超低密度聚乙烯的开发及应用

对在线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)装置上开发生产的超低密度聚乙烯TJVL-1210的工艺参数、生产切换过程以及产品性能进行了分析。TJVL-1210采用两种α-烯烃与乙烯共聚合,使LLDPE密度从0.920 0 g/cm3降至0.912 0 g/cm3,突破了气相流化床反应器的生产技术瓶颈。TJVL-1210可应用于聚丙烯改性、热收缩膜、冷冻包装膜等领域,能够取代部分市场上的茂金属聚乙烯和聚烯烃弹性体等高端树脂。

Hydroelastic analysis of VLFS based on a consistent coupled-mode system and FEM

Three models for the interaction of water waves with large floating elastic structures are analysed. The first model, based on the Euler–Bernoulli beam theory, has already been extensively studied. The second is based on the Rayleigh beam equation. The third approach utilises the Timoshenko approximation and is thus capable of incorporating shear deformation and rotary inertia effects. A novelty of the proposed hydroelastic systems is the consistent local mode expansion of the underlying hydrodynamic field interacting with the floating structure, which leads to coupled-mode systems with respect to the modal amplitudes of the wave potential and the surface elevation. This representation is rapidly convergent to the solution of the full hydroelastic problem. The dispersion relations of these models are derived and analysed, supporting at a next stage the efficient development of finite element method solvers of the coupled system.

Production of L‐lactic acid with very high gravity distillery wastewater from ethanol fermentation by a newly isolated Enterococcus hawaiiensis

BACKGROUND: A great amount of wastewater with high contents of chemical oxygen demand (COD) are produced by ethanol production. It would be useful to utilize distillery wastewater to produce L‐lactic acid, which could be a high additional value byproduct of ethanol production. The fermentation process of L‐lactic acid production by a newly isolated Enterococcus hawaiiensis CICIM‐CU B0114 is reported for the first time. RESULTS: The strain produced 56 g L^?1 of L‐lactic acid after cultivation for 48 h in optimized medium consisting of (g L^?1) 80 glucose, 10 peptone, 10 yeast extract, 1.5 Na₂HPO₄ and 0.2 MgSO₄. E. hawaiiensis CICIM‐CU B0114 was isolated and purified by subculture for growing and producing L‐lactic acid in distillery wastewater of very high gravity (VHG) from ethanol fermentation. L‐lactic acid fermentation was further studied with distillery wastewater substrate in 7 L and 15 L fermentors. The results showed that L‐lactic acid concentrations of 52 g L^?1 and 68 g L^?1 was achieved in 7 L and 15 L fermentors with the initial sugar concentrations of 67 g L^?1 and 87 g L^?1, respectively. CONCLUSION: The production of L‐lactic acid by the newly isolated E. hawaiiensis CICIM‐CU B0114 was carried out and the fermentation medium was optimized by orthogonal experimental design. This new strain holds the promise of L‐lactic acid production utilizing distillery wastewater from VHG ethanol fermentation. Copyright © 2010 Society of Chemical Industry

Effect of Electrolysis and Heat Treatment Conditions on the Rate of Formation and Magnetic Properties of Very Fine Iron

The effect of electrolysis and heat treatment conditions on the rate of formation and magnetic properties of very fine iron cobalt alloy powder is studied. The optimum conditions for powder preparation are as follows: electrolysis temperature 70°C, heat treatment temperature 500°C, cathode rotation rate 1 rad/sec, cathode current density 2 kA/m², pH = 3.5 ± 0.5, oleic acid concentration 10 kg/m³, electrolyte concentration 20-30 kg/m³, ion ratios of 54:46 and 40:60 for Fe²⁺:Co²⁺.
