高效高功率密度车载双向电能变换器设计

研究设计了一种用于电动汽车电池充放电的车载双向电能变换器。充电状态下,前级采用PWM整流技术,后级采用移相全桥零电压开关电路,实现电气隔离高效的降压变换。放电状态下,双向DC-DC变换器实现升压变换,双向AC-DC作为单相全桥逆变器采用电压前馈、电压电流双闭环控制策略。本系统采用全控型器件GaN控制电流电压通断,能够使得电流电压在正负四象限工作,实现能量的正向和反向的双向传递。依据此方案设计一款开关频率100 kHz、输出功率2 kW的原理样机,经测试该系统能够有效实现能量的双向流动,并且有效提升了效率和功率密度,验证了方案的可行性。     

应变速率对中碳低温贝氏体钢强塑性的影响

摘要：为探索低温贝氏体钢的断裂行为,研究应变速率对低温贝氏体钢TRIP效应的影响,采用不同应变速率的拉伸试验对低温贝氏体钢的强塑性进行研究。利用扫描电镜（SEM）、透射电镜（TEM）及X射线衍射（XRD）等试验方法对低温贝氏体钢的微观组织、断口形貌及裂纹走向进行表征。结果表明,随着应变速率的提高,试验钢的屈服强度由771MPa上升至806MPa,抗拉强度由1554MPa上升至1606MPa,断后伸长率由13.5%下降至9.0%。主要原因是高应变速率拉伸引发的绝热温升抑制了残余奥氏体的马氏体相变,对试验钢塑性造成负面影响。     

缩短机械加工中零件等待时间的方法讨论

在机械制造系统中，零件在各工序间加工及流转，一般情况下许多工序难免存在零件等待加工的现象。为了提高系统的加工性能，本文利用现代仿真技术及排队论，通过优化工件在各相关工序的加工时间，从而消除工序中存在的工件等待加工现象。文章提出的方法还可用来预测机械制造系统的运行性能、比较各种可供选择的方案以及实现制造系统决策的优化。     

大潮差河口闸下水流的流动特性分析

福建数座河口水闸发生剧烈淘刷,闸上游和下游的最大冲刷深度达到闸室高度的0.5~1.2倍,且屡修屡毁。有的水闸经多次除险加固后,不得不再花巨资重建。通过数学模型和物理模型揭示了河口水闸下游水位因受东海大潮差海潮影响发生剧烈波动时的变化规律,发现了水闸泄流过程中的间歇性淹没及非常工况甚至出现逆流的独特流动现象,给出了典型日孔流及堰流泄流能力动态变化过程线,分析了消能工变化对闸址水流结构的显著影响,并对水闸水毁修复前后闸下冲刷进行了预测。结果表明:水闸修复前闸下涨急最高水位4.53 m,修复后下降0.67 m,水闸修复后逆流现象减弱。修复后首次水跃位置往上游移动了35 m,平均水跃高度下降47.46%,闸后及二级池末端最大流速2.27 m/s和0.08 m/s,较修复前分别下降了40.58%和96.48%。常遇泄流条件下,水闸的淹没度和泄流能力呈现不断变化的动态过程。当西溪水闸62#先启孔全开,上游保持正常高水位3.2 m,下游为最低潮位-0.72 m时,修复后最大冲刷深度减少64.48%,消能防冲效果十分明显。研究成果对河口水闸安全运行具有一定的参考价值。     

Good ergonomics and team diversity reduce absenteeism and errors in car manufacturing

Prior research suggests that ergonomics work design and mixed teams (in age and gender) may compensate declines in certain abilities of ageing employees. This study investigates simultaneous effects of both team level factors on absenteeism and performance (error rates) over one year in a sample of 56 car assembly teams (N = 623). Results show that age was related to prolonged absenteeism and more mistakes in work planning, but not to overall performance. In comparison, high-physical workload was strongly associated with longer absenteeism and increased error rates. Furthermore, controlling for physical workload, age diversity was related to shorter absenteeism, and the presence of females in the team was associated with shorter absenteeism and better performance. In summary, this study suggests that both ergonomics work design and mixed team composition may compensate age-related productivity risks in manufacturing by maintaining the work ability of older employees and improving job quality.     

Similarity-Based Diff, Three-Way Diff and Merge

Semi-structured documents and data pervade modern workflows in all areas. Collaborative work and version management rely on effective, automatic difference analysis and three-way difference analysis tools. In our effort to develop a three-way difference analysis for tree-structured documents we developed a kernel three-way difference algorithm which extends the equality-based procedures, such as GNU diff3, by considering the similarity of documents in the difference analysis as well as to ignore the order of data if that is semantically suitable. As a result we obtain difference analysis algorithms that can be more fine-tuned to the application domain. Moreover, the equality-based counter-parts of our three-way difference analysis algorithms has the idempotency property, which the current three-way diff algorithms lacks.

Time-series primitive static states for detailing work state and flow of human-operated work machine

This paper proposes a quantification method for a comprehensive work flow in construction work for describing work states in more detail on the basis of analyzing state transitions of primitive static states (PSS), which consist of 16 symbolic work states defined by using on-off state of the lever operations and joint loads for the manipulator and end-effector. On the basis of the state transition rules derived from a transition-condition analysis, practical state transitions (PST), which are common and frequent transitions in arbitrary construction work, are defined. PST can be classified into essential state transition (EST) or nonessential state transitions (NST). EST extracts common phases of work progress and estimates positional relations between a manipulator and an object. NST reveals wasted movements that degrade the efficiency and quality of work. To evaluate comprehensive work flows modeled by combining EST and NST, work-analysis experiments using our instrumented setup were conducted. Results indicate that all the PSS definitely changes on the basis of PST under various work conditions, and work analysis using EST and NST easily reveals work characteristics and untrained tasks related to wasted movements.     

基于OGC规范的多星多传感器卫星地面系统设计与实现

为解决传统卫星地面系统各业务功能单一、异构组织协作方面的不足, 提出了新型卫星地面系统的设计架构。以OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium)组织制定的空间信息服务标准为核心, 分别研究了卫星地面系统各业务系统的服务化, 给出了完整的新型卫星地面系统框架体系, 并进行了原型系统的开发和相关的应用实验。结果表明, 新型的卫星地面系统有助于实现多星多传感器的动态添加和跨组织协调合作。     

Female sex pheromone components ofHeliothis peltigera (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)

Ten compounds were found in the sex pheromone glands ofHeliothis peltigera (Schiff) and identified as tetradecenal, (Z)-9-tetradecenal, (Z)-9-tetradecenol, (Z)-9-tetradecenyl acetate, hexadecanal, (Z)-7-hiexadecenal, (Z)-9-hexadecenal, (Z)-11-hexadecenal, (Z)-11-hexadecenol, and (Z)-11-hexadecenyl acetate. Behavioral tests in a wind tunnel and subsequent trapping studies conducted in the field indicated that (Z)-11-hexadecenal and (Z)-9-tetradecenal are the main pheromone components ofH. peltigera. Addition of (Z)-11-hexadecenol to the binary blend did not enhance the capture of males ofH. peltigera, but it decreased the number of males of the sympatricH. armigera. Rubber septa impregnated with a mixture of 2 mg (Z)-11-hexadecenal + 1 mg (Z)-9-tetradecenal + 0.6 mg (Z)-11-hexadecenol are recommended for monitoringH. peltigera.
