提出基于CK810处理器的16/32位混编指令集汇编链接时优化技术。利用汇编输出二进制文件,根据CK810处理器的16/32位混编指令集中指令及操作数的特征,动态选择指令的编码方式,实现对指令relax,最大程度地提高了程序的代码密度。对于在汇编时不能确定编码方式的指令,通过留出重定位的方式,由链接时完成优化。在链接时,利用信息的确定性,实现对整个程序的压缩和指令的替换,使得程序执行效率更高,代码占用空间更小。汇编链接时优化技术克服了传统编译器只限于一个模块优化的缺点,把优化范围扩展到整个程序,实现了跨模块的优化,使得基于CK810处理器的程序代码密度平均提高7.52%,性能平均提升7.91%。  相似文献

基于Cortex-M3内核的ARM芯片STM32F107构建的车桥总成数据远程传输终端,包括了CAN通信、串口通信、人机接口、状态指示、电源等单元。CAN驱动芯片MCP2551实现CAN通信驱动,PS2键盘用于数据的录入与修改,LCM屏提供了人机接口对话。软件上嵌入μC/OS-II实时操作系统,建立CAN总线通信、串口通信、人机接口等多任务。实验表明,车桥总成配置数据的录入与修改操作简便,人机对话界面友好,CAN总线数据传输实时准确。  相似文献

Polyurethane dispersion coatings containing phosphate and siloxane chains were evaluated for their self‐assembling properties for a single‐coating system. Dynamic contact angles (DCAs) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to study the coating–air interface. The siloxane chains were the predominant species on the surfaces of the coatings. The wetting properties of the coating–air interface were reversed when the coated panels were immersed in an ionic solution, and the decrease in hydrophobicity was linear with time. Results from XPS and DCA analyses were similar. The self‐assembling properties of the coatings could be useful in the development of hydrophobic coatings from hydrophilic polymers. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The membrane electrode assembly (MEA) studied was constituted with a gas diffusion electrode (E-TEK) impregnated with Nafion® solution which was assembled with a Nafion® 117 cation exchange membrane under heat and pressure. The MEA was used as anode in a membrane electrolysis (ME) cell with the objective to regenerate HCl and NaOH from NaCl. Current efficiency for hydrogen oxidation was determined and its value is 100%, which indicates that the only reaction occurring at the anode is the oxidation of hydrogen. Current-potential curves, recorded in different conditions, showed a linear variation in the range 0-3000 A m−2 when hydrochloric acid concentration is below 2 mol dm−3. In this case, the overvoltage was shown to be mainly due to the ohmic drop in the membrane and in the layer where Nafion® impregnation was performed. MEA overvoltage necessary to reach 3000 A m−2 current density was about 0.12 V. For high HCl concentration (6-8 mol dm−3), the MEA overvoltage increased sharply with current density due to the adsorption of chloride anions on platinum catalyst.  相似文献

We present a simple glue method for fabricating membrane electrode assemblies (MEA) for direct methanol fuel cells (DMFC). Rather than the conventional “dry” hot-pressing method that relies solely on hot-pressing at a high pressure and temperature to form a MEA, the “wet” method developed in this work introduces a binding agent, consisting of Nafion® solution, between a polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) and an anode/cathode. The introduced binding agent can provide a better adhesion and stronger binding force between a membrane and an electrode, thereby facilitating a better interfacial contact between the electrode and the Nafion® membrane, which has been proved by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses to the cross-sectional morphology of the MEA after long-term operation. The cell performance characterization showed the MEA fabricated by the glue method was more stable in cell performance than that fabricated by the conventional hot-pressing method. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) results also demonstrated the MEA fabricated by the glue method exhibited a higher electrochemical surface area (ESA) as a result of the improved interfacial contact between the Nafion® membrane and the electrodes. Finally, the DMFC with the MEA fabricated by the glue method was characterized by the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).  相似文献

Diblock copolymers with different poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) block lengths were synthesized by ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone in the presence of monomethoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (mPEG‐OH, MW 2000) as initiator. The self‐aggregation behaviors and microscopic characteristics of the diblock copolymer self‐aggregates, prepared by the diafiltration method, were investigated by using 1H NMR, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and fluorescence spectroscopy. The PEG–PCL block copolymers formed the self‐aggregate in an aqueous environment by intra‐ and/or intermolecular association between hydrophobic PCL chains. The critical aggregation concentrations of the block copolymer self‐aggregate became lower with increasing hydrophobic PCL block length. On the other hand, reverse trends of mean hydrodynamic diameters were measured by DLS owing to the increasing bulkiness of the hydrophobic chains and hydrophobic interaction between the PCL microdomains. The partition equilibrium constants (Kv) of pyrene, measured by fluorescence spectroscopy, revealed that the inner core hydrophobicity of the nanoparticles increased with increasing PCL chain length. The aggregation number of PCL chain per one hydrophobic microdomain, investigated by the fluorescence quenching method using cetylpyridinium chloride as a quencher, revealed that 4–20 block copolymer chains were needed to form a hydrophobic microdomain, depending on PCL block length. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In the miniaturized designs of optical scanning systems, UV-curing adhesives have been substituted for screws and bolts. The assembly of delicate optical components enforces stringent requirements on positional accuracy and stability after temperature and humidity cycle testing. The influence of the UV-curing adhesive is mainly determined by its polymerization shrinkage (typically more than 6%). With low amounts of Aerosil® fillers (5% by weight), shrinkage values of 3% can be attained. Optimized adhesive constructions lead to close positional tolerances (0.5 μm) and angular displacements (0.1 mrad).  相似文献

引入广义光突发汇聚(GOBA)概念对传统光突发交换(OBS)进行扩展,形成新的广义OBS(GOBS)网络。针对GOBS的多业务承载目标,提出了一种支持多业务承载的GOBA机制,采用将业务最小时延要求作为汇聚时间的汇聚方式,将多种用户数据业务汇聚到不同粒度的广义数据突发(GDB)中。仿真结果表明,在GOBS环境下,与MSMAP(max burst-size max assembly period)机制相比,GOBA能够在满足较高数据成功接收率的基础上显著地减小约10%的总体数据超时率,同时降低约15%的突发碰撞率,并提高约20%信道利用率。  相似文献
