An altered FA profile with decreased linolenic (18∶3) acid in soybean germplasm was developed by crossing N97-3708-13, a soybean
line with reduced 18∶3 (<5.4%) and ‘Anand’, a normal soybean cultivar (9.7% 18∶3). The resulting recombinant inbred lines
are promising because they may promote healthier oil with improved oxidative stability and flavor. The objective of this study
was to utilize the population N97-3708-13 × Anand to identify simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers associated with 18∶3 content.
Two markers, Satt534 and Satt560, which are located approximately 10 cM apart from each other, near the Fan locus on linkage group B2, were identified as quantitative trait loci significantly associated with 18∶3 content (P=0.001, R
2=0.59, individually). The SSR markers identified in this study should be useful for implementation of marker-assisted selection

In power systems the spinning reserve (SR) amount can be determined by deterministic or probabilistic techniques. Probabilistic techniques draw more attention since they can consider the economics and the stochastic nature of system behavior and component failures. In probabilistic techniques, the tradeoff between cost and reliability directly affects the SR deployment and it has been extensively analyzed. However, there is another tradeoff which reflects the compromise between the unit capacity and average production cost in the SR optimization problem. This tradeoff impacts the solution accuracy to a certain extent and influences the complexity of the model, and it has not been explicitly analyzed before. In this paper, a new SR optimization method is proposed in which the tradeoff between unit capacity and average production cost is well respected. The proposed method strikes a good balance between solution accuracy and computation efficiency and can obtain better results within a desirable run time compared with those of the previous methods. Besides, the proposed method can also be used to improve the solution of the reserve constrained unit commitment problem. It can lower the total cost by just redistributing the MW dispatch even when the SSR is fixed. The efficiency and validity of the proposed method are verified using the IEEE reliability test system. 相似文献

A high-density genetic linkage map is essential for genetic and genomic studies including QTL mapping, genome assembly, and comparative genomic analysis. Here, we constructed a citrus high-density linkage map using SSR and SNP markers, which are evenly distributed across the citrus genome. The integrated linkage map contains 4163 markers with an average distance of 1.12 cM. The female and male linkage maps contain 1478 and 2976 markers with genetic lengths of 1093.90 cM and 1227.03 cM, respectively. Meanwhile, a genetic map comparison demonstrates that the linear order of common markers is highly conserved between the clementine mandarin and Poncirus trifoliata. Based on this high-density integrated citrus genetic map and two years of deciduous phenotypic data, two loci conferring leaf abscission phenotypic variation were detected on scaffold 1 (including 36 genes) and scaffold 8 (including 107 genes) using association analysis. Moreover, the expression patterns of 30 candidate genes were investigated under cold stress conditions because cold temperature is closely linked with the deciduous trait. The developed high-density genetic map will facilitate QTL mapping and genomic studies, and the localization of the leaf abscission deciduous trait will be valuable for understanding the mechanism of this deciduous trait and citrus breeding. 相似文献

为了能同时有效地消除发电机组的多个不稳定次同步谐振模式,提出了基于SVC的多通道SSR阻尼控制器(MSSRDC)的结构、设计原则和方法。基于相位补偿原理,MSSRDC利用多个独立模式控制通道分别处理发电机组各扭振模式,使SVC能够在发电机组各危险扭振模式附近都能提供正的电气阻尼,从而达到抑制次同步谐振的目的。基于IEEESSR第一标准测试系统的频域和时域仿真表明,根据上述方法设计的MSSRDC能够提高发电机组所需要的正向电气阻尼,达到有效地抑制SSR的目的。 相似文献

This paper presents a novel damping control algorithm for static synchronous series compensator (SSSC) in a series compensated wind park for mitigating subsynchronous resonance (SSR) and for damping power system oscillations. The sample test system, adapted from the IEEE first benchmark model on SSR replacing the synchronous generator, is employed aggregating wind park based self‐excited induction generator. Consequently, it investigates the SSR phenomena and the damping power system oscillation while integrating large wind park based on SEIG. The potential occurrence and mitigation of the SSR caused by induction generator effects as well as torsional interactions, in a series compensated wind park, are investigated. The auxiliary subsynchronous damping control loops for the SSSC based on a novel design procedure of non‐linear optimization are developed. The performance of the controller is tested in steady state operation and in response to system contingencies, taking into account the impact of short circuit ratios (SCRs). The simulation results are presented to demonstrate the capability of the controllers for mitigating the SSR, damping the power system oscillation and enhancing the transient stability margin in response to different SCRs. 用子叶法接种大豆疫霉根腐病1号生理小种,分析抗病亲本绥农10和感病寄主Williams的杂交F1、F2、F3的抗病性。结果表明,F1单株均表现为抗病;F2群体抗感分离比例符合3∶1;由F2感病单株衍生出的F3株系均表现感病,F2抗病单株衍生出的F3株系抗感分离株系比值符合1∶2;说明绥农10中对大豆疫霉根腐病1号生理小种的抗性受1对单显性基因控制,将该抗病基因拟名为RpsSN10。用500对大豆SSR引物和124株绥农10/Wil-liamsF2分离群体对RpsSN10基因进行定位,将RpsSN10基因定位在F连锁群上,其中标记Satt423和Satt149与RpsSN10基因的遗传距离分别为9.8cM和11.2cM,并分别位于目的基因的两侧。 相似文献
