在界定了生态流速和生态水深概念的基础上,提出了一种同时考虑河道本身参数(湿 周、糙率、水力坡度)和维持某一生态功能所需河流流量的水力学方法,避免了湿周法不能反映复式断面真实水位流量关系的缺点,并用于验证黄河上游小川河段生态需水量,同时用Tennant法作了对比。结果表明:用生态水深-流速法得到的小川河段生态流量优于Tennant法所计算的生态需水量,由于该方法考虑了生态流速和生态水深,故所得的结果符合实际情况。  相似文献

通过照片获取深度信息的技术已经研究多年,也产生了各种算法,但这些算法或者需要一张以上的照片来计算,或者运算量比较大。此外,它们的共同点是:各种方法采用的照片是用普通镜头拍摄的。笔者给出一种新的方法:利用一张鱼眼镜头照片和少量的辅助手段来获取深度信息。建立了一种简便而又准确的辅助手段,从而可以构造景物的三维框架,最终可以实现在景物内的任意位置向任意方向进行虚拟浏览。  相似文献

The skin comes into contact with a large range of materials either deliberately or inadvertently. It should be possible to predict the exact transport rates of these materials through the skin as a function of the physicochemical properties of the different compounds. With this sort of knowledge it is possible to predict the exact disposition of compounds and use this in the formulation of new products both in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic field. The information will also be useful from the standpoint of skin toxicology and environmental health. In order to be able to predict this complex process it is necessary to split the overall transport into different component parts. This article will identify these components and provide illustrations. The major areas discussed will be barrier function of the skin, the release properties of different topical formulations and how these may be monitored. Novel means of enhancing the penetration of drugs will be discussed and how some additives that are incorporated into formulations will perhaps alter the barrier function of skin. A mathematical model describing skin penetration has been developed and its use in predicting blood levels will be described. This model has been tested both in animal experiments and in limited human studies and its relevance to these situations will be highlighted.

借助 ANSYS大型有限元分析软件 ,实现了 16 V2 4 0曲轴淬火过程的计算机模拟 ,模拟结果可直观地显示出任一时刻曲轴表面及内部的温度分布、冷却曲线以及淬火结束后的残余应力分布 ,并能预测淬硬层深度。同时对比了轴颈内圆角处进行淬火和不进行淬火两种工艺的效果 ,为现场提供了用虚拟现实方法详尽分析和研究淬火工艺的工具。  相似文献

Samples were prepared by addition of a fluorinated poly(aryl ether ketone) (12F-PEK) to a commercial epoxy resin and curing at either 24 °C or 70 °C. The concentrations of fluoropolymer in the samples were 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50%. Phase inversion facilitates the formation of more and more smooth surfaces for scratch testing with increasing fluoropolymer concentration. A progressively increasing load from 0.03 N to 12 N was administered with a diamond tip to the surfaces of the samples; depths were determined within ±7.5 nm. The original scratch depth is a function of the fluoropolymer concentration. Scratch recovery (healing) reaches values up to 95%. Plots of the residual depth versus concentration of the fluoropolymer at 4, 6, 8, and 10 N reveal minima for all forces and both temperatures. Addition of only 5% or 10% 12F-PEK improves the scratch recovery significantly. The results are explained by changes of material morphology with the fluoropolymer concentration. Monodisperse poly(vinyl acetate) (PVAc) microspheres with high molecular weight obtained by suspension polymerization of vinyl acetate were saponified in alkaline aqueous solution to keep their spherical structure. The saponification was restricted on the surface of the PVAc microspheres and obtained particles had skin/core structure. Various poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) microspheres with different diameters and degrees of saponification (DSs) were obtained. The conversion of PVAc to PVA during the heterogeneous surface saponification time were examined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and after 72 h hydrogel type PVA microspheres completely saponified were obtained. The crystal melting temperatures of the microspheres obtained by the saponification were measured a constant value of 238°C irrespective of varying DS, and the peaks became enlarged as reaction time. Iodine complexes were formed in saponified microspheres with DS of 41% and 99% by immersing them in I2/KI aqueous solution and decomposed by the reduction of I2 in the complexes to 2I? using sodium sulfite to confirm whether the skin formed through the saponification was composed of PVA with high VA content. Obviously, characteristic blue color developments owing to I5?‐PVA complexes were observed in both saponified regions and a red in the PVAc core. Consequently, it was concluded that the PVA skins formed by heterogeneous surface saponification had high DSs. Such complexes endowed polymeric microspheres a good radiopacity which would be useful in clinical treatment of vascular diseases and were examined by X‐ray irradiation image. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Relations of heart rate and skin conductance reactions to mildly evocative empathy-inducing slides with socioemotional functioning were examined for 154 children (mean age = 9 years, 5 months). In addition, maternal expressivity was tested as a moderator of these relations. Parents and teachers rated children's socioemotional functioning, and a behavioral measure of children's regulation was obtained. Boys who exhibited higher skin conductance and higher heart rate to slides depicting negative emotions were better regulated, less emotionally intense, and better adjusted than their peers. Furthermore, boys' regulation and adjustment were positively related to such physiological responding to negative slides if maternal negative expressivity was relatively low or moderate, but not high. Based on the momentum and energy conservation principles, a compact calculation formula is analytically derived for the wave-drift force on a 2-D body floating in a two-layer fluid of finite depth. In a two-layer fluid, two different wave modes (the surface-wave mode with longer wavelength and the internal-wave mode with shorter wavelength) exist not only in the incident wave but also in the body-scattered wave, and these wave characteristics are properly incorporated in the obtained formula. It is noted that, unlike the single-layer case, the wave-drift force can be negative in the incident wave of surface-wave mode, if the transmitted wave with internal-wave mode is large. Numerical computations are implemented for a Lewis-form body by means of the boundary-integral-equation method with Green’s function for the two-layer fluid problem. The effects of density ratio, interface position, and body motions on the wave-drift force are studied, and some important features are found for two-layer fluids.  相似文献
