以六氯环三磷腈和邻苯二胺为为起始原料,甲苯为溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,一步法合成三邻苯二胺基环三磷腈(HACTP)。采用HPLC、FT-IR、MS、31P-NMR和1H-NMR对化合物进行了表征。所得HACTP和聚磷酸铵(APP)、阻燃协效剂复配成膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR),添加到EVA材料中进行阻燃研究。通过对不同配方的试验,得到阻燃效果较好的阻燃剂配方:HACTP为32.84%,APP为50.04%,阻燃协效剂为17.12%。用该配方阻燃的EVA,LOI为36.8%,拉伸强度为5.46 MPa,断裂伸长率为594.95%,整体性能优良。 相似文献

Thermoresponsive polymers have been the subject of numerous publications and research topics in the last few decades mostly driven by their easily controllable temperature stimulus and high potential for in vitro and in vivo applications. P(NIPAAm) is the most studied amongst these polymers, but recently other types of polymers are increasingly being investigated for their thermoresponsive behavior. In particular, polymers bearing a short oligo ethylene glycol (OEG) side chain have been shown to combine the biocompatibility of polyethylene glycol (PEG) with a versatile and controllable LCST behavior. These polymers can be synthesized via controlled radical polymerization techniques from various monomers consisting of an OEG chain and a polymerizable group like a (meth)acrylate, styrene or acrylamide. OEG acrylates offer significant advantages over, e.g., OEG methacrylates as the lower hydrophilicity of the backbone facilitates thermoresponsive behavior with smaller, more defined side chains. Furthermore, PEG acrylates can be polymerized using all major controlled radical polymerization techniques, unlike OEG methacrylates. This review will focus on OEG acrylate based (co)polymers and will provide a comprehensive overview of their reported thermoresponsive properties. The combination and comparison of this data will not only highlight the potential of these monomers, but will also serve as a starting point for future studies. 相似文献

In this article, a novel cycle configuration has been studied, termed the extended chemical looping combustion integrated in a steam‐injected gas turbine cycle. The products of this system are hydrogen, heat, and electrical power. Furthermore, the system inherently separates the CO2 and hydrogen that is produced during the combustion. The core process is an extended chemical looping combustion (exCLC) process which is based on classical chemical looping combustion (CLC). In classical CLC, a solid oxygen carrier circulates between two fluidized bed reactors and transports oxygen from the combustion air to the fuel; thus, the fuel is not mixed with air and an inherent CO2 separation occurs. In exCLC the oxygen carrier circulates along with a carbon carrier between three fluidized bed reactors, one to oxidize the oxygen carrier, one to produces and separate the hydrogen, and one to regenerate the carbon carrier. The impacts of process parameters, such as flowrates and temperatures have been studied on the efficiencies of producing electrical power, hydrogen, and district heating and on the degree of capturing CO2. The result shows that this process has the potential to achieve a thermal efficiency of 54% while 96% of the CO2 is captured and compressed to 110 bar. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

The body color in animals results from billions of years of their natural evolution in order to evade natural enemies, catch quarries or display themselves beauty, in-vestigation on mechanisms of structural light is an important aspect of bionics. Based on the phenomenon of Papilio maackii ménétriès’ blue scales changing into green ones immediately after dropping some alcohol aqua on the underwing sur-face and soon returning back to the original color, the relationship between micro-structure, optics characteristic of scales and changing color effect were studied using the Olympus Stereomicroscope, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Ultraviolet (UV)-Visible Spectropho-tometer. The color variation mechanisms of blue scales of Papilio maackii mé-nétriès in Chinese Northeast were revealed in this paper. When visible lights trav-eled through the concaver structure with multilayer reflector and the filled medium with different refractive indices, the reflected lights in definite wavelengths pro-duced interference and color at that wavelength came into being. Abstract— A new optical compensation film refered to as WV‐EA film for TN‐mode TFT‐LCDs has been developed, resulting in higher contrast ratio, wider‐viewing‐angle characteristics, and improved color shift than their predecessors, especially in the horizontal direction. These features of the new WV film were achieved as a result of haze reduction and optimizing the optical characteristics of the polymerized discotic material layer and TAC film. This paper presents a tri‐wideband bandpass filter (TWB‐BPF) with compact size, high band‐to‐band isolation, and multiple transmission zeros (TZs). The proposed TWB‐BPF is based on a multiple‐mode resonator (MMR), which is interpreted by the method of the even‐ and odd‐mode analysis technique. The MMR can excite 11 resonant modes, where the first two modes comprise the first passband, the next four modes form the second passband, and the last five modes are used to generate the third passband. In addition, 10 TZs are yielded to obtain high band‐to‐band isolation and wide stopband suppression characteristics up to 14.95fc1 (fc1 is the center frequency of the first passband). To verify the proposed filter, a TWB‐BPF with 3‐dB fractional bandwidths (FBWs) of 37.4%, 43.5%, and 40.4% is designed, fabricated, and measured. 相似文献

针对无人机磁惯导系统(MINS)中的三轴MEMS陀螺仪的现场标定问题,提出了一种叉积标定算法。该方法基于载体矢量变化率与角速度关系来标定陀螺仪的各项误差,即导航坐标系中任一常矢量在无人机载体坐标系中对时间的变化率,可表示为该矢量与载体角速度的叉积。叉积标定法利用这一原理,可在无精密设备的条件下快速、便捷地对三轴陀螺仪进行标定。数值仿真表明,叉积标定法在微分形式和积分形式下都能有效地辨识和补偿陀螺仪的各项误差系数,并且能在各种不同因素影响下获得良好的标定效果。实物试验结果证明,基于地磁矢量辅助的叉积标定法对MINS模块中陀螺仪进行标定时,其精度达到0.227 9°/s,能够接近于转台标定的水平。陀螺仪标定后的数据与旋翼无人机飞控中的二阶互补滤波算法相结合,使得定点悬停状态下角度偏差控制在0.8°以内,有利于无人机现场标定和实际飞行中姿态数据的量测。 相似文献

There is an increasing effort to use critical stretch zone width (SZW) for the evaluation of initiation fracture toughness that is considered as geometry independent material property. The existing numerical SZW evaluation method is based on crack tip opening displacement measurement, which is evaluated using various definitions. This numerical method also does not define the critical stage for critical SZW measurement. This work attempts to establish a procedure for numerical determination of SZW, its critical value (SZWc) and initiation fracture toughness using tensile test data. The proposed methodology also tries to explain the mechanism involved in the creation of stretched zone and thus defines the stage to calculate critical SZW. Numerical analyses have also been carried out to understand the role of crack tip constraint in standard fracture specimen during the blunting process and the tensile test sample. 相似文献
