基于地域环境文脉的大学校园可持续设计探索——江南大学蠡湖校区规划设计随笔

本文回顾了江南大学蠡湖校区的规划特点,总结设计团队根据基地特有自然条件和地域文化特色探索大学校园可持续设计之路,并重点阐述在以高等教育发展需求和基地特点为指引的规划布局、以江南园林布局手法为指引的校园群体形态及景观布局以及以江南水乡古镇空间结构为指引的校园滨水空间尺度设计。     

Particle deposition fluxes of BDE-209, PAHs, DDTs and chlordane in the Pearl River Delta, South China

Year-round bulk air deposition samples were collected at 15 sites in the Pearl River Delta (PRD) on a bimonthly basis from Dec 2003 to Nov 2004, and the particle-phase deposition of BDE-209, PAHs, DDTs and chlordane was measured. The annual deposition fluxes of BDE-209, total PAHs (15 compounds), total DDT (sum of p,p′-DDE, p,p′-DDD, p,p′-DDT, and o,p′-DDT ), and chlordane (sum of trans-chlordane and cis-chlordane) varied from 32.6 to 1970 μg m^− 2 yr^− 1, 22 to 290 μg m^− 2 yr^− 1, 0.8 to 11 μg m^− 2 yr^− 1, and 0.25 to 1.9 μg m^− 2 yr^− 1, respectively. Spatial variations were higher in the centre of the PRD and lower at the coastal sites for all compounds. The seasonal variations of deposition were found to be compound-dependent, influenced by a number of factors, such as the timing of source input, temperature, and precipitation etc. In particular, source input time affected the deposition fluxes of BDE-209 and high-weight PAHs, while temperature-dependent gas-particle partitioning was a key factor for DDT and light-weight PAH deposition. During the whole sampling period, the atmospheric deposition of BDE-209, ΣPAHs, ΣDDTs, and chlordane onto Hong Kong reached about 93, 86, 2.1 and 2.1 kg yr^− 1, respectively, and onto the PRD reached about 13,400, 2950, 82, and 63 kg yr^− 1. By comparing the calculated total air deposition with the burden in the soils, the half residual time of BDE-209 in soils was estimated to be 3 years.     

构建“深港双城”,成就大珠三角

香港回归祖国10余年来,经历了巨大的变迁,当前也面对一系列的挑战和机遇。本文回顾了深港合作的历程,通过对区域合作、跨界治理理论以及欧盟空间一体化实践的借鉴,总结深港两地在规划内容、规划过程、规划实施三个方面构建"深港双城"的路径,揭示城市规划作为空间策略,为实现大珠三角地区的区域合作与跨界治理提供了有效的协调机制,为"一国两制"背景下深港两地的共同发展与持续繁荣提供了重要保障。     

与创意产业结合的珠三角地区旧工业区再利用研究

该文通过对珠三角地区现有的与旧工业厂房改造相结合的创意产业的研究,结合国内外的实际经验,对珠三角地区与创意产业相结合的旧工业区进行了分类,并分析了旧工业区建筑与创意产业结合的条件,提出适合珠三角地区与创意产业相结合的旧工业建筑再利用的规划布局与建筑改造模式。     

浅谈全球化背景下珠三角城镇密集地区规划

以珠江三角洲城镇密集地区作为研究对象,探讨其在全球化背景下面临的挑战及规划应对策略,总结得出全球化背景下城镇密集区规划的思路转交。     

中国河口海岸风暴潮及海洋动力三维数值预报模型(CHINACOAST)研究Ⅱ:模型验证与应用

简述了在我国珠江口应用实测潮位过程、海表温度以及冬、夏季盐度分布资料对模型的验证与参数率定。在此基础上应用中国河口海岸风暴潮及海洋动力三维数值预报模型(CHINACOAST),对我国沿海冬季东北季风作用下的环流进行了模拟计算,并对环流特征进行了分析。模型被进一步用来模拟在9316号台风影响下珠江口的风暴潮位、海流过程及分布结构的变化。     

CLONING OF A YEAST GENE WHICH CAUSES PHENOLIC OFF-FLAVOURS IN BEER

A gene (POF1) has been cloned, which confers upon yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) the ability to decarboxylate phenolic acids such as ferulic and trans-cinnamic acid. This property was previously shown to be a cause of phenolic off-flavour production in wort fermentations. The identity of the cloned gene was confirmed as POF1 by gene disruption techniques. Southern blotting of total genomic DNA revealed that sequences homologous to POF1 are conserved in Pof^? brewing strains of Sacch. cerevisiae. The transformation of a Pof^? lager strain with the cloned POF1 gene led to the production of an aroma characteristic of a phenolic off-flavour, when the transformed strain was used in wort fermentations. This latter observation suggests that the Pof^? phenotype of brewers' yeast is specifically due to the absence of a functional POF1 gene.     

南方电网负荷模型在故障拟合上比较分析

电网负荷模型的选择影响着其仿真计算的准确性,采用乐观的负荷模型可能对电网安全造成不利影响。针对近期南方电网发生的三次扰动事件,选择电力系统规划运行中常用的静态、电动机加恒阻抗、综合负荷模型进行故障拟合,分别从短路电流、有功功率振荡及电压波动等进行比较分析,总结了各负荷模型在现阶段南方电网仿真计算中的适用性。     

Phytic acid and extractable phosphorus of pearl millet flour as affected by natural lactic acid fermentation

Lactic acid fermentation of pearl millet flour decreased its phytic acid content and increased extractable phosphorus. Fermentation at 40 and 50°C for 72 h or longer eliminated phytic acid almost completely; extractable phosphorus was more than doubled. Lower temperatures (20 and 30°C) were less effective. The changes in concentration of phytic acid and extractable phosphorus may be attributed partly to phytase activity inherent in pearl millet flour.     

南方电网500kV串补MOV压力释放事件分析

2008年以来,南方电网的500 kV串补站发生过多起金属氧化物限压器(metal oxide varistor,MOV)压力释放动作。在对这些事件进行统计分析的基础上,针对其中三起典型事件进行了事故原因分析。仿真计算表明,MOV吸收能量远小于其允许通流能力,吸收能量不是事故的原因。故障分析及MOV的解体研究表明,当系统发生短路故障时,MOV阀片在工频暂时过电压下发生沿面闪络,从而导致MOV压力释放动作。
