储层压裂改造是低渗透油气藏增产的重要技术,压裂后使地层中的滤液及时返排能够降低油气流动阻力,增加油气井产量,压裂液的压后返排率的高低直接影响压裂增产效果。目前采用添加破乳剂和助排剂的方法提高返排率。为了降低成本、减少伤害,本文通过对压裂液体系中的破乳剂、助排剂进行优化,筛选出新型破乳-助排剂。采用新型破乳-助排剂,达到一剂两效的作用。现场应用情况表明该技术效果良好。本文分析了破乳剂和助排剂的作用机理,以及新型破乳-助排剂的性能。 相似文献

Liquid nitrile rubber, hyperbranched polyester, and core/shell rubber particles of various functionality, namely, vinyl, carboxyl, and epoxy, were added up to 20 wt % to a bisphenol‐A‐based vinylester–urethane hybrid (VEUH) resin to improve its toughness. The toughness was characterized by the fracture toughness (Kc) and energy (Gc) determined on compact tensile (CT) specimens at ambient temperature. Toughness improvement in VEUH was mostly achieved when the modifiers reacted with the secondary hydroxyl groups of the bismethacryloxy vinyl ester resin and with the isocyanate of the polyisocyanate compound, instead of participating in the free‐radical crosslinking via styrene copolymerization. Thus, incorporation of carboxyl‐terminated liquid nitrile rubber (CTBN) yielded the highest toughness upgrade with at least a 20 wt % modifier content. It was, however, accompanied by a reduction in both the stiffness and glass transition temperature (Tg) of the VEUH resin. Albeit functionalized (epoxy and vinyl, respectively) hyperbranched polymers were less efficient toughness modifiers than was CTBN, they showed no adverse effect on the stiffness and Tg. Use of core/shell modifiers did not result in toughness improvement. The above changes in the toughness response were traced to the morphology assessed by dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) and fractographic inspection of the fracture surface of broken CT specimens. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. High‐abrasion furnace‐filled powdered natural rubber [P(NR/HAF)] has more advantages than traditional HAF‐filled bale NR (NR/HAF) because of its better environmental performance and easier processing quality, but its lower mechanical properties are disadvantageous. To improve the mechanical properties, rare earth‐modified HAF‐filled powdered NR [P(NR/HAF‐Ln)] (Ln = Sm,La,Pr) was prepared by means of coacervation–coprecipitation, using rare earth‐modified HAF as separant and filler. The effect on mechanical properties of P(NR/HAF‐Ln) vulcanizate exerted by the emulsifier/HAF ratio, powdering temperature, Ln/HAF ratio and type of Ln, and HAF content were studied. The results indicated that when optimum formulation, the mechanical properties of P(NR/HAF‐Ln) vulcanizate were better than P(NR/HAF) vulcanizate. In addition, the relationship of the apparent crosslink density and HAF content of P(NR/HAF‐Ln), P(NR/HAF), NR/HAF vulcanizates was also investigated, along with their SEM microphotographs of tensile fracture surface, which indicated that the excellent mechanical properties of P(NR/HAF‐Ln) vulcanizate was attributed to correct amount of Ln that could increase crosslink density and reinforce the interface structure of NR matrix/HAF‐Ln particle. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Various particles with sizes between 100 and 200 μm were encapsulated with waxes commonly used in technical coating applications. For this, a homogeneous mixture of molten paraffin and supercritical carbon dioxide was prepared in an autoclave and injected into the high-pressure fluidized bed through a nozzle from the bottom. Due to the different conditions in the mixing autoclave and the fluidized bed, the paraffin precipitated in the vicinity of the nozzle and adhered to the solid particles. A complete, thin, uniform, and solvent-free coating was produced. The use of two paraffins with different alkane compositions resulted in dissimilar spreads on glass beads due to their different glass transition temperatures. A smaller pressure drop across the nozzle led to more uniform and even coatings. Glass beads, ceramic spheres, potassium chloride, and lactose showed similar coating results, whereas different morphologies were observed with a plastic material, characterized by a rougher surface and a lower surface energy. The high quality of the coating was confirmed by standard dissolution tests with coated potassium chloride crystals and lactose agglomerates. 相似文献
