宝钢宽厚板开发研制十年回顾

简要叙述了１９８６￣１９９６年期间宝钢以Ｎｂ，Ｔｉ，Ｖ微合金化和Ｃｕ－时效硬化为特征的宽厚钢板的开发研制概况，介绍了抗拉强度级别为４００，４９０和５８０ＭＰａ的五个钢种的力学性能。这些钢板已成功应用于宝钢大型高炉、氧气球罐和上海市黄浦江大桥的建造，是我国综合性能优良的细晶粒焊接结构钢的新发展。

介绍了气体雾化粉的品种、用途及工业化生产。还介绍了真空熔炼-高压气体雾化制粉所需的设备。     

Some kinetic aspects of unsteady-state partial oxidation reactions. Dynamic processes on metal oxide surfaces

It is shown that steady-state kinetic data do not allow the discrimination between the redox and associated mechanisms of the partial oxidation reactions. A discrimination between these mechanisms was performed using transient experiments. The obtained rate expressions are in agreement with experimental kinetic data for catalytic partial oxidation of o-xylene.

An influence of the conjugate oxidation of a catalyst surface on dynamics and kinetics of the heterogeneous catalytic oxidative reactions is considered. Computing simulation of methane oxidative coupling of methane reaction at lowered temperature and elevated pressure has been performed. It showed that the reaction order with respect to oxygen exceeding unity is consistent with the chain branching mechanism of the reaction in the presence of TiSi₂ and TiB₂ and showed the important role of the branching chain cycles in the low-temperature OCM reaction at elevated pressure.     

岳城水库供水工程贴边岔管设计

岳城水库供水工程， 邯郸、安阳两城市引水岔管均采用内、外贴边补强板型式对取水口进行局部加强。此补强方法对水流流态干扰较少， 水头损失小。设置这样的岔管对原电站压力钢管结构改动较小， 构造相对简单， 制作与安装方便， 对岳城水库供水这样的改建工程较为适用。     

东营深层盐膏层钻井液工艺

胜利油田东营深层盐膏地层发育,盐膏段厚度大,分布范围广,地层岩性十分复杂,钻井中经常发生喷、漏、塌、卡,遇阻、划眼、电测遇阻等井下复杂事故。郝科1井是在该区设计的一口重点深探井,宅钻井深5807.81m,井底最高温度230℃。介绍了深层盐膏层钻井液体系的转化工艺、性能控制、维护处理、防漏、堵漏、固相控制、抗污染和钻具缓蚀等技术,以及MMH聚合物饱和盐水钻井液在郝科1井的成功应用。结果表明,该钻井液在高密度下对盐膏层具有较强的抑制性、悬浮携砂性和抗污染性,抗温220—230℃。MMH聚合物饱和盐水钻井液体系及其配套技术满足了深层盐膏层钻井施工需要。     

On the Yustova threshold plates

A response to criticism of threshold plates for the study of color vision developed at the Mendeleev All-Russia Research Institute of Metrology and published in 1994 is presented. The critics base their conclusions on colorimetric testing and the examination of the plates. In response to the article by M. V. Danilova and J. D. 双辊铸轧机生产工艺对组织和性能的影响

就用双辊铸轧机(TRC)生产薄、宽铸轧带技术进行研究并优化铸轧工艺。研究结果表明：3mm厚的铸轧带不仅表面变形．而且整个厚度内部层都发生变形，表面层的铝基中具有较高的合金元素饱和度。     

孔板—均速管组合法测量汽—水两相流双参数

利用孔板与均速管组合在线测量汽—水两相流双参数，解决了稠油热采中同时测量蒸汽流量与干度的难题。其工作程序用Mcs-51单片机汇编语言编制而成，主程序由初始化、数据采集处理，热物理参数生成、汽—水两相流量、干度、质量流量、热量计算以及累计运算等模块组成。通过在现场进行标定；干度用化验CI^-法进行标定，流量用锅炉入口的涡轮流量计标定。经胜利和新疆两油田进行的大量试验可知，该仪表测量水蒸汽流量和干度其均方差皆小于7%，满足了工业应用要求。
