使用ZLW-16型智能硫化测温仪对9.00-20 16PR,11.00-20 18PR和12.00-20 18PR三种规格轮胎的硫化罐变温变压硫化工艺过程和正常硫化工艺过程进行测温,并对相应硫化工艺轮胎进行了耐久性和道路试验.结果表明,变温变压硫化工艺与正常硫化工艺硫化的轮胎相比,最低硫化程度部位的硫化程度无明显差别,均满足硫化要求,胎侧和胎冠部位胎体内外层等温度较高部位的硫化程度降低,轮胎耐久性能大幅度提高,肩部生热明显下降,耐磨性能明显改善. 相似文献

介绍315/60R22.5低断面无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径948 mm,断面宽318mm,行驶面宽度272 mm,行驶面弧度高8.4 mm,胎圈着合直径569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度260 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.97,花纹深度15 mm,花纹周节数60,花纹饱和度24.3%,采用4条纵向花纹沟设计。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线,1#和2#带束层采用3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均符合相应设计和标准要求。 相似文献

研究高顺式聚丁二烯复合橡胶(VCR)、炭黑、补强树脂、硫黄和促进剂对缺气保用轮胎支撑胶性能的影响。结果表明:在支撑胶中增大炭黑或硫黄的用量,胶料的交联密度增大;VCR、炭黑、补强树脂、促进剂和硫黄用量的增大均可提高硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力,炭黑用量的增大可提高硫化胶的拉伸强度和抗破坏能力,但硫黄用量的增大则导致硫化胶的拉伸强度下降;VCR、炭黑及补强树脂用量增大在提高硫化胶硬度的同时均导致生热增大,促进剂和硫黄用量增大在提高硫化胶硬度的同时可降低生热,减小终动压缩率;增大VCR或炭黑用量不会对硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能产生不利影响,增大补强树脂用量可提高硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能,但增大促进剂或硫黄用量会降低硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能。 相似文献
