A quantitative microbiological risk assessment model was used to quantify the risk of salmonellosis caused by bacterial growth and cross-contamination of chicken meals prepared in households of China. Chinese data on initial loads of Salmonella in chicken carcasses sold at retail, storage time and handling of raw chicken meat in household kitchens and confirmatory transfer rates of Salmonella among different kitchen objects were collected. Only one third of Chinese families in our sample separated the cutting board between raw and ready-to-eat foods. The cross-contamination of ready-to-eat foods from chicken meals via the cutting board, the knife and cooks’ hands increased the frequency of pathogen ingestion and the risk of salmonellosis. A significant decrease in the risk of salmonellosis could be achieved by reducing the cross-contamination when handling raw chicken meat and ready-to-eat foods. Decreasing the prevalence of Salmonella contamination to 8.8% or removing chicken carcasses with contamination densities higher than 100 MPN/100 g at retail was less effective. Using transfer rates of Salmonella from raw chicken meat to the wooden cutting board instead of that from references, a statistically higher risk of salmonellosis per serve due to the cross-contamination in households was observed. The present study validated values of hygiene practices in China to reduce the risk of salmonellosis from contaminated raw chicken meat at retail. Deliberate surveys for cooking behaviors and transfer rates of Salmonella from and to different objects including wooden cutting boards were needed.  相似文献

Diketo-pyrrolo-pyrrole (DPP) is an important electron-deficient unit, and the alkylation of DPP can gives rise to good solubility of organic and polymer semiconductors in solvent. In this paper, we report our observations on the isomers of dialkyl DPP. The alkylation of DPP can take place on both the nitrogen and oxygen atoms, leading to the formation of three isomers. The presence of the isomers is evidenced by the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass spectra. The yields of the isomers are affected by the experimental conditions, including the reaction temperature, reaction time and solvent. The isomers have different electronic structures and optical properties as revealed by the UV–Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescent spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and theoretical simulation using Gaussian 03 program with B3LYP/6-31G(d). Small molecules based on the DPP isomers with dialkylation at different sites were synthesized and investigated as donor materials of organic solar cells (OSCs). The photovoltaic performances of OSCs are consistent with the electronic structures of the DPP isomers.  相似文献

The microstructure and mechanical properties of NANOBAIN steel treated at different isothermal temperatures were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),uniaxial tensile tests and X-ray diffraction(XRD).It was found that bainitic ferrite(BF)plate was made of basic shear transformation units arranged in the same direction of subunits.The existence of defects,such as nanoscale twinning and dislocation,suggested that the growth of transformation units was controlled by the surrounding defect plane with dislocation,which was consistent with the moving direction of BF/austenite interface parallel to the twinning plane.The behavior of work hardening indicated that mechanical stability of microstructures obtained at 250 ℃ and 300 ℃ was much more stable than that obtained at 210℃.The evolution of carbon partitioning in retained austenite and bainitic ferrite also indicated that austenite was enriched in carbon at the initial stage step by step;after the formation of BF,the austenite did not seem to be greatly enriched in carbon and the carbon content showed a little decrease instead;subsequently,aphenomenon of little decarburization of supersaturated bainitic ferrite has also been found.  相似文献

以车载终端项目开发过程中遇到的单件小批量印刷电路板(PCB)塑料安装盒为研究对象。根据单件小批量PCB关键尺寸及功能端口要求,采用三坐标测量等方法获取该PCB点云数据。借助Imageware软件等,提取该PCB关键尺寸参数,确定该PCB安装盒设计参数。基于Solid Works软件完成该PCB塑料安装盒参数化设计,形成三维造型,并完成虚拟装配及干涉检查。利用3D打印技术,完成PCB塑料安装盒产品工程样机快速原型制造。对项目开发过程中单件小批量塑料安装盒的快速和经济制造具有一定的工程应用价值。  相似文献

In the machining program for free form surfaces, the tool path is usually represented as continuous short lines. For the computer numerical control, the feedrate profile for short line tool path should be smooth and optimized in order to achieve high machining quality and high speed. In high speed machining, the feedrate profile also has a strong influence on contour accuracy. This paper presents a new real-time smooth feedrate planning algorithm for short line tool path, in which the contour error constraint is included. To realize contour error control, the feedrate is adaptively adjusted based on the curvature radius of the tool path, which is directly estimated from the short lines. The 7-phase jerk-limited look-ahead planning is employed to generate a smooth feedrate profile. The target feedrate filter (TFF) and planning units merging techniques are developed to improve the smoothness of the feedrate profile and reduce the overhead on look-ahead. The advantage of the proposed algorithm is that it is not only convenient to achieve the balance among accuracy, smoothness and productivity by adjusting parameters, but also efficient in design, which makes it possible to be implemented on low cost hardware platforms. Experiment results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm on smooth feedrate planning and contour error control for continuous short line tool path.  相似文献

The increase in computational capabilities has made time-domain methods applicable for long-range sound propagation modelling. However, such approaches remain very demanding in terms of computational resources. Most current computers are supplied with a powerful device which is still little exploited: the graphics processing unit (GPU). The paper describes an implementation of a transmission line matrix model which allows parallel calculations on heterogeneous systems. A voxelization algorithm used to generate the computational domain is presented. A splitting process is also expounded which makes feasible performing huge domains simulations by accurately dividing the computational domain into subdomains. Each subdomain is enlarged by introducing extra cells containing neighbours subdomains data in order to run several computational iterations on a graphic device without data exchange with the system memory. The influence of the ghost layer depth and the speeding up of computation time with GPU are then illustrated in a realistic built-up area.  相似文献

In this paper we shall concentrate on Gaussian (or close to Gaussian) loads acting on a structure. The goal is to compute a measure of risk for fatigue of a component during a specific time period and the so called “safety index” will be used to combine different types of uncertainties. The presented methodology can be applied in a more general situation of environmental loads which properties may vary with time of the year. The load is assumed to be “locally” stationary such that the mean load is constant (and taken to be zero) but the variance of the load can change slowly with time. Non-stationary hierarchical processes, separable into a stationary Gaussian process and a process describing the load amplitude and period, e.g. processes with Pierson–Moskowitz or JONSWAP spectrum, are treated in detail. The variability of a load, relevant for the fatigue accumulation process, will be described by means of rainflow cycles counted in the load. Moreover, common damage intensity approximations are reviewed and evaluated in a simulation study.  相似文献

基于复合材料各向异性板的大挠度方程,采用Ritz法和最小势能原理推导出了正交各向异性复合材料层合板在面内弯曲载荷作用下临界屈曲弯矩的解析解;给出了面内弯剪复合载荷作用下复合材料层合板屈曲的强度校核方法,并将本文方法所得结果与用有限元法(FEM)所得结果进行了比较。结果表明,本文方法与有限元方法相吻合,并且形式简洁,便于工程应用。  相似文献
