The incorporation of spatial context into clustering algorithms for image segmentation has recently received a significant amount of attention. Many modified clustering algorithms have been proposed and proven to be effective for image segmentation. In this paper, we propose a different framework for incorporating spatial information with the aim of achieving robust and accurate segmentation in case of mixed noise without using experimentally set parameters based on the original robust information clustering (RIC) algorithm, called adaptive spatial information-theoretic clustering (ASIC) algorithm. The proposed objective function has a new dissimilarity measure, and the weighting factor for neighborhood effect is fully adaptive to the image content. It enhances the smoothness towards piecewise-homogeneous segmentation and reduces the edge blurring effect. Furthermore, a unique characteristic of the new information segmentation algorithm is that it has the capabilities to eliminate outliers at different stages of the ASIC algorithm. These result in improved segmentation result by identifying and relabeling the outliers in a relatively stronger noisy environment. Comprehensive experiments and a new information-theoretic proof are carried out to illustrate that our new algorithm can consistently improve the segmentation result while effectively handles the edge blurring effect. The experimental results with both synthetic and real images demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and robust to mixed noise and the algorithm outperforms other popular spatial clustering variants.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a new algorithm to mesh implicit surfaces which produces meshes both with a good triangle aspect ratio as well as a good approximation quality. The number of vertices of the output mesh is defined by the end-user. For this goal, we perform a two-stage processing: an initialization step followed by an iterative optimization step. The initialization step consists in capturing the surface topology and allocating the vertex budget. The optimization algorithm is based on a variational vertices relaxation and triangulation update. In addition a gradation parameter can be defined to adapt the mesh sampling to the curvature of the implicit surface. We demonstrate the efficiency of the approach on synthetic models as well as real-world acquired data, and provide comparisons with previous approaches.  相似文献

Diffusionless Lorenz equations (DLE) are a simple one-parameter version of the well-known Lorenz model, which was obtained in the limit of high Rayleigh and Prandtl numbers, physically corresponding to diffusionless convection. A simple control method is presented to control chaos by using periodic parameter perturbation in DLE. By using the generalized Melnikov method, the parameter conditions could be obtained to guide the controlled DLE to a low-periodic motion. Moreover, the existence conditions of periodic orbits and homoclinic orbits in the system are given. Some results of the numerical simulation are also explained clearly by a rigorous analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model to evaluate the competence of the firms. According to the competence-based theory reveals that firm competencies are recognized from exclusive and unique capabilities that each firm enjoy in marketplace and are tightly intertwined within different business functions throughout the company. Therefore, competence in the firm is a composite of various attributes. Among them many intangible and tangible attributes are difficult to measure. In order to overcome the issue, we invite fuzzy set theory into the measurement of performance. In this paper first we calculate the weight of each criterion through adaptive analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach (A3) method, and then we appraise the performance of firms via linguistic variables which are expressed as trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. In the next step we transform these fuzzy numbers into interval data by means of α-cut. Then considering different values for α we rank the firms through TOPSIS method with interval data. Since there are different ranks for different α values, we apply linear assignment method to obtain final rank for alternatives.  相似文献

In this paper, a new intelligent method for the fault diagnosis of the rotating machinery is proposed based on wavelet packet analysis (WPA) and hybrid support machine (hybrid SVM). In fault diagnosis for mechanical systems, information about stability and mutability can be further acquired through WPA from original signal. The faulty vibration signals obtained from a rotating machinery are decomposed by WPA via Dmeyer wavelet. A new multi-class fault diagnosis algorithm based on 1-v-r SVM approach is proposed and applied to rotating machinery. The extracted features are applied to hybrid SVM for estimating fault type. Compared to conventional back-propagation network (BPN), the superiority of the hybrid SVM method is shown in the success of fault diagnosis. The test results of hybrid SVM demonstrate that the applying of energy criterion to vibration signals after WPA is a very powerful and reliable method and hence estimating fault type on rotating machinery accurately and quickly.  相似文献

Best value is the ultimate goal in the development of infrastructure projects through public private partnerships. This necessitates a best value approach in selecting the right private partner (i.e., the concessionaire) that involves evaluating alternative concessionaires against multiple conflicting criteria of varying degrees of importance and uncertainty. Correspondingly, this paper has developed a quantitative best value concessionaire selection system. The essence of this system lies in (1) the establishment of four-package evaluation criteria that can effectively measure the concessionaire’s capability and “predict” its future performance toward achieving the government’s best value objectives and (2) the development of a fuzzy-composite scoring and ranking method that ensures the right “tradeoff” between these criteria by relatively weighting fuzzy scores and logically aggregating evaluation results. This system would not only provide the government integrated assessments of alternative concessionaires so as to award the contract to the right concessionaire whose proposal is perceived to be able to maximize the outcome of the project, but also satisfy the requirements of the legal decision in order to withstand legal challenges concerning the public contract awarded in a best value approach. A hypothetical case study is provided to demonstrate the application of this best value concessionaire selection system.  相似文献

具有已知结构的小数据集贝叶斯网络多父节点参数学习是一个重要而困难的研究课题,由于信息不充分,使得无法直接对多父节点参数进行有效的估计,如何修复这些参数便是问题的核心.针对问题提出了一种有效的小数据集多父节点参数修复方法,该方法首先使用Bootstrap抽样扩展小数据集,然后分别将Gibbs抽样与最大似然树和贝叶斯网络相结合,通过依次对扩展数据按一定比例的迭代修正来实现对多父节点参数的修复.实验结果表明,这种方法能够有效地使大部分多父节点参数得到修复.  相似文献

作为一种重要的主动队列管理手段,PI控制器算法通过积分嚣的引入有效地消除了队列长度控制的稳态误差,在提高网络吞吐的同时缩短了排队时延.但是PI控制器不能根据网络状态变化而自动调整控制参数,故当网络流量变化时PI控制器的收敛速度很慢.基于TCP-AQM系统模型,对经过中间节点的活动连接数、平均往返时间和前向链路容量等3个参数进行估计.通过计算击中概率的倒数,估计出活动流数;通过计算单位时间的数据包数,估计出网络容量;通过往返时延、活动流数、网络容量以及丢包概率在稳态时的关系式,估算出平均往返时延.在此基础上,提出了对网络状态变化自适应调整控制参数改进的快速收敛PI算法——FCPI算法.仿真结果表明,该算法有效提高了算法的收敛速度,并且鲁棒性好,易于实现,适用于未来高速网络的路由器.  相似文献

针对多元时间序列的相似性查询问题,给出参数重要度的定义,提出一种基于参数重要度的候选集查询方法。通过对多元时间序列的SVD分解,将奇异值向量和特征矩阵作为多元序列的特征,基于线性空间中的坐标变换原理构造2个多元时间序列的相似性度量模型,实现在候选集上的精确匹配并获得最终的结果集。对飞行数据的相似性查询实验验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献
