A poor electrical conductivity and short cycle life limits the wide application of transition metal oxides in energy storage applications. In this study, yolk-shell structured CuCo2S4 was grown on NiO nanosheets (NiO@CuCo2S4) via a hydrothermal method and vulcanization, which combined the synergistic interactions between Ni, Co, and Cu. The effect of varying the amount of the vulcanizing agent (thiourea) on the electrochemical performance of NiO@CuCo2S4 was also investigated. Moreover, the amount of thiourea not only tuned the morphology of the composite, but significantly influenced its electrochemical performance. When the Cu2+: Co2+: thiourea molar ratio in the precursor solution was 1:2:6, the obtained NiO@CuCo2S4 exhibited the best electrochemical performance of the various systems examined, with a specific capacitance of 1658 F g?1 being achieved at 1 A g?1. Density functional theory calculations further confirmed the excellent synergistic effect between NiO and CuCo2S4. In addition, the asymmetric supercapacitor composed of a NiO@CuCo2S4 positive electrode reached an ultrahigh energy density of 73 Wh kg?1 at a power density of 802 W kg?1, as well as excellent cycling stability (i.e., 91% capacitance retention after 5000 cycles). In the 5G era, the dielectric materials used in microwave electronic components must have not only have good microwave dielectric characteristics but also excellent structural characteristics. Li2MgTi3O8 (LMT) ceramics have excellent microwave dielectric properties; however, their low bending strength limits their further applications in the 5G era. In this work, the dielectric properties and bending strength of LMT ceramics were optimized by the addition of Si3N4 reinforcing phase using a solid-phase method, and the effects of Si3N4 addition on the sintering properties, microscopic structure, crystalline phase, dielectric properties and bending strength of ceramics were investigated. The X-ray diffraction pattern indicates that all ceramics exhibit spinel structure. Combined with the phenomenon of grain reduction in the SEM graph, it indicates that the addition of Si3N4 can inhibit the grain growth and achieve the purpose of fine-grain strengthening. The dispersion enhancement of second phase particles is also one of the reasons for the increase of bending strength. LMT ceramics doped with 0.5 wt% Si3N4 exhibited the maximum bending strength after sintering at 1050 °C for 4 h, which was 76.97% higher than that of pure LMT ceramics. In addition, the ceramics exhibited outstanding dielectric properties: a dielectric constant of 23.20, quality factor of 49344 GHz, and temperature coefficient of ?5.90 ppm/°C. Arising out of the challenge for Local Authorities (LAs) to operate sustainable systems of work, is to avoid the creation of ill-health including the most significant causes of physical absence, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).The study's aim was to compare the reliability of the manual handling element of the Health and Safety Executives (HSEs) risk comparator tool for different domestic waste collection methods with self-reported pain via body-mapping and MSD ill health absence rates. Participatory body-mapping exercises were carried out in five LAs with one LA resurveyed, six months after the move from 35 and 50 L containers to a wheeled bin recycling service.The lowest levels of self-reported pain were for services designed with 240l wheeled bins excluding glass; the highest levels were for services that included 100l of garden waste sacks and recycling boxes. Industry data supports previous laboratory studies showing wheeled bins to be associated with less MSD outcomes than boxes, baskets and sacks.Triangulation of data established a statistically significant correlation of 0.85 (Pearson) between average pain-count (APC) and the mean MSD absence rates, with a strong correlation of 0.77 (Spearman) between APC and risk rating. The correlation is moderate, 0.49 (Spearman) between MSD absence and risk rating, reflecting possible intervening variables and a low participation rate by LAs.The contribution of this study is to improve the design of sustainable waste collection strategies to minimise MSD associated absence. In the absence of reliable absence data, body mapping should be used as a proxy method of assessing MSD risk. 相似文献

以30名男性运动员为对象,通过交叉食用、自身对照的试验方式,评估2种营养组成不同的运动食品对人体运动能力、体能恢复和疲劳程度等方面的作用。试验结果表明:在空腹血糖水平相同的情况下,进食30min后运动食品A组的血糖浓度高于运动食品B组的,在强度60%最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))运动50 min后运动食品A组的血糖浓度也高于运动食品B组的。在进行力竭训练后,3,6,9,12,15min的5个时间点内,运动食品A组的血乳酸清除效率明显高于运动食品B组的。运动食品A组在进行力竭训练过程中的10个心率测定点的数值均优于其他2组的,训练结束后的10个心率测定点的数值显示运动食品A组的心率恢复情况均优于其他2组的。运动食品A组的血清睾酮/皮质醇比值较其他2组的高。在连续食用的情况下,运动食品A对人体运动能力的维持能力,提高体能水平和缓解疲劳的效果均优于运动食品B。 相似文献

The effects of Sr2+ substitution for Ba2+ on microwave dielectric properties and crystal structure of Ba3-xSrx(VO4)2 (0 ≤ x ≤ 3, BSVO) solid solution were investigated. Such Sr2+ substitution contributes to significant reduction in sintering temperature from 1400 °C to 1150 °C. Both permittivity (∑r) and quality factor (Q × f) values decreased with increasing x value, which was determined to be related with the descending values of average polarizability and packing fraction, whereas the increase in τf value was explained by the decreased average VO bond length, A-site bond valence. BSVO ceramics possessed encouraging dielectric performances with ∑r = 12.2–15.6 ± 0.1, Q × f = 44,340 - 62,000 ± 800 GHz, and τf = 24.5–64.5 ± 0.2 ppm/°C. Low-temperature sintering was manipulated by adding B2O3 as sintering additive for the representative Sr3V2O8 (SVO) ceramic and only 1 wt.% B2O3 addition successfully contributed to a 21.7% decrease in sintering temperature to 900 °C, showing good chemical compatibility with silver electrodes, which render BSVO series and SVO ceramics potential candidates in multilayer electronic devices fabrication. 相似文献

Joint photographic experts group (JPEG) can provide good quality with small file size but also eliminate extensively the redundancies of images. Therefore, hiding data into JPEG images in terms of maintaining high visual quality at small file sizes has been a great challenge for researchers. In this paper, an adaptive reversible data hiding method for JPEG images containing multiple two-dimensional (2D) histograms is proposed. Adaptability is mainly reflected in three aspects. The first one is to preferentially select sharper histograms for data embedding after histograms are established by constructing the th () histogram using the th non-zero alternating current (AC) coefficient of all the quantized discrete cosine transform blocks. On the other hand, to fully exploit the strong correlation between coefficients of one histogram, the smoothness of each coefficient is estimated by a block smoothness estimator so that a sharply-distributed 2D-histogram is constructed by combining two coefficients with similar smoothness into a pair. The pair corresponding to low complexity is selected priorly for data embedding, leading to high embedding performance while maintaining low file size. Besides, we design multiple embedding strategies to adaptively select the embedding strategy for each 2D histogram. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve higher rate–distortion performance which maintaining lower file storage space, compared with previous studies. 相似文献
