Effect of a marker material on the oxidation of nickel in sulfur dioxide

A marker study of nickel oxidation in SO₂ at 600°C has proved that after the reaction metallic markers (Au, Pt, W) are covered with a sulfide rim. This effect is not observed on quartz markers. The metallic markers make the intermediate NiO layer adjacent to them increase, whereas the quartz marker makes this layer disappear.     

Quantitative adaptive RED in differentiated service networks

This paper derives a quantitative model between RED (Random Early Detection ) maxp and committed traffic rate for token-based marking schemes in DiffServ IP networks.Then, a DiffServ Quantitative RED( DQRED) is presented ,which can adapt its dropping probability to marking probability of the edge router to reflect not only the sharing bandwidth but also the requirement of performance of these services,Hence,DQRED can cooperate with marking schemes to guarantee fairness between different DiffServ AF class services,A new marking probability metering algorithm is also proposed to cooperate with DQRED ,Simulation results verify that DQRED mechanism can not only control congestion of DiffServ network very well,but also satisfy different quality requirements of AF class service.The performance of DQRED is better than that of WRED.     

一类小型软件企业实施CMM2级的研究

分析了基于SSR需求的测试项目的特点和以该类项目为主的小型软件企业的特点，并通过实例阐述了这类组织实施CMM2级的一些要点和实施过程中要注意的问题。根据对项目和组织的特点分析及对实施CMM2级后组织的能力成熟度的提升和软件过程改进后的效果的分析，得出实施CMM2级能够使以基于SSR需求的测试项目为主的小型软件企业实现有效的软件过程改进。     

QoS技术中令牌桶算法实现方式比较

令牌桶算法是目前IP QoS中最常采用的一种流量测量方法,广泛应用于约定访问速率技术、通用流量整形技术以及物理接口总速率限制等技术中。IETF RFC建议规范了单速率三色标记和双速率三色标记两种令牌桶算法,在桶的构成、令牌添加和报文处理流程方面前者较后者简单,成为目前业界比较常用的流量标记方式。在实际应用中,应针对不同的流量特征选择恰当的标记方式。     

Fiducial Marker Based on Projective Invariant for Augmented Reality

Fiducial marker based Augmented Reality has many applications.So far the inner pattern of the fiducial marker is always used to encode the markers.Thus a large portion of the fiducial marker image is used for encoding instead of providing corresponding feature points for pose accuracy.This paper presents a novel method which utilizes directly the projective invariant contained in the positional relation of the corresponding feature points to encode the marker.The proposed method does not require the region of pattern image for encoding any more and can provide more corresponding feature points so that higher pose accuracy can be achieved easily.Many related approaches such as cmnulative distribution function,reprojection verification and robust process are proposed to overcome the problem of sensibility of the projective invariant.Experimental results show that the proposed fiducial marker system is reliable and robust,and can provide higher pose accuracy than that achieved by existing fiducial marker systems.

Terminal Mannose Residues in Seminal Plasma Glycoproteins of Infertile Men Compared to Fertile Donors

The impact of seminal plasma components on the fertilization outcomes in humans is still under question. The increasing number of couples facing problems with conception raises the need for predictive biomarkers. Detailed understanding of the molecular mechanisms accompanying fertilization remains another challenge. Carbohydrate–protein recognition may be of key importance in this complex field. In this study, we analyzed the unique glycosylation pattern of seminal plasma proteins, the display of high-mannose and hybrid-type oligosaccharides, by means of their reactivity with mannose-specific Galanthus nivalis lectin. Normozoospermic infertile subjects presented decreased amounts of lectin-reactive glycoepitopes compared to fertile donors and infertile patients with abnormal semen parameters. Glycoproteins containing unveiled mannose were isolated in affinity chromatography, and 17 glycoproteins were identified in liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization. The N-glycome of the isolated glycoproteins was examined in matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry. Eleven out of 27 identified oligosaccharides expressed terminal mannose residues, responsible for lectin binding. We suggest that lowered content of high-mannose and hybrid type glycans in normozoospermic infertile patients may be associated with impaired sperm protection from preterm capacitation and should be considered in the search for new infertility markers.     

无中性标记物的毛细管电泳离解常数测定方法

系统研究了无需借助中性标记物的毛细管区带电泳测定离解常数的方法。记录电泳过程中流经毛细管柱溶液电流随时间的变化,发现存在两个电流突跃。其中第二个电流突跃所对应的迁移时间,与样品中不带电荷的中性物质的迁移时间相当;当样品中不含(也未添加)中性物质时,只要按照电泳实验中普通的溶样方式(用水、有机溶剂或稀释的背景电解质溶液作为溶剂),样品区带电导必然小于背景电解质溶液的电导,也会观察到第二个电流突跃。利用第二个电流突跃,并结合分析物的迁移时间,可求出分析物在不同酸度条件下的淌度值,进而用淌度值与pH及Ka间的非线性依赖关系,进行非线性拟合求出相应的离解常数。文中测定了几种有机酸碱的离解常数,结果与文献值吻合。     

过零触发电路在热保护器自动测试系统中的应用

本文研究了热保护器自动测试系统中固态继电器(SSR)的触发电路,给出了热保护器温度控制电路的设计思路,并对电路中的过零触发电路和驱动电路进行了设计和使用。实践结果表明:该电路不但减少对电力系统的危害,电路简单,性能安全可靠,误差极小,而且还可作为各类可控硅、SSR的控制电路或需过零触发的场合。     

苦荞遗传多样性分析与核心种质筛选--测试文章

利用SSR分子标记技术,对来自西藏、陕西、四川、贵州等4省区的210份苦荞品种进行遗传多样性研究。结果表明,所选用的50对SSR引物中,有16对引物多态性良好,共扩增出178个条带,其中多态性条带达118个,占总数的66.3%;210份苦荞种质的遗传变幅为0.62～0.98,平均值为0.80,在遗传相似系数为0.88处可划分为5大类。聚类结果显示,来自同一地区的苦荞品种显示出聚为一类的趋势,表明苦荞的遗传信息受地理分布的影响较大;第V类所聚的41份分别来自西藏（27份）、陕西（8份）和贵州（6份）的品种表现出较为丰富的遗传多样性,与其他种质相比,这41份材料不仅遗传差异较大,而且遗传来源广泛,可作为苦荞核心种质筛选的基础。
