An improved hot carrier injection (HCI) degradation model was proposed based on interface trap generation and oxide charge injection theory. It was evident that the degradation behavior of electric parameters such as Idlin, Idsat, Gm and Vt fitted well with this model. Devices were prepared with 0.35μm technology and different LDD processes. Idlin and Idsat after HCI stress were analyzed with the improved model. The effects of interface trap generation and oxide charge injection on device degradation were extracted, and the charge injection site could be obtained by this method. 目的明确使用情景的定义,并针对现有产品在不同使用场景下形成的交互形态进行分析,探究不同场景下产品使用时用户的交互诉求以及期望的交互体验,达到探索新的功能及交互方式的目的。方法以使用情景理论依据为研究基础,结合诺曼UCD理论和诺曼行为分析系统,了解用户在心理世界与现实世界中对信息处理的分类与筛选的方法,以此对用户在不同使用情景下的交互行为进行分析或预期,提出基于使用情景的交互设计方法基本方式,为交互设计提供新思路。结论通过得出的基于使用场景的交互设计方法,以现有手机拍照交互设计为实例,提炼出用户在不同场景中交互体验的需求痛点,针对用户的使用痛点,结合用户的使用诉求,提出创新的交互方式,以此初步证明研究思路的可行性。 相似文献

This paper explores computer failure as a social event by examining recorded interactions between computer users and help-desk consultants (technicians). It was found, first, that the nature of a failure was negotiated between participants rather than being simply technically evident. Failure was defined from users' perspectives, in relation to what they were trying to achieve, rather than according to technical parameters. Secondly, negotiations of failure had social consequences for both users and help-desk consultants. Both avoided being seen as incompetent and actively defended their social standing. Thirdly, such social issues sometimes took precedence over technical and practical ones. The implications for HCI theorists and practitioners are twofold: firstly, failure should be accepted as a regular part of computer use in which human–computer interaction continues even though the interface may be non-functional. Secondly, the management of failure could be better addressed if technicians were trained in social as well as technical intervention skills. 相似文献

With the advent of new haptic feedback devices, researchers are giving serious consideration to the incorporation of haptic communication in collaborative virtual environments. For instance, haptic interactions based tools can be used for medical and related education whereby students can train in minimal invasive surgery using virtual reality before approaching human subjects. To design virtual environments that support haptic communication, a deeper understanding of humans′ haptic interactions is required. In this paper, human′s haptic collaboration is investigated. A collaborative virtual environment was designed to support performing a shared manual task. To evaluate this system, 60 medical students participated to an experimental study. Participants were asked to perform in dyads a needle insertion task after a training period. Results show that compared to conventional training methods, a visual-haptic training improves user′s collaborative performance. In addition, we found that haptic interaction influences the partners′ verbal communication when sharing haptic information. This indicates that the haptic communication training changes the nature of the users′ mental representations. Finally, we found that haptic interactions increased the sense of copresence in the virtual environment: haptic communication facilitates users′ collaboration in a shared manual task within a shared virtual environment. The technology profile inventory (TPI) measures attitudes toward computers and the internet. We describe the most recent phase of the construction of the TPI. The studies reported refine and validate the instrument, and we present the final version as an Appendix A. Using a new sample of respondents (N = 394), we replicated the three major factors found previously (Confidence, Approval, and Interest). The TPI scores were related to patterns of information technology (IT) usage and also to gender. To demonstrate the practical utility of the TPI we report (1) results linking TPI scores to behavior during an internet search task; (2) test–retest results obtained as part of a cognitive training experiment using action video games; and (3) results showing that attitudes to IT may be modified by a particular experience with information technology. 相似文献
