论述了CN-19型转化催化剂的催化特性。该催化剂由西南化工研究设计院开发成功,并逐步推荐在工业装置上试用,目前已在20多家工厂推广试用,在试用中对催化剂的活性、耐热性、抗碳性、抗氧化性进行了全面考察,总结了使用中的经验,并对如何使用好该催化剂提出了几点要求。  相似文献

Carboxyl‐terminated butadiene‐acrylonitrile rubber (CTBN) has often been used to improve the toughness of cyanate ester (CE) resin while sacrificing modulus and thermostability. In this paper, the addition of the appropriate amount of epoxy resin (EP) to the CE/CTBN system is shown to not only increase the modulus and thermostability of the blend, but also improve the toughness. The values of impact strength showed a maximum for the CE/CTBN/EP 100/5/5 blend. The temperature of 10 % weight loss (T10) improves from 376 °C for CE/CTBN 100/5 to 407 °C for the CE/CTBN/EP 100/5/2.5 blend. It is proposed that addition of the appropriate amount of EP can decrease the mobility and increase the stability of CTBN via the reaction between the terminal carboxyl group of CTBN and the hydroxyl group of EP. But a very high EP concentration will decrease the crosslinking density of CE, consequently reducing the mechanical properties and thermostability of the blends. The influence of cosolvent composition on the thermal denaturation and gelation of bovine serum albumin (BSA) has been studied. Cosolvent composition was varied by changing the ratio of glycerol to sucrose in 40 wt% cosolvent solutions containing BSA. Differential scanning calorimetry measurements on 0.5 wt% BSA solutions showed that the thermal denaturation temperature of the protein increased with increasing sucrose content. Temperature scanning dynamic shear rheology and turbidity measurements on 4 wt% BSA solutions showed that the gelation temperature and final gel strength increased with increasing sucrose concentration. These observations were attributed to the fact that sucrose was more effective than glycerol at increasing the thermal stability and attraction between globular BSA molecules through a steric exclusion effect. The molecular origin of these effects is the tendency for the system to minimize the contact area of the protein molecules with the surrounding cosolvent solution.  相似文献

结合缩聚方法和封端修饰方法合成苯酚封端的聚苯砜(PPSU)树脂,利用离子色谱方法对PPSU树脂的氯端基含量进行定量测试,并采用毛细管流变仪和高温注塑等方法对比评估了不同氯端基含量PPSU树脂的热稳定性和颜色。结果表明,通过苯酚封端,PPSU树脂的氯端基含量可由3000 mg/kg以上降至700 mg/kg以下,氯端基含量取代比例可达80.6%,同时PPSU树脂的力学性能未发生明显变化,拉伸强度、屈服点伸长率、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度分别保持在73 MPa,89%,114 MPa和50 kJ/m2左右,并且PPSU树脂的热稳定性得到一定程度提高,颜色等级有所改善。  相似文献

Two mutants of human lysozyme were synthesized. Mutant A92D,in which Ala92 was substituted by Asp, contains a partial Ca2+-bindingsite and mutant M4, in which Ala83, Gm86, Asn88 and Ala92 werereplaced by Lys, Asp, Asp and Asp respectively, contains thecomplete Ca -binding site of bovine a-lactalbumin. The Ca2+-bindingconstants of wild type human lysozyme and of mutants A92D andM4, measured at 25C and pH 7.5, were 2(1) x 102 M"1, 8(2)x l^M"1 and 9(0.5) x 10* M"1 respectively. Information gatheredfrom mkrocalorimetrk and CD spectro-scopic measurements indicatesthat the conformational changes of the M4 mutant lysozyme, inducedby Ca2+ binding, are smaller than those observed for bovinea-lactalbumin and for the Ca2+-binding equine lysozyme. At pH4.5, the thermostability of both the apo and Ca2+ forms of theA92D human was decreased in comparison with that of native humanlysozyme. In particular, within the apo form of this mutantan a-helix-containing sequence was destabilized. In contrast,at the same pH the thermostability of the apo and Ca2+ formsof the M4 mutant lysozyme was increased. The e-ammonium groupof the Lys83 side chain is assumed to be responsible for thestabilization of the apo form of this mutant.  相似文献

铈掺杂铝酸镥(Ce:LuAlO3)晶体是一种具有钙钛矿结构的新型无机闪烁体.用提拉法试图从n(Lu2O3):n(Al2O3)=1:1的熔体中生长Ce:LuAlO3晶体.实验表明:在缓慢结晶条件下得到的不是Ce:LuAlO3晶体,而是镥铝石榴石[Lu3Al2(AlO4)3].只有急速降温才能够获得Ce:LuAlO3晶体.退火和差热分析表明:Ce:LuAlO3晶体只存在于高温条件下,当温度下降时,它会分解成Lu3Al2(AlO4)3,Lu4Al 2O9和Lu2O3.造成LuAlO3晶体在低温下结构不稳定的原因是Lu离子的半径太小,它只适应于配位数是8的石榴石结构,只有在高温下才能适应配位数是12的钙钛矿结构.  相似文献

For this study, we first prepared a fluorocarbon polymer and its hybrid materials. We found that fluorocarbon copolymers can produce hydrogen bonds with SiO2 to form hybrid materials. We also used thermogravimetric analyzer and tested the thermostabilities of the four products, which were ranked as follows: fluorocarbon copolymer/SiO2 hybrid material > fluorocarbon polymer/SiO2 hybrid material > fluorocarbon copolymer > fluorocarbon polymer. In addition, we found that, due to the inorganic SiO2 used, the number of pores and the specific surface areas of the hybrid materials both increased. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Cavities in the hydrophobic core of the neutral protease ofBacillus stearothermophilus were analyzed using a threedimensionalmodel that was inferred from the crystal structure of thermolysin,the highly homologous neutral protease of B.thermoproteolyticus(85% sequence identity). Site–directed mutagenesis wasused to fill some of these cavities, thereby improving hydrophobicpacking in the protein interior. The mutations had small effectson the thermostability, even after drastic changes, such asLeu284Trp and Met168Trp. The effects on T50, the temperatureat which 50% of the enzyme is irreversibly inactivated in 30min, ranged from 0.0 to +0.4°C. These results can be explainedby assuming that the mutations have positive and negative structuraleffects of approximately the same magnitude. Alternatively,it could be envisaged that the local unfolding steps, whichrender the enzyme susceptible towards autolysis and which arerate limiting in the process of thermal inactivation, are onlyslightly affected by alterations in the hydrophobic core.  相似文献

DNA family shuffling was used to create chimeric lipase B proteins with improved activity toward the hydrolysis of diethyl 3-(3',4'-dichlorophenyl)glutarate (DDG). Three homologous lipases from Candida antarctica ATCC 32657, Hyphozyma sp. CBS 648.91 and Crytococcus tsukubaensis ATCC 24555 were cloned and shuffled to generate a diverse gene library. A high-throughput screening assay was developed and used successfully to identify chimeric lipase B proteins having a 20-fold higher activity toward DDG than lipase B from C.antarctica ATCC 32657 and a 13-fold higher activity than the most active parent derived from C.tsukubaensis ATCC 24555. In addition, the stability characteristics of several highly active chimeric proteins were also improved as a result of family shuffling. For example, the half-life at 45 degrees C and melting point (T(m)) of one chimera exceeded those of lipase B from C.antarctica ATCC 32657 by 11-fold and 6.4 degrees C, respectively, which closely approached the stability characteristics of the most thermostable parent derived from Hyphozyma sp.
