CO2 sorption isotherms are reported for plasma polymerized methyl methacrylate (ppMMA) and the conventionally polymerized analog, poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA). The isotherms are measured at temperatures ranging from 20 to 95 °C and analyzed using the Dual-Mode sorption model. In the lower temperature range, the magnitude of the Henry's law (kD) and the coupled Langmuir component parameters (C′Hb) for both materials are similar. The expected collapse of the Langmuir sorption mode in conventional PMMA near the glass transition temperature is clearly observed. However, the Langmuir component in the plasma polymerized material does not diminish in the same manner as that for the conventional polymer analog. In contrast with the ppMMA, the PMMA materials are shown to exhibit significant dilation for extended conditioning times at high CO2 pressures. The response of the isotherms for the two materials to ‘quench’ and ‘slow cool’ thermal conditioning protocols are similar, but small. 相似文献

Full densification of Y2O3 is challenging and requires a very high sintering temperature (above 1700 °C). In this study, the effect of ZnO and TiO2 dopants on its densification was investigated, showing that both dopants lowered the sintering temperature and improved the process. Moreover, ZnO promoted the grain growth, while TiO2 inhibited it; hence, the ZnOTiO2 co-doping and the change in the ZnO/TiO2 ratio allowed the control of the sintered body microstructure while maintaining high densification. Since Y2O3 has a higher plasma erosion resistance than conventional Si-based materials, the plasma dry etching resistance of the sintered Y2O3 was also evaluated and found superior due to the improved densification and controlled grain size of the doped samples. 相似文献

Effects of titania content and plasma treatment on the interfacial adhesion mechanism of nano titania-hybridized polyimide and copper system 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Nano-titania (TiO2) incorporated into polyimide (PI) matrix can significantly enhance the adhesion strength for PI/TiO2 hybrid film and copper system. Surface modifications by various plasma treatments (Ar, Ar/N2 and Ar/O2) were also applied in this study to improve the adhesion strength. The Ar/N2 plasma treatment is regarded as the more effective way in promoting the adhesion strength. The maximum adhesion value of 9.53 N/cm was obtained for the PI/TiO2-1 wt% hybrid film with Ar/N2 plasma treatment. It is enhanced about 10 times as large as pristine PI. Furthermore, by Ar/O2 plasma treatment, a weak boundary of copper oxide was formed at the interlayer between PI/TiO2 hybrid film and copper which decreases the adhesion strength. The effects of plasma treatment and content of nanosized TiO2 on the adhesion strength between PI/TiO2 hybrid film and copper system were studied. Atomic force microscope and contact angle analyses were used to measure the changes in surface morphology and surface energy as a result of plasma treatment. Besides, the interfacial states of peeled-off polymer side and copper side were investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Based on the result of XPS spectra, the peeled-off failure mode between PI/TiO2 hybrid film and copper was proposed in this study. 相似文献

深入分析我国地区能源消费差异及影响因素,对降低能源消费,制定节能降耗政策具有重要意义。本文首先分析我国地区能源消费现状和地区差异特征,其次探讨了能源消费差异的主要影响因素,通过构建计量模型对我国各地区能源消费影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果表明,能源消费水平由西向东呈现递增的阶梯现象;经济发展水平对能源消费水平具有积极的作用,西部地区经济发展对能源消费的推动作用最大;产业结构对各地区能源消费的作用不同:产业结构优化对东部地区能源消费的降低作用明显,而中、西部地区产业结构优化对能源消费的降低作用有限。本文据此提出相应的政策建议。 相似文献

The use of strontium-containing hydroxyapatite (Sr-HA) as a biomaterial has been reported recently. In vitro and in vivo studies have shown that Sr-HA promotes osteoblast response and stimulates new bone formation. In order to extend its usage to major load-bearing applications, such as artificial hip replacement, it has been proposed that the material could be used in the form of a coating on implant surfaces. This paper reports a preliminary study of biocompatibility of plasma sprayed Sr-HA coatings on a metallic substrate. Coatings of Sr-HA containing 10 mol% Sr2+ was produced on titanium alloy substrates. The coating exhibited good bonding with the substrate. The bioactivity of Sr-HA coating was evaluated in vitro by immersion in simulated body fluid (SBF). After immersion in SBF, Sr-HA coating exhibited great ability to induce apatite precipitation on its surface. The possible effects of cell-materials interactions of Sr-HA coating were examined by culturing osteoprecursor cells (OPC1) on coating surfaces. The effect of Sr-HA was also compared to a hydroxyapatite (HA) coating, which is widely used in orthopedics and dentistry. The results indicated that Sr-HA coating had good biocompatibility with human osteoblasts. OPC1 cells survived and proliferated well on the surface of coating. Sr-HA coating promoted OPC1 cells attachment, and more local contacts were produced on the surface. The presence of Sr stimulated OPC1 cell differentiation and ALP expression. No deleterious effect on ECM formation and mineralization was found with Sr-HA coating. The results indicated that Sr-HA coating had good mechanical properties and bioactivity in vitro. 相似文献
