为研究超声换能器结构参数对聚合物超声塑化过程黏弹性生热的影响,首先确定超声黏弹性生热系统的组成,进行纵振超声换能器结构设计;然后分析超声黏弹性生热过程及超声黏弹性生热原理;最后采用单一变量法分析超声换能器的主要结构参数对其纵振频率及工具头前端质点最大振幅的影响,将其实际输出的纵振激励加载于熔融聚合物,研究其结构参数对聚合物超声黏弹性生热过程及达到聚合物玻璃化转变温度所用时间的影响。结果表明,随纵振激励作用时间的增加,聚合物温度非线性升高;放大比对聚合物温度变化影响最大,前盖板厚度和工具头长度次之,影响最小的是变幅杆长度。 相似文献

Mechanical durability of extruded fish feed must be optimized to lower economic losses as well as emission of organic matter to aquatic environments. The glass transition hypothesis for viscoelastic biopolymers is demonstrated and confirmed experimentally to be valid for extruded fish feed pellets. It is proposed and demonstrated that it is important to avoid early glass transition onset, to optimize the obtained mechanical durability. From the proposed glass transition hypothesis, immediate process relevance to the pre-drying transport mechanism is demonstrated. Phytoalexins are inducible secondary metabolites possessing antimicrobial activity against phytopathogens. Rice produces a wide array of phytoalexins in response to pathogen attacks and environmental stresses. With few exceptions, most phytoalexins identified in rice are diterpenoid compounds. Until very recently, flavonoid sakuranetin was the only known phenolic phytoalexin in rice. However, recent studies have shown that phenylamides are involved in defense against pathogen attacks in rice. Phenylamides are amine-conjugated phenolic acids that are induced by pathogen infections and abiotic stresses including ultra violet (UV) radiation in rice. Stress-induced phenylamides, such as N-trans-cinnamoyltryptamine, N-p-coumaroylserotonin and N-cinnamoyltyramine, have been reported to possess antimicrobial activities against rice bacterial and fungal pathogens, an indication of their direct inhibitory roles against invading pathogens. This finding suggests that phenylamides act as phytoalexins in rice and belong to phenolic phytoalexins along with sakuranetin. Phenylamides also have been implicated in cell wall reinforcement for disease resistance and allelopathy of rice. Synthesis of phenolic phytoalexins is stimulated by phytopathogen attacks and abiotic challenges including UV radiation. Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that biosynthetic pathways including the shikimate, phenylpropanoid and arylmonoamine pathways are coordinately activated for phenolic phytoalexin synthesis, and related genes are induced by biotic and abiotic stresses in rice. 相似文献

In the present work, a rheological study of liquid soaps prepared from different mixture of surfactants as a function of surfactant type and concentration was performed. The curves of shear stress vs. shear rate and viscosity vs. shear rate were recorded at constant temperature, 294 ± 0.1 K. The surface activity properties were also studied. The results of the study showed that values of surface tension, γ, were in the range 31–40 mN m−1 and the critical micelle concentration (CMC), was of the order 10−4 mol L−1. The calculated maximum surface excess, Γmax, varied from 2.40 to 3.66 μmol m−2, while minimum area per molecule, Amin, varied from 41.1 (for amphoterics) to 81.4 Å2 (for nonionic surfactants). The standard free energy of micellization, −29.8 and −29.3 kJ mol−1 for anionic and amphoteric surfactants, respectively, were while values for nonionic surfactants varied between −31.8 and − 30.3 kJ mol−1. The free energy of adsorption, was the lowest for amphoteric surfactants (−37.9 kJ mol−1), followed by anionics (−40.4 kJ mol−1) and nonionics (−43.34 to −46.84 kJ mol−1), indicating that micellization process is spontaneous in the examined medium. The synthetized liquid soaps show pseudoplastic behavior and they achieved pipe flow. The results of this research indicate that flow behavior was affected significantly by the ionic charge of the surfactant and the ionic strength of the formulation, suggesting that the flow behavior could be changed by manipulating the choice of the surfactant and salinity. This paper presents an analytical solution to the non-uniform pressure on thick-walled cylinder. The formulation is based on the linear elasticity theory (plain strain) and stress function method. As an example, the proposed solution is used to model the stress distribution due to non-uniform steel reinforcement corrosion in concrete. The model is formulated considering different scenarios of corrosion pressure distribution. It is validated against the finite element model for different cases of non-uniform pressure distributions. The results show that the corrosion-induced cracks are likely to start just beyond the anodic zone. This is confirmed by the experimental tests on concrete cylinder exposed to non-uniform accelerated corrosion of steel reinforcement. The model can be effectively used to calculate the distribution of corrosion-induced stresses in concrete. 相似文献

为研究喷射混凝土套拱加固前后二次衬砌与混凝土套拱的受力状况,依托陕西汉中至留坝段八里关隧道,运用有限元软件建立隧道混凝土结构套拱加固分析模型,并通过现场监测获取二次衬砌与套拱间的接触压力、套拱格栅拱架钢筋应力、套拱混凝土应力,将数值模拟结果与现场测试结果相结合,得出套拱结构的一般受力变化规律。结果表明:套拱加固前衬砌结构的最不利荷载位置位于施工缝附近的拱顶、拱肩与拱脚处; 由于衬砌局部变形与温度应力的影响,套拱混凝土应力变化呈现反复“上升-下降-上升”最后趋于稳定的特点; 套拱的作用是控制二次衬砌的进一步变形,套拱施作后所承受荷载较小,套拱反作用力远小于围岩作用于衬砌的应力,在应力计算中不应将衬砌与套拱作为整体计算; 套拱结构数值模拟所得的结果与现场测试套拱结构内力(轴力、弯矩)的大小及分布相似度高,但在衬砌裂损严重部位,数值模拟所得结果误差较大,应以现场测试结果为准。 相似文献

为了提高三级煤矿许用炸药能量利用率,改善爆破破岩效果,保证开采区的工作效率,对不耦合装药结构进行优化,以理论推导的方式分别得出空气不耦合与水不耦合装药系数对爆生气体准静压力的影响,并进行了对比分析;通过实验室爆破模型试验研究水和空气径向不耦合分别作用下爆炸应力波的传播分布特性,分析峰值应力与测点到炮孔比例距离、不耦合系数之间的关系,并与理论分析对比验证。结果表明:当不耦合系数相同时,炮孔处水不耦合装药爆炸应力波峰值高于空气不耦合装药,随着不耦合系数的增加,炮孔处爆炸应力波的峰值应力减小;模型试验测得同一测点的水不耦合装药峰值应力是空气不耦合装药峰值应力的1.15~1.52倍,峰值应力作用时间长于空气不耦合装药,同一测点水和空气不耦合装药结构测得的应力波及其峰值应力均随不耦合系数的增加呈负幂函数衰减,且空气不耦合装药时衰减得更快,与理论分析一致;贵州某煤矿下山巷道,于梯形掘进断面实施传统空气不耦合装药结构掏槽爆破,效果不甚理想,运用水不耦合装药爆破技术,提高了炮孔利用率,减小了岩石破碎块度,使爆堆集中,显著提高了岩石破碎效果与出渣效率。 相似文献

陈四楼矿计划实施沿空留巷的2802运输巷,断层较多,直接顶厚度较大,巷道矿压显现较为明显。针对顶板下沉、两帮外鼓、顶板淋水较大、巷道顶板受压破碎、金属网锈蚀严重、压脱锚杆较多、两帮位移较大等现象,提出在高应力区采用矿压监测的方法,通过对巷道变形现状进行的监测分析,对巷道破坏变形程度有了清晰的认识,对造成巷道破坏变形原因和影响因素有了详细的分析,根据注浆加固可改善围岩结构,提高围岩承载能力及锚杆、锚索锚固性能,是一种较为有效的围岩控制措施,确定了需要采用注浆加固的方式对进行巷道围岩破坏变形治理,并根据现场实际情况对注浆材料的性能提出了要求。 相似文献

A method for estimating the sway angle using an observer has already been proposed. The state observer estimates the sway angle accurately and must use the detected sway angle value. However, the estimated sway angle has an error owing to rope length error, friction force, and wind. Moreover, the container mass cannot be determined, and therefore the observer parameter is not suitable. We already proposed robust antisway control for overcoming rope length error without adding a new sensor. Further, we designed a friction disturbance observer to cancel out the influence of the friction force. In this paper, we first propose a container mass estimation method when a crane system performs rolling up control. The observer parameter can be selected using the estimated mass value. Second, in crane parallel shift control, we propose a robust antisway control even when there is a wind disturbance. We design a wind disturbance observer and propose a wind disturbance estimator to separate the friction observer output from the wind disturbance observer output. We confirm through experiments that the proposed method can reduce vibration. 相似文献
