基于宏程序的多头蜗杆数控加工研究

针对多头蜗杆在加工中,存在切削力过大,刀具磨损严重,对操作技术人员要求较高,而且加工质量难以保证等一系列问题。通过对螺纹车刀刀具的几何角度、蜗杆加工时的切削方法以及切削用量的选择进行了系统分析和优化设计,充分发挥数控机床的功能参数特点,将数控切削中普通螺纹加工的循环指令与制造工艺技术灵活运用,开发出适用于大螺距的各种类型的特殊螺纹加工方法的宏程序,极大地拓展了数控机床的加工范围,实现了数控机床的二次开发。     

Mathematical model and tooth surfaces of recess action worm gears with double-depth teeth

In this study, the surface equations of recess action (RA) worm gears with double-depth teeth, generated by a ZN worm-type hob cutter, are proposed. Based on the generation mechanism and the theory of gearing, a mathematical model of a series of worm gears, semi RA, full RA and standard proportional tooth types, with double-depth teeth is developed as the function of design parameters of the ZN worm-type hob cutter. According to the derived tooth surface equations, computer graphs of a series of worm gears with double-depth teeth are plotted. Tooth surface variations of the generated RA worm gears due to the varying pitch line, pressure angle and tooth height of the hob cutter are also investigated.     

XL400设备头架蜗轮严重磨损研究

针对专用设备头架传动机构上的蜗轮磨损过快问题,用蜗轮齿面的接触疲劳强度计算对蜗轮的磨损进行研究,提出了解决措施:用直廓环面蜗杆传动替代阿基米德蜗杆传动,实践表明此法简单可行,是解决蜗轮磨损问题的良好方法。

基于种子—扩充的多态蠕虫特征自动提取方法

提出基于种子扩充的多态蠕虫特征自动提取方法SESG.SESG算法首先按序列的权重大小将其放入一个队列,然后依次对队列中的种子序列进行扩充,从而对各类蠕虫以及噪音序列进行分类,并从分类后的蠕虫序列中提取其特征.测试结果表明,SESG算法能够在包含噪音的可疑池中很好地区分各类蠕虫序列,更易于提取有效的蠕虫特征.     

新型多头自动分度机构的研究与开发

针对普通分度头结构工艺的复杂性,分度定位工件的单件性,以及分度盘若干孔位的计数和定位操作步骤的繁琐,设计开发了一种基于蜗杆和非标蜗轮轴传动的多头自动分度机构。该机构操作简易,分度可靠,而且实现了多工件同时分度的效果,可使生产效率提高10倍以上。     

大模数蜗轮齿条修复工装的设计

设计了一套与普通C650车床相配套的专用工装,成功修复了龙门铣床、落地镗床主传动件蜗轮齿条。     

Tooth flank modification theory of dual-torus double-enveloping hourglass worm drives

In this paper, the theory of tooth flank modification is enriched and developed for a double-enveloping toroidal worm drive. The goal and significance of the modification are expounded from the point of view of changing the tooth flank configuration for the worm gear pair. It is pointed out that the constant center distance modification, the constant transmission ratio modification, and the combination of the previous two are the convenient and reasonable modification strategies. All the corrected hourglass worm pairs, attained by employing the preceding modification methodology, can be divided into two fundamental types: the type I worm pair and the type II worm pair, from the perspective of the meshing behavior. The division criterion of the worm drive type is moreover provided on the basis of the value range of the modification parameters in this study. The meshing characteristics of the two types of the modified globoidal worm drive are summarized in detail. The results indicate that the type II worm gearing with slight modification should be the preferred style for the double-enveloping toroidal worm drive.     

溴氟菊酯防治大豆食心虫,大豆蚜,甘蓝夜蛾试验

１９９２～１９９５年用１０％溴氟菊酯乳油对大豆食心虫、大豆蚜、甘蓝夜蛾进行了小区试验。结果表明，该药对上述三种害虫具有良好的防效。ｌ０００倍液对大豆食心虫防治效果与２０％甲氰菊酯乳油２０００倍液相当，达到３９２．９％以上；用１０００～２０００倍液防治大豆蚜，药后７天防效达８８．５％以上；用５００～１５００倍液防治甘蓝夜蛾，药后７天均达到了８４．６％以上的防治效果。而且对作物安全。
