The effect of Au on the reducibility of La-Ce-Mn catalyst was studied in the synthetic exhaust gas mixture containing 10% oxygen. The characteristics of samples were analyzed by BET, SEM, XRD and activity evaluation. The resuits show that, in lean combustion, the performance of perovskite-type catalysts is evidently enhanced through adding Au, and specially a satisfying reducibility for NOx is demonstrated between 300~500℃. The catalytic activity of samples increases with the loading amount of Au, and the maximum conversion rate for NOx decomposition reaches up to 47% in 360~400℃. Moreover, the dispersivity and uniformity of the surface distribution of perovskite with Au have an important influence on the catalytic activity. 相似文献

The catalytic performance of methane partial oxidation was investigated on Pd/CeO2-ZrO2 and Pd/α-Al2O3 catalysts.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,Raman spectra,and TG-DTA techniques.The results show that CeO2-ZrO2 support is more advantageous for the catalytic activity and stability of catalysts compared to α-Al2O3.TG-DTA and Raman spectra results indicated that carbon deposited on the catalysts was in the form of graphite,which is the main reason for the deactivation of catalysts after a 24-hour reaction.Moreover,CeO2-ZrO2 had positive effect on inhibiting carbon deposition. 相似文献

The durability of three-way catalyst (TWC) and corresponding close-coupled catalyst (CCC) for Euro Ⅳ stage regulation was investigated through Vehicle Road Running Mode tests, whereas emissions of regulated pollutants of three car fleet were investigated at every 100,000 km miles. The results showed that HC, NOx, and CO emission values could meet Euro Ⅳ regulation limits at every point. The redox properties of TWC and CCC were measured by CO reduction during each isothermal. It was obvious that both aged TWC and aged CCC behaved a good redox property at 673 and 773 K. Based on XRD and BET measurement results, TWC and CCC washcoat were characterized with good thermal stability. 相似文献

采用程序升温还原(TPR)和X-光电子能谱(XPS)技术研究了稀土钙钛矿型催化剂LaBO3上氧种的化学势、B位元素的平均价态及催化剂氧种的分布及种类,同时分析了N2O的分解反应机理。实验结果表明,B位离子平均价态升高,氧离子的化学势增大,反应能力增强,催化活性较好;在LaBO3化合物上有两类氧种,即低能位的吸附氧和高能位的晶格氧,催化剂表面吸附氧对N2O分解有阻抑作用,CH4的加入能与表面吸附氧反应,提供氧空位,促进反应进行;N2O在钙钛矿型化合物LaBO3上的分解反应属于表面上的催化过程 相似文献
