Al2O3/Ni包裹粉体的制备、烧结行为及其显微结构研究 总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
利用非均相沉淀包裹技术,在铝无机盐溶液中制备出氧化铝前驱体包裹纳米镍颗粒的复合粉体,并通过能量发射能谱(EDS)以及俄歇电子能谱(AES)研究包裹粉体的成分构成,发现镍纳米颗料表面均匀地包裹一层氧化铝的前驱体。燃烧后的包裹粉体在氩气氛中进行热压烧结。结果表明,与溶胶-凝胶法制备的粉体相比,包裹粉体可以在较低的温度下达到致密化,烧结后的材料其显微结构明显不同于环磨粉体烧成的材料,否认在氧化铝晶界或晶内,镍颗粒与氧化铝之间都有孔隙,这是由于镍的热膨胀系数与氧化铝的热膨胀系数大引起的,Al2O3/Ni复合材料的断裂方式以及沿晶断裂为主。 相似文献

The kinetics of martensite decomposition in TC21 alloy was investigated at isothermal conditions in the temperature range
500–850 °C. The dilatometry technique was utilized to trace the transformation process for different aging temperatures. Within
the framework of the Avrami theory, the analysis of the experimental data was made by means of the Johnson–Mehl–Avrami (JMA)
equation. A very good correspondence between the calculated and the experimental results was found. The JMA kinetic parameters
obtained from different aging temperatures implied different mechanisms of the transformation. The α″ phase transforms to
α + α″ (rich) at 500 °C and the transformation is incomplete. Further increase of the temperature to 800 and 850 °C results
in directly transformation α″ →α + β. The mechanism of the transformation alters during the course of the transformation for
550, 600, 650, 700, and 750 °C. Moreover, The TTT diagram was constructed for the martensite decomposition in TC21 alloy based
on the dilatometry analysis and JMA theory, respectively. Good agreement between experimental and calculated TTT diagram is

A fast SAR imaging algorithm for nearfield subsurface forward-looking ground penetrating radar (FLGPR) is presented. By using nonstationary convolution filter, the refocused image spectrum can be reconstructed directly from the baekseattered signal spectrum of target area. The solidification behavior of Ti-48Al-8Nb alloy under nonequilibrium solidification conditions was studied by electromagnetic levitation technique.The solidification conditions are different undercooling(△T)under the same cooling condition and different cooling methods at the same undercooling condition,respectively.In different undercooling conditions,when the undercooling is above a critical value(△T*≈211K),a remarkable morphological transition from typical hypoperitectic solidification to a sole solidification of the(3 phase resulting in the suppression of the peritectic reaction occurs.For melts with different cooling conditions at the same undercooling(△T≈85 K),the melt was rapidly cooled by quenching them in cooling media.With cooling rate increasing,a transition from β phase to peritectic α phase solidification mode is revealed for Ti-48Al-8Nb alloy. 相似文献
