A gradient transition multilayer hydroxyapatite/titanium nitride (HA/TiN) coating was prepared on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy by magnetron sputtering. The composition, surface topography, microstructure, adhesion strength and electrochemical properties of the as-deposited coatings were characterized by SEM/EDS, AFM, XRD, FT-IR and electrochemical workstation. The experimental results showed that the single TiN coating deposited at a partial pressure of nitrogen (N2) of 0.08?Pa had the best internal stress and tribological performance, and its volume loss was only 0.89% of that of Ti-6Al-4V alloy. The introduction of the TiN transition layer greatly improved the wear resistance of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy, and the adhesion strength of the HA layer to the substrate increased from 6.50?±?0.5?N to 11.70?±?1.2?N, an increase of 56%. The HA/TiN coating surface consisted of uniform hemispherical particles with dense structure and invisible defects (micro-cracks and pores). For the HA surface layer, the crystal structure and active hydroxyl (-OH) group was restored after heat treatment. Potentiodynamic polarization experiments indicated that the HA/TiN coating achieved the lowest corrosion current density and the most positive corrosion potential compared to the single TiN layer and Ti-6Al-4V alloy. In summary, it can be conclude that the gradient transition layer can well improve the mechanical properties and electrochemical behavior of the titanium alloy, and largely ensuring the stability of the surface bioactive coating.  相似文献

Ultrasonic fatigue tests were conducted at the stress ratios of −1, −0.5, −0.1, 0.1 and 0.5 for a Ti–6Al–4V alloy in high-cycle and very-high-cycle fatigue regimes. Experimental results showed that faceted crack initiation was the main failure mode for specimens at the stress ratios of −0.1, 0.1 and 0.5, and multi-site faceted crack initiation was observed at the stress ratios of 0.1 and 0.5. The measurements indicated that the number of facets increased with the increase of stress ratio. Based on the observations, the mechanism of faceted crack initiation was proposed, i.e., (i) cleavage of isolated primary α grains in cluster; (ii) gradual growth of originated cracks (facets), and the coalescence of adjacent facets; and (iii) coalesced facets forming a main crack in the cluster. Moreover, a model based on Poisson defect distribution is proposed to describe the effects of stress ratio on faceted crack initiation, which is in agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

Abstract

The isothermal constant stress creep tests data for a 9Cr–1Mo–0·2V (P91 type) steel were submitted for a phenomenological analysis in order to obtain the relevant creep equation for such steel. Namely, the minimum creep strain rate of P91 type steel cannot be described by the simple Arrhenius type power law constitutive model. The incorporation of the threshold stress concept in the analysis of creep data leads to a modified power law, which satisfactorily describes the creep behaviour of the examined P91 steel. However, the threshold stress is not a good material parameter, as it often varies with temperature and/or applied stress. This adds uncertainty to the extrapolation of the creep rates into ranges where experimental data are not available. Besides the fact that the physical foundation for a threshold stress is questionable from a scientific point of view, this is a serious practical limitation of the modified power law creep equation. The second creep equation proposed in the present paper is the improved stress dependent energy barrier model. The improvement of the standard model is based on two assumptions: first, on the hypothesis that the application of a stress also affects the energy barrier to be overcome when a local region transitions from the initial to the final state, and second, by applying a simple power function of stress instead of a hyperbolic sin function in the model based equation. The obtained value of stress exponent, n=5·5, is too high for entirely climb controlled creep. The apparent activation energy of approximately 510 to 545 kJ mol?1, which is considerably higher than the activation energy for lattice diffusion, is the stress dependent activation energy of the slowest, dominant rate controlling process of the supposed multiple creep mechanisms.  相似文献

In this paper, the reason of 50Mn2V transverse cracking is studied by optical metallographic, SEM and in situ analysis system. Results show that the pearlite is surrounded by the net‐like pro‐eutectoid ferrite which locates at the former austenite grain boundary, the hydrogen content (ca.2 × 10?4 wt%) exceeds the critical solubility in room temperature structure, divers types, and sizes inclusions (10–100 µm), plenty of fissures (2–50 µm) and classical cleavage fracture surface are obviously observed, meanwhile, a great degree of elements segregation (P, S, V, Ni, Cr correspond to 1.757, 1.674, 1.729, 1.475, 1.195, respectively) and a poorly 0.9283 integral density exist in this blank. From the above, internal gas pressure should be the dominant factor that leads the transverse embrittlement, while internal stresses, element segregation, and defects play an ancillary role.  相似文献

The phase equilibria in the Fe–Ni–V ternary system were investigated by means of electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Three isothermal sections of the Fe–Ni–V ternary system at 1000 °C, 1100 °C and 1200 °C were established. On the basis of the obtained experimental data, the phase equilibria in the Fe–Ni–V system were thermodynamically assessed using (CALculation of PHAse Diagrams) CALPHAD method, and a consistent set of thermodynamic parameters leading to reasonable agreement between the calculated results and experimental data was obtained.  相似文献

Accompanied by the popularization of EVs, the planning of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations becomes an important concern of distribution network planning. In this paper, the load density method is introduced to determine the optimal capacity of the EV charging stations in the areas to be planned, and the difference between 1 and the weight coefficients obtained by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to calculate the cost coefficients of the charging station. The objective function of the optimal distribution network planning model should be the minimal cost of the fixed investments, the operational costs and the maintenance costs including the substations, charging stations and feeders. In this model, the effect of vehicle-to-grid (V2G) is considered, i.e., the EV is respectively treated as both the load and the source. Moreover, the electricity price volatility has been taken into consideration. In this case, EV owners can be guided to charge and discharge EV orderly. The ordinal optimization approach is applied to get the best solution. The results of the case study based on IEEE 54 nodes model show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献

The W transformation, a matrix transformation, is developed and applied for the mixed analysis of variance model to compute maximum likelihood estimates of the variance components and fixed parameters. This transformation not only eliminates the need for the explicit computation of the n × n inverse matrix H?l but permits handling the iterative calculations such that they do not depend upon n (the number of observations) in any way. Although not wedded to a particular numerical method, the W transformation is implemented in conjunction with a modified Newton-Raphson method in which variance components are restricted to being non-negative.  相似文献
