催化反应精馏制备乙酸乙酯

利用反应精馏装置研究了乙酸和乙醇直接酯化法合成乙酸乙酯的转化条件:加热温度200 ℃,浓硫酸质量占混和物总质量0.6%,回流比为3∶1,乙酸与乙醇的摩尔比为1.15∶1.以反应精馏方式进行时,乙醇转化率、乙酸乙酯收率分别为94.09%和60.45%,明显高于普通蒸馏法,而乙醇转化为乙酸乙酯的选择性变化不大.     

直接成像技术在PCB中的应用

电子产品日趋小型化、轻量化、多功能化，使电路板线路密度增加，从而对电路板的制作技术有了更高的要求，普通的接触曝光成像技术不能满足高密度电路的要求，激光直接成像（LDI）技术正迎合了精细线路的要求，而在PCB制作中得到应用。介绍了LDI的成像原理、存在的优缺点及其在PCB制作中的应用。     

湛江发电厂一号机振动的原因分析及处理

对湛江发电厂1号机4号轴瓦振动大的问题进行分析,认为其主要原因为:低压缸变形大导致动静碰摩,轴承座及盘车箱下部脱空引起刚度降低,轴承座的固有频率与工频相近等。对此,采取了相应的处理措施,实施后4号轴瓦振动得到有效解决。     

Fast‐scale bifurcation in power‐factor‐correction buck‐boost converters and effects of incompatible periodicities

In this paper, we derive the discrete‐time model for the power‐factor‐correction (PFC) buck‐boost converter in terms of a stroboscopic switching map. Fast‐scale instability is analysed through a fold diagram, which exposes the periodicity of the operation as well as the locations of the critical phase angles of the line voltage at which instability begins to occur along a half‐line cycle. The asymmetrical locations of the critical phase angles along a half‐line cycle is explained in terms of ‘under‐developed’ bifurcation. 通过直接栅电流测量方法研究了热载流子退化和高栅压退火过程中PMOSFET's热载流子损伤的生长规律.由此,给出了热载流子引起PMOSFET's器件参数退化的准确物理解释.并证明了直接栅电流测量是一种很好的研究器件损伤生长和器件参数退化的实验方法.     

Analysis and optimisation of the HIPERLAN Channel Access Contention Scheme

This paper analyses the HIPERLAN channel access mechanism. Both a purely mathematical and a simulation model are built in order to evaluate the two successive phases of the contention scheme. Several optimisations, based on the choice of parametric values, are proposed, evaluated and compared.     

圆管流动的二次转捩

利用直接数值模拟方法求解N-S方程来研究空间发展的圆管转捩,计算中雷诺数Re选定为3000。在局部壁面引入的周期性吹吸(PSB)扰动作用下,圆管中首先出现了塞流结构,并向下游迁移,同时有稳定的流向条带结构形成;在塞流结构离开计算域后,随着扰动的不断发展,流向条带结构逐渐破裂失稳,圆管流动出现了第二次转捩,这是一种新的转捩形式,我们称之为“二次转捩”。     

Direct Methods Optimised for Solving Crystal Structure by Powder Diffraction Data: Limits,Strategies, and Prospects

The ab-initio crystal structure solution by powder diffraction data requires great efforts because of the collapse of the experimental information onto the one dimensional 2θ axis of the pattern. Different strategies will be described aiming at improving the process of extraction of the integrated intensities from the experimental pattern in order to make more straightforward the structure solution process by direct methods. Particular attention will be devoted to the EXPO program. Some of its performance will be analysed and results will be shown.     

基于S-CDMA的HFC上行信道接入协议性能仿真分析

讨论了基于S－CDMA的HFC网上行信道的高效接入协议－SAMA，提出了双信道接入机制的工作原理，并对系统性能进行了分析与计算机仿真，得到一些有意义的结论。
