Ab initio calculations of the NO2 fission for CL-20 conformers

NO₂ fission is regarded to be the most important initial decomposition process of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20). In this study, four CL-20 conformers based on the ε-CL-20 were obtained after the optimization at m062x/cc-pvtz level, and the bond length, bond order and bond dissociation energy of the N-N bonds were examined to investigate the stability of these bonds. In addition, the rate constants and activation energy of the NO₂ fission were evaluated using the microcanonical variational transition state theory (μVT). The calculation results have shown that N-N bonds in the case of pseudo-equatorial and axial of nitro groups are the most stable and the least stable, respectively, by evaluating the bond length, bond order and minimum energy path (MEP). The NO₂ fission rate constants are affected by not only the stability of N-N bonds but also the repulsion forces from the other nitro groups, and the fission process for pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups is easier to be accelerated due to the increase of the repulsion forces. The decomposition of CL-20 conformer may mainly originate from the fission of the pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups, especially for CL-20 III conformer because of the significant low activation energy.     

Covalent triazine framework with efficient photocatalytic activity in aqueous and solid media

Covalent triazine frameworks (CTFs) have been recently employed for visible light-driven photocatalysis due to their unique optical and electronic properties. However, the usually highly hydrophobic nature of CTFs, which originates from their overall aromatic backbone, leads to limitations of CTFs for applications in aqueous media. In this study, we aim to extend the range of the application media of CTFs and design hybrid material of a CTF and mesoporous silica (SBA-15) for efficient photocatalysis in aqueous medium. A thiophene-containing CTF was directly synthesized in mesopores of SBA-15. Due to the high surface area and the added hydrophilic properties by silica, the hybrid material demonstrated excellent adsorption of organic molecules in water. This leads not only to high photocatalytic performance of the hybrid material for the degradation of organic dyes in water, but also for efficient photocatalysis in solvent-free and solid state. Furthermore, the reusability, stability and easy recovery of the hybrid material offers promising metal-free heterogeneous photocatalyst for broader applications in different reaction media.     

Effects of short carbon fiber on the macro-properties,mechanical performance and microstructure of SiSiC composite fabricated by selective laser sintering

Selective laser sintering was combined with reactive melt infiltration to fabricate SiSiC part, and the effects of carbon fiber (C_f) on the properties of the SLS green body, the carbonized and final SiSiC sample were investigated. Results show that the addition of an appropriate amount of C_f (1.59 wt%~2.97 wt%) can increase the bulk density and geometric precision of the sample at all stages, and improve the mechanical properties of green and carbonized samples. The main phases composed of the SiSiC composite were free Si, a-SiC, β-SiC, plus a very small amount of Al–Si alloy. With 1.59 wt% C_f addition, a relatively comprehensive favorable macro-properties of both the green sample and carbonized sample was achieved, and the homogeneous microstructure of the latter favored the decreased free Si content and increased β-SiC content of the final composite. The evolution mechanism of C_f added to the raw material is inferred to be the mutual diffusion of [C] and [Si] that occurred at the C_f/Si melt boundary leading to the formation of the siliconized C_f with relatively large diameter size (24.3 μm) and high aspect ratio (>30). Amorphous C, which derived from the pyrolysis of epoxy resin E12, undergone a dissolution-precipitation mechanism with the formation of fine-grain β-SiC.     

用于远程激光测距机的板条激光器

研制了用于远程激光脉冲测距机的板条激光器。使用半导体泵浦的MOPA激光结构实现了大于250 mJ的脉冲激光输出,输出脉冲宽度为12.83 ns,最终输出激光光束束散角为0.18 mrad。该激光测照器可应用于远程激光测距。对激光测距机的测距与照射能力进行了理论计算与分析。理论分析表明,应用于机载平台时,该激光测照器能够实现50 km距离的激光测距。该型激光测距机具有测距距离远,重量轻,结构紧凑等特点,具有广泛的应用前景。     

铝灰的回收处理及资源化利用研究现状

铝灰是铝工业生产过程中产生的有害固体废物,每年的产生量达到上百万吨。铝灰的大量堆积会引起严重的环境与公共安全问题。铝灰中含有较多的金属铝及其氧化物、氮化物,综合回收利用铝灰对减少环境压力、提升铝行业的经济效益具有重要意义。阐述了铝灰的火法和湿法处理工艺,通过比较得出无盐火法工艺和湿法工艺是值得开发的工艺。介绍了铝灰在耐火材料、陶瓷产品、氢气制备以及工程材料等领域的综合利用现状及研究进展。指出在进一步巩固和发展铝灰原有的高附加值资源化利用的同时,应加强对铝灰处理过程中产生的气体的利用。建议根据铝灰的特性进一步开发新的资源化利用方向。     

Synthesis and characterization of poly (linoleic acid)-g-poly(methyl methacrylate) graft copolymer with applying in Au/PLiMMA/n-Si diode

Poly (linoleic acid)-g-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PLiMMA) graft copolymer was synthesized and characterized. PLiMMA graft copolymer was synthesized from polymeric linoleic acid peroxide (PLina) possessing peroxide groups in the main chain by free radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate. Later, PLiMMA was characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques. Furthermore, Au/PLiMMA/n-Si diode was fabricated for the purpose of investigating PLiMMA׳s conformity in diodes. The main electrical characteristics of this diode were investigated using experimental current–voltage (I–V) measurements in dark and at room temperature. Obtained results, such as sufficiently high rectifying ratio of 4.5×10⁴, indicate that PLiMMA is a promising organic material for electronic device applications.     

面向流屑角突变建模的切削状态参数经验公式的获得及应用

从提高流屑角突变模型的预测精度出发,建立了切削状态参数与3个切削控制参数之间关系的新经验公式。提出了一种通过迭代法准确设定有限元仿真软件刀-屑摩擦因数的方法,并通过直角切削Al6061-T6工件的有限元仿真试验,获得了一组不同切削控制参数组合条件下的切削状态参数数据。根据该数据拟合出剪切角φ、刀-屑摩擦角β、剪切应力τs关于刀具前角γ0、进给量f和切削速度v的经验公式,并通过一组直角切削试验,验证了所得经验公式的有效性。将新建经验公式应用于流屑角突变建模过程后,所得模型关于突变临界切削宽度的平均预测误差减小了27.2%。

基于状态观测器的电镀液温度状态反馈控制系统

针对电镀液温度控制系统,引入状态反馈控制。相对于传统的反馈控制,本方法可以获得更优异的性能。另外,考虑到镀液温度控制具有纯迟延的特点,提出了一种消去纯迟延的方法。仿真验证结果显示,控制效果良好。
