以Arduino为下位机,LabVIEW为上位机,开发了一套茶叶红外杀青机控制系统。由LabVIEW设计控制系统的前面板,前面板上设计了温度、湿度和滚筒转速等控制按钮,由Arduino采集滚筒内的温度、湿度和滚筒转速等参数,上传至上位机LabVIEW进行分析处理,Arduino根据处理结果控制红外管的开启、风扇电机的正反转和滚筒正反转及转速,从而实现滚筒内温度和湿度的同时控制,使杀青叶不会产生烧焦和闷黄等现象,而滚筒正反转可使鲜茶叶杀青均匀。样机杀青实验验证结果表明,系统运行稳定,杀青均匀,具有良好的杀青效果。 相似文献

A water-flow window consists of two glass panes making up a chamber in which a water layer flows in a controlled way. Such windows may be considered as Building-Integrated Solar Thermal (BIST) collectors, and could assist to incorporate renewable energy systems in buildings, improving their energy efficiency, especially when they are properly managed by a control system. Despite the need of an automatic controller for this kind of window and the advantages of microprocessor-based control for solar systems, only differential controllers have been described. A novel controller based on an inexpensive open source microcontroller board has been designed, built, programmed and installed in an experimental prototype water-flow window. The proposed data acquisition and control system, the code sequence steps, a model algorithm, and a comparison between the data collected by the system and a commercial datalogger are presented. The advantages of using an open source board for the proposed control system are analysed and the benefits of using a control system based on a microcontroller are discussed. 相似文献

Following Massimo Banzi's comment that the Arduino development board might be seen as a means of ‘scratching your own itch’, this paper explores the concept of affect in relation to physical computing, and investigates the ways in which cybernetic and networked objects could be said to enact a series of process-philosophical and object-oriented tensions. In so doing it addresses the cultural saturation of Arduino and its employment in an array of institutional, artistic and activist contexts, and brings this to bear on the conflict between the process philosophy of Gilles Deleuze and the more directly object-oriented perspectives of Graham Harman, Ian Bogost and Bruno Latour. Framing the enquiry around the at once ethico-aesthetic and speculative realist questions of what it is to ‘scratch' and what it is to ‘itch', the paper examines micro- and macro-political agency in the context of physical computing—contrasting process philosophy's pronounced notion of affective, connective, creative differentiation with the black-boxed, withdrawn objects of object-oriented philosophy, and its quasi-causal mode of aesthetic interaction. 相似文献

考虑到充电控制器在实际应用过程中未考虑控制器循迹、避障处理,造成连接稳固能力较差、控制通路信号突变较大问题,设计一种基于Arduino单片机的太阳能智能充电控制器检测系统。在总体硬件结构基础上,部署Arduino单片机的集成形式,并联合可移植的太阳能智能监测协议,对充电控制器的监测节点进行传输处理,完成监测系统的结构组织搭建。利用太阳能控制器的循迹标准,对系统中可能出现的监测问题进行避障处理,实现智能充电控制器的监测方案选型。在多个微系数条件的促进下,对系统的参量误差进行精准标定,完成基于Arduino单片机的太阳能智能充电控制器检测系统设计。在40S68S37N03充电芯片的支持下,累计监测系统的多次运行调试结果可知,充电频率处于30Hz-50 Hz之间时,太阳能控制器的连接稳固能力提升明显,通路控制曲线在保持原有变化幅度的基础上,出现稳定波动周期,解决了控制通信号路突变问题。 相似文献

In this study, experimental tests have been carried out on the coupling thermoelectric cooling module with minichannel heatsink subjected to impinging airflow for cooling desktop central processing unit (CPU). A controlled thermoelectric-forced test system was designed for this purpose. This was designed using electronic Arduino card. The proposed hybrid cooling system was compared with the conventional forced air-cooling technique. Three power of heat source (CPU) were adopted, investigated, and compared, namely 60, 87, and 95 W. Performance of controlled thermoelectric cooling with three preset temperature were experimentally examined. The effects of air velocity and thermoelectric input current on the case temperature (Tcase), thermal resistance, and heat transfer coefficient were analyzed. Results showed that the Tcase increases with the increase of its input power. In addition, increasing air jet velocity and thermoelectric input current improve CPU cooling significantly. For a CPU power of 95 W, the recorded Tcase temperature was 57°C with the conventional system. While it was maintained below 50°C in the hybrid system. The thermoelectric cooler has had a major effect on CPU cooling, having 15% improvement over conventional forced air-cooling. However, this was accompanied by an increase in energy consumption in the range of 45 W. 相似文献
