热处理对Ti-25V-15Cr-2Al-2Mo-0.2C合金组织稳定性的影响

研究了热处理对Ti-25V-15Cr-2A1-2Mo-0.2C阻燃β钛合金组织稳定性的影响。结果表明，高温固溶并直接时效处理导致合金β基体上析出较多的α相沉淀，尤其在随后的热暴露组织中形成了恶化合金塑性的连续晶界α膜。然而，若在时效前再进行一次低温固溶处理则可明显减少α相的析出数量，合金的热稳定性因此而得到显著改善。     

Water‐Stable,Magnetic Silica–Cobalt/Cobalt Oxide–Silica Multishell Submicrometer Spheres

A method to produce monodisperse magnetic composite spheres with diameters from less than 100 nm to more than 1 μm in water solution is reported. The spheres consist of a dielectric silica core and a cobalt/cobalt oxide shell which can be protected from further oxidation with an outer shell of silica or, alternatively, they can be covered with the polymer polyvinylpyrrolidone as a stabilizer. The formation of a uniform magnetic shell proceeds with the adsorption of metallic cobalt seeds, produced by the reduction of cobalt chloride with sodium borohydride, on a self‐assembled layer of polyelectrolytes on the silica core. In the second step, an outer silica shell can be formed by the hydrolysis and condensation of (3‐aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane. The double‐shell composite spheres show excellent sphericity, monodispersity, and a magnetic hysteresis loop at room temperature.     

Low Electrical Percolation Threshold of Silver and Copper Nanowires in Polystyrene Composites

Silver and copper nanowires have been synthesized using a scalable method of AC electrodeposition into porous aluminum oxide templates, which produces gram quantities of metal nanowires ca. 25 nm in diameter and up to 5 and 10 μm in length for Ag and Cu, respectively. The nanowires have been used to prepare polystyrene nanocomposites by solution processing. Electrical resistivity measurements performed on polymer nanocomposites containing different volume fractions of metal indicate that low percolation thresholds of nanowires are attained between compositions of 0.25 and 0.75 vol %.     

Catalytic oxidation of sulphide ions to elementary sulphur in aqueous solutions over transition metal oxides

The catalytic activity of a wide range of transition metal oxides in oxidation of sulphide ions by air in aqueous medium was studied. Some specific features of the reaction mechanism on some of the studied oxides were considered. The transition metal oxides are promising catalysts for practical application. Some of these oxides will allow the preparation of catalysts possessing activity comparable to that of the cobalt phthalocyanine based catalysts, popular in industrial practice.     

超声波在金属凝固中的应用与发展

简要介绍了超声波及其基本特性，综述了高能超声对金属凝固过程作用方面的研究和应用状况，提出超声处理是改善金属凝固组织，提高力学性能的有效方法，并对21世纪超声凝固细晶技术的前景进行了展望。     

黑色金属常温磷化发黑

提出了一种新型黑色金属常温磷化发黑工艺，研究了影响膜层质量的各种因素，结果表明，常温磷化发黑集常温发黑和常温磷化二者的优点，磷化发黑膜层是磷化膜与发黑膜协同生长形成的“共生膜”。黑色金属在10－15℃范围内处理6－10min，可以获得防护和装饰性能优良的磷化发黑膜。     

A comparison of backpropagation and general regression neural networks in quantative trace metal analysis using anodic stripping voltammetry and cybernetic instrumentation

A comparison is made between backpropagation and general regression neural networks for the prediction of parts per billion lead concentration when used to process data obtained from digested curry powder by the electrochemical analysis method of differential pulse, anodic stripping at a thin film mercury electrode (TFME). Two data sets are used, one requiring the net to classify an unknown analytical data vector into one of a number of previously learnt concentrations, and one requiring the net to predict the probable concentration of an unknown sample by interpolation of the already learnt concentrations. For both of these data sets the general regression neural network is shown to train faster and to provide results superior to those obtained by backpropagation.     

两种不同界面结合强度碳/铝复合材料的内耗特性

本文研究了两种不同界面结合强度的碳/铝复合材料经不同次数加载热循环处理后的内耗值及内耗机制。弱界面结合的C/L2复合材料的内耗值变化主要由界面脱粘引起,而强界面结合的C/LD2复合材料的内耗值变化主要由位错运动所致。     

金属清净剂的性能研究

为了改进金属清净剂的抗氧性和极压抗磨性能，用一种含硫磷的羧酸衍生物部分中和清净剂中过碱性组分，得到两种改进的金属清净剂，并用四球机和热重分析仪评价其极压抗磨和抗氧化性能。结果表明功能化处理提高了金属清净剂抗氧化和极压性能，但未对分散和抗磨性能产生显著影响。     

连铸铝镇静钢的钢水准备

在连铸生产铝镇静钢时,水口絮流一直是困扰工程技术人员的一个难题.从絮流的原因入手,分析了Al2O3生成的控制.并介绍了几种钢水钙化的方法,从中比较出用复合造渣材料来解决浇铸铝镇静钢的优点.
