铝电解槽节能现状及其潜力

铝电解槽节能工作已成为现代铝行业所面临的重要工作。本文在兰州铝厂“三场”测试基础上，依据区域能量自耗理论，并结合国内外科研工作实际，对铝电解槽节能现状及其潜力，进行了综合评述与介绍。     

精密滚动直线导轨副负载的研究

本文对精密滚动直线导轨副六滑块工作台的滚动导轨副负载进行分析，运用力学知识推导出在任意力和力偶矩组成的力系作用下，滚动直线导轨副负载的计算公式。其结论可为导轨副的刚度计算和寿命计算提供依据。     

Processing and properties of 2D SiC/SiC composites by precursor infiltration and pyrolysis

Two-dimensional plain-weave silicon carbide fiber fabric reinforced silicon carbide (2D-SiC/SiC) composites were molded by stacking method and densified through precursor infiltration and pyrolysis (PIP) process. SiC coating was deposited as the fiber/matrix interphase layer by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique. Fiber/matrix debonding and relatively long fiber pullouts were observed on the fracture surfaces. Additionally, the flexural strength and elastic modulus of the composites with and without fiber/matrix interphase layer were investigated using three-point bending test and single-edge notched beam test. The results show that the fiber fraction and the porosity of 2D-SiC/SiC composites with and without coating are 27.2% (volume fraction) and 11.1%, and 40.7% (volume fraction) and 7.5%, respectively. And the flexural strength and elastic modulus of 2D-SiC/SiC composites with and without coating are 363.3 MPa and 127.8 GPa, and 180.2 MPa and 97.2 GPa, respectively. With a proper thickness, the coating can effectively adjust the fiber/matrix interface, thus causing a dramatic increase in the mechanical properties of the composites. 纺织品耐摩擦色牢度不同测试方法的比较

纺织品耐摩擦色牢度是重要的检测指标,各国的标准和测试方法有一些差异,而不同的测试方法对测试结果有一定的影响,为了解不同测试方法测试结果的相关性,以避免贸易摩擦,本文介绍了耐摩擦色牢度的我国国标（GB/T 3920 5 1997）、美国纺织化学家及染色家协会标准（AATCC TM8 2004）、日本标准工业协会标准（JIS L 0849 1996）等三个测试方法标准,通过对相同试样的三种测试方法的测试,探讨了评定值之间的相互关系。结果表明,对于纺织品耐摩擦色牢度,三种测试方法所测得的耐摩擦色牢度值之间存在着一定的差异,虽然只有0.5-1.0级之差,但对于耐摩擦色牢度是否合格是至关重要的,AATCC湿摩擦的测试结果比其他两种稍显严重。     

Rheological properties of poly(acrylamide-co-sodium acrylate) and poly(acrylamide-co-sodium vinylsulfonate) solutions

Poly(acrylamide-co-sodium acrylate)(PAM/AA-Na) and poly(acrylamide-co-sodium vinylsulfonate)(PAM/VSS-Na) were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization.The effects of CaCl2 on PAM/VSS-Na or PAM/VSS-Na aqueous solutions were investigated by steady-flow experiments at 25,40,55 and 70 ℃.The results show that the apparent viscosities of both solutions decrease with addition of CaCl2 or increase of temperature and shear rates.PAM/VSS-Na solution has better performance on the salt tolerance,shear endurance and temperature resistance due to containing sulfonic group in the molecules.Ca2+ concentration can affect the viscous activation energy of both solutions and the reason may be that these interactions between Ca2+ and also copolymer molecules are related to temperature and competitive in solution.These results may offer the basic data for searching the flooding systems with the ability of temperature resistance,salt tolerance and shear endurance for tertiary oil recovery.     

宽带数字接收机的高效FPGA设计

在FPGA中实现了一种高效的宽带数字接收机,采用坐标旋转数字计算机算法实时产生数控振荡器数据,提高了接收机设计的灵活性。二次变频的接收机结构和四倍抽取的多相滤波结构减少了接收机的运算量,降低了接收机的资源消耗。FPGA中的仿真结果证明了该方法的高效性和实用性。     

基于模糊理论的MATLAB蒙特卡罗法铝箔高速压光辊优化设计

由于铝箔高速压光辊设计过程中一些影响因素存在着模糊不清等问题,以致其断裂的问题时有发生.针对该问题,采用MATIAB蒙特卡罗法与模糊理论相结合的方法,对铝箔高速压光辊进行可靠性优化设计.经优化设计对原设计尺寸进行了修正,较好地解决了铝箔高速压光辊断裂的问题.     

旋转轴对称LED均匀照明系统设计方法

基于边缘光学理论,提出了一种应用于LED照明的光学系统设计方法,分别实现基于透镜和反射器的LED均匀照明光学系统,可在一特定距离的目标面上形成均匀圆形光斑。采用基于蒙特卡罗法的光线追迹软件对两种光学系统进行模拟仿真,结果显示,目标面上光斑的均匀度优于85%,系统效率高于90%。     

环保型水性涂料的研制

以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用混合乳化剂,将水溶性高分子聚合物聚乙烯醇和疏水性的聚苯乙烯共混制成耐擦洗、价廉的环保型水性涂料。考察了溶剂、乳化剂、水油共混比等因素对基料乳液稳定性的影响。确定了环保型水性涂料的较佳配方。产品中不含苯、甲苯及游离甲醛,VOC含量为69g/L。
