Thermosetting materials are widely used as encapsulation in the electrical packaging to protect the core electronic components from external force, moisture, dust, and other factors. However, the spreading and curing behaviors of such kind of fluid on a heated surface have been rarely explored. In this study, we experimentally and numerically investigated the spreading and curing behaviors of the silicone(OE6550 A/B, which is widely used in the light-emitting diode packaging) droplet with diameter of ~2.2 mm on a heated surface with temperature ranging from 25 ℃ to 250 ℃. For the experiments, we established a setup with high-speed camera and heating unit to capture the fast spreading process of the silicone droplet on the heated surface. For the numerical simulation, we built a viscosity model of the silicone by using the Kiuna's model and combined the viscosity model with the Volume of Fluid(VOF) model by the User Defined Function(UDF) method. The results show that the surface temperature significantly affected the spreading behaviors of the silicone droplet since it determines the temperature and viscosity distribution inside the droplet. For surface temperature varied from 25 ℃ to 250 ℃, the final contact radius changed from ~2.95 mm to ~1.78 mm and the total spreading time changed from ~511 s to ~0.15 s. By further analyzing the viscosity evolution of the droplet, we found that the decreasing of the total spreading time was caused by the decrease of the viscosity under high surface temperature at initial spreading stage, while the reduction of the final contact radius was caused by the curing of the precursor film. This study supplies a strategy to tuning the spreading and curing behavior of silicone by imposing high surface temperature, which is of great importance to the electronic packaging.  相似文献

利用微型流化床反应分析仪(MFBRA)研究了油页岩矿物质催化半焦燃烧特性,重点考察了半焦内部矿物质和外部页岩灰床料对半焦燃烧的催化作用,揭示了流化床反应器中半焦燃烧过程和机理。结果表明:内部矿物质和外部床料对半焦燃烧均具有明显催化作用,而两者共同催化效果最为显著。矿物质中CaO和Fe2O3对半焦燃烧具有催化活性,CaO催化作用强于Fe2O3。油页岩半焦燃烧反应活化能在60.41~78.97 kJ/mol之间,矿物质的催化作用会明显降低反应活化能。流化床反应器中,矿物质对半焦燃烧的催化作用主要表现在四个反应,即:挥发分裂解和燃烧、半焦表面炭燃烧、半焦内部炭燃烧以及一氧化碳燃烧。  相似文献

对含有固体颗粒的局部润滑流域建立格子Boltzmann(LBM)离散模型,分析固体颗粒在润滑油中的动力学特性;考虑颗粒形状的影响,推导计入单个固体颗粒运动的润滑方程,并分析得到油膜压力;将油膜流动特性与颗粒动力学计算相结合,分析不同形状的颗粒运动对于油膜压力的影响。分析发现,当颗粒进入润滑油后,经过很短的瞬时颗粒就会达到一个瞬态稳定的状态,无论颗粒在油膜厚度方向的初始位置位于两壁面之间的中线上侧还是下侧,颗粒都会向中线位置移动;当颗粒速度为0时对于油膜压力的影响较大,随着颗粒速度逐渐增大,颗粒对于油膜压力的影响逐渐减小;当颗粒的宽度在油膜厚度方向相同时,长宽比越大的颗粒对于油膜压力的影响也越大;当颗粒长轴相等时,颗粒在油膜厚度方向的宽度越大,则其对于油膜压力的影响也越大,即颗粒形状对于油膜流动的阻碍能力越强,则其对于油膜压力的影响越大。  相似文献

The chemical method has proved to be the most effective mitigating method of wax deposition in petroleum system as it deals with the root cause of wax formation. Most of the commercial chemicals in the industry are very expensive and toxic. This paper aims the use of biodiesel based additives for improving the rheological behavior and pour points of waxy crude from Nigeria field. The biodiesels derived additives gave better performance than the commercial chemical and the seed oils as greatly improvement in rheology and pour point values of the waxy crude were observed  相似文献

Global decrease in crude oil resources and frequent crude oil leaks cause the energy crisis and ecological pollution. The absorption and release of leaked crude oil through absorption materials are a necessary process for environmental protection and recycling. In this article, a CO2-responsive olefin copolymer was obtained by copolymerization of styrene and an amine-containing olefin monomer. The structure of resultant copolymer was characterized by FTIR; thermal properties and CO2-responsive morphology changes were determined by DSC/TGA and SEM, respectively. Copolymers had certain absorption capacity for toluene with absorption rate up to 180.0%. The absorbed toluene could be released upon CO2 stimulation with desorption rate up to 84.6%. The CO2-responsive copolymer could be regenerated through a simple heating process and showed stable absorption–desorption performance even after being recycled for 4 times. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 大庆油田的开发逐渐进入高含水阶段,厚油层动用程度低,"二三结合"开发模式是有效的提高厚油层动用程度,改善水驱开发效果,提高油田采收率的有效手段。在"二三结合"开发模式注聚阶段中注采比对井间压力、含水饱和度等变化有重要影响。为了探究注采比对开发层位的井间压力及饱和度的影响,利用油藏数值模拟方法,模拟了相同的开发模式不同注采比的生产情况,绘制了不同注采比情况下,不同层位的井间压力及含水饱和度变化情况,为维持地层压力平衡,保持油田稳定生产提供有力的依据。  相似文献

In China, Camellia oleifera oil (COO) is not only a common edible oil but also a traditional remedy widely applied to ameliorate a variety of illnesses associated with inflammation, such as mouth ulcers, thrush, eczema, etc. However, there has been a lack of relevant biological research on the anti-inflammatory capacity of COO, and the specific bioactive lipid phytochemicals contributing to the anti-inflammatory effect need further research. In this study, the RAW 264.7 macrophages model was used to investigate the anti-inflammatory capacity of COO. Our data showed that 33–200 μg/mL COO markedly inhibited the lipopolysaccharide lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated nitric oxide (NO.) secretion via the suppression of Nos2 and Cox-2 expression. The enzyme immunoassay confirmed that COO also exhibited a strong suppressive effect on the expression of proinflammatory cytokines such as Tnf-α and Il-6. To further explore the correlation between the anti-inflammatory effects and the lipid phytochemicals in COO, 10 samples were collected and screened for their chemical compositions. It was interestingly demonstrated that the polyphenol extracts of COO play a vital role in its anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion-based system was also developed to deliver the liposoluble COO into the cells, and the feasibility of this system was confirmed. Our research confirms the anti-inflammatory potential of COO and highlights that the main functional ingredient is polyphenol extracts. This may provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization and development of COO and related functional foods.  相似文献
