Combining with the study of analogue experiments and test analysis, the kinetics of precipitation and growth of AlN and MnS in non-oriented electrical steel produced by the CSP process is calculated. The results show that the precipitate phase particles of AlN and MnS in typical non-oriented electrical steel grades produced by the CSP process have grown to some extent in the soaking stage, but the precipitation contents are less than 20% of the total contents of nitride and sulfide. The precipitate phase particles of AlN and MnS have precipitated almost after the hot rolling process. The precipitation contents are more than 80% of the total contents of nitride and sulfide, but it is very late for the precipitate phase particles to grow at the end of the hot rolling process.  相似文献

为提高锂硫电池的循环性能,采用水热法制备负载有硫化锰(MnS)的竹炭(BC)复合材料MnS@BC,通过热复合获得负载S的BC复合材料S-BC和负载S、MnS的BC复合材料S-MnS@BC。SEM和XRD分析表明:MnS@BC中MnS可填充BC表面的孔洞,并呈不均匀分布;没有出现MnS的衍射峰。电化学性能测试结果表明:负载于BC上的MnS本身没有电化学活性,但对多硫离子的氧化还原过程有催化作用,可提高电极的可逆性。S-MnS@BC复合材料电极以100 m A/g的电流在1.5~3.0 V充放电,首次放电比容量为1 346.1 m Ah/g,第50次循环的放电比容量保持在504.0 m Ah/g,在同等条件下的性能好于S-BC复合材料,表现出较轻的"飞梭效应"和较好的循环性能。  相似文献

通过实验室试验研究钢中MnS+Al_2O_3复合夹杂物的生成以及不同冷却速率对MnS+Al_2O_3复合夹杂物包裹率的影响。结果表明:被推动到钢液凝固前沿的Al_2O_3,会为MnS析出提供异质形核质点;随着冷却速率的增加,复合夹杂物的尺寸从4μm降至2.5μm左右,MnS+Al_2O_3复合夹杂物包裹率逐渐降低。本次试验研究为得到较优包裹程度的实验条件以及进一步改善钢材性能提供一定的理论分析。  相似文献

 Abstract: The precipitation kinetics of AlN and MnS in low carbon aluminium-killed steel was calculated. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) and phase analyses have been used to investigate the morphology, compositions and particle size distribution of AlN and MnS precipitates in three positions of the coil. The particles of AlN and MnS precipitates in the ferrite region after coiling and distributes along and adjacent to the ferrite grain boundaries. The shapes of AlN are plate-like, the precipitates size is about 10 to 60 nm; the shapes of MnS are spherical, the precipitates size is about 200 to 600 nm. The precipitation behavior of AlN is sensitive to the isothermal temperature and holding time, the precipitation quantity and particle size distribution of AlN in different positions of coil are unequal.  相似文献

试验易切削不锈钢TBPS(/%:0.02C,0.75Si,1.50Mn,0.008 P,0.21S,19.70Cr,1.10Mo,0.11Pb,0.008Te)由真空感应炉+电渣重熔(Φ350 mm,500kg锭)冶炼,用Gleeble 3800热模拟机试验研究900~1200℃、变形量10%~70%时电渣锭中MnS夹杂的相对热塑性。结果表明,在900~1100℃时,随着变形量的增加,MnS夹杂的相对变形指数γ变小;在1200℃,变形量对MnS央杂相对变形指数γ影响较小;且随着变形温度升高,MnS夹杂的相对变形指数γ减小,特别在1200℃,相对变形指数γ显著减小;为降低MnS延展变形以获得较好的易切削性能,TBPS宜采用高的温度和大的道次变形量进行热变形。  相似文献

通过对钢轨A类非金属夹杂进行不同深度、不同位置的取样检测,发现钢轨A类非金属夹杂评级结果存在一定偶然性。以U75V为例进一步采用Factsage热力学数值模拟及析出热力学理论对MnS非金属夹杂的析出过程进行分析;结合连铸过程钢液冷却凝固特性及实际统计、检测结果对MnS非金属夹杂的析出进行验证,最终得出MnS析出于钢液近乎完全凝固,且主要由于S、Mn偏析形成微区高溶质浓度而析出。以降低钢液氧、氮含量为基础,降低钢液硫含量、夹杂变性处理及铸坯内部质量优化可以抑制MnS非金属夹杂的析出及轧制形变。  相似文献

To clarify the critical relative humidity (RH) to initiate pitting corrosion and the rusting mechanism in a marine atmospheric environment, pitting corrosion of Type 430 stainless steels under drops of MgCl2 solutions were investigated. A pitting corrosion test was performed at different relative humidities under droplets with various diameters and thicknesses. The probability of pitting decreased as the diameter and thickness decreased. Pitting progressed only when the chloride concentration exceeded 4 M, which is the equilibrium concentration at 80% RH. Accordingly, pitting of Type 430 could be initiated when the RH was less than 80%. Additionally, a pitting corrosion mechanism of Type 430 stainless steel under droplets containing chloride ions is proposed.  相似文献

 Mn-Ti oxides in Si-Mn-Ti deoxidized steels after cooling in the furnace were investigated. The composition and morphology of inclusions were analyzed by using FE-SEM with EDS. Mn-Ti oxides were found to be effective sites to induce intragranular ferrite formation. The thermodynamic calculation was employed to interpret the critical condition for Mn-Ti oxide formation. Mn-Ti oxide formation is controlled not only by [Mn], [Ti] content, but also by total oxygen in steel. When [Mn] and [Ti] were around 1.5 wt% and 0.005~0.01 wt% respectively, Mn-Ti oxide could form as total oxygen was 0.001~0.002 wt%. The experimental results are in good agreement with thermodynamic calculation results. Also MnS solubility was examined in Mn-Ti oxide inclusion system. With MnO content in Mn-Ti oxide increasing, MnS solubility in these oxides increased. High MnO content had an benefit on MnS precipitation in Mn-Ti oxide.  相似文献

摘要:为探究微量碲改质对钢中硫化物塑性变形的影响机制,对38MnVS6非调质钢中MnS夹杂物进行了微量碲改质工业试验,并探讨了碲对钢中MnS夹杂物的改质机制和塑性变形行为的影响。结果表明,微量碲改质能明显降低试验钢铸坯中硫化物的长宽比,碲改质后不同变形量的轧材中硫化物评级亦有所改善;钢中碲主要固溶于MnS,形成Mn(S,Te)固溶夹杂物,当碲浓度达到析出过饱和度时,以MnTe形式析出于MnS表面并形成MnS MnTe夹杂物;碲良好的硫化物形态调控效果是由于形成显微硬度更高、相对塑性更低的Mn(S,Te)夹杂物;而夹杂物在大变形量轧制条件下的真应变增幅减小导致碲改质后试样中夹杂物的相对塑性反而有所增加;长条状硫化物夹杂在轧制时可能发生先碎化再经历Ostwald熟化的过程。  相似文献
