ 95℃ ,可使精制馏分油粘度指数提高 10～ 2 7个单位 ,精制油收率高于 70 %。     

遥操作工程机器人系统临场感技术研究-6自由度临场运动感觉反馈技术的研究进展

 研究开发出一种遥操作工程机器人系统，可以应用于诸如火灾现场的修复作业等广阔的领域．该系统由伺服控制的工程机器人、2根从远处操纵工程机器人的操纵杆、视频系统和6自由度运动模拟器组成．操作者坐于座椅上，座椅固定于运动模拟器的上方． 该系统需要解决的一个关键问题是如何使操纵者高质量地获得工作现场的临场运动感觉． 提出了一种6自由度临场运动感觉反馈方法，其信号源来自工程机器人上安装的6个加速度传感器． 该方法的有效性已为实验所证明，即应用6自由度运动模拟器不但可以高质量地模拟工程机器人单个自由度的运动：滚动、俯仰、转动以及前后、左右、上下的平移，而且可以高质量地模拟工程机器人的各种复合运动．

Extrapolation of fuzzy values from incomplete data bases

This paper presents different approaches which enable a data base management system to obtain a plausible fuzzy estimate for an attribute value of an item for which the information is not explicitly stored in the data base. This can be made either by a kind of analogical reasoning from information about particular items or by means of expert rules which specify the (fuzzy) sets of possible values of the attribute under consideration, for various classes of items. Another kind of expert rules enables the system to compute an estimate from the attribute value of another item provided that, in other respects, this latter item sufficiently resembles the item, the value of which we are interested in; then these expert rules are used either for controlling the analogical reasoning process or for enlarging the scope of application of the first kind of expert rules. The different approaches are discussed in the framework of possibility theory.     

用面向对象方法建立人事信息系统

应用先进的面向对象设计方法开发了技术中心人事信息系统，采用E－R数据库建立了数据库逻辑模型，通过VFP语言设计了友好直观的用户使用界面。实践表明，新开发的人事信息系统速度快、容量大，操作性强，对实现信息管理标准化，尤其是人力资源的动态管理和科学决策具有很强的实用性。     

哈得逊隆起下石炭统基准面旋回与储集层预测

依据基准面旋回原理和方法,综合利用哈得逊地区的钻井、测井、地震以及地球化学资料,在研究区下石炭统识别出1个Ⅰ型和3个Ⅱ型层序界面,将哈得逊地区下石炭统划分为3个中期基准面旋回：SC1、SC2、SC3,对应于早石炭世海侵的3个海进-海退旋回.SC1旋回以滨岸砂坝沉积为主,而SC2、SC3旋回发育潮坪沉积体系.研究认为,SC1旋回滨岸砂岩及SC2下降半旋回的潮间带薄层砂岩为有利储集砂体,是地层-岩性型油气藏的重点勘探目标.     

负载型固体碱催化合成亚苄基丙酮

研究了用固体碱 KOH/Al_2O_3催化合成苯叉丙酮,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件:n(苯甲醛)∶n(丙酮)=1∶4.催化剂用量2g,催化剂最佳负载量12mmol/g,反应温度40～45℃,反应时间为3h,产率达88%以上。
