Lipid oxidation and discoloration are two important problems in the storage of pastırma, a meat product. In this research, the usability of lyophilized red beet water extract (LRBWE) in cemen paste and its effects on the pastırma quality (especially colour, protein and lipid oxidation, microbial and sensory properties) were investigated during storage. Two trials were conducted; in trial 1, LRBWE was obtained, its various properties were designated and effects on the cemen paste of these extracts (0.0%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% 1.0% and 1.2%) were determined. In trial 2, pastırma with cemen paste containing 0.8%, 1.0% and 1.2% LRBWE were produced and stored at 4 ± 1 °C for 150 days. The LRBWE did not influence protein oxidation of pastırma, whereas increasing LRBWE level led to a decrease in lipid oxidation (P < 0.01), and an increase in redness (a1) value (P < 0.01) and sensory properties (P < 0.01) of sliced pastırma compared with control pastırma. These results revealed that the addition of 1.0% or 1.2% LRBWE to cemen paste was effective to improve the colour stability, lipid oxidation, microbial and sensory quality of pastırma during storage.  相似文献

This work investigates the corrosion behavior of AlSi10Mg alloy produced by selective laser melting (SLM) and the counterparts heat-treated at 450-550 °C in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. Electrochemical measurements and weight loss tests together with microstructural characterizations were conducted. The SLM-produced alloy displays a microstructure with a continuous network of Si particles, exhibiting superior corrosion behavior. After heat treatment, the Si particles are coarsened and isolated and Al matrix dissolves into their surrounding area, thereby degrading the corrosion resistance properties. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of AlSi10Mg alloy degrades with increasing the heat treatment temperature.  相似文献

采用中国煤炭价格指数、中国煤炭市场景气指数、中国煤炭市场预期指数和煤炭行业失业率作为我国煤炭经济发展的代表变量,选取2013年9月~2018年7月之间的交易数据,构建VAR模型,研究了动力煤期货价格与中国煤炭价格指数、中国煤炭市场景气指数、中国煤炭市场预期指数和煤炭行业失业率之间的动态关系。格兰杰因果检验表明:国内动力煤期货价格是中国煤炭价格指数、中国煤炭市场景气指数、中国煤炭市场预期指数和煤炭行业失业率的格兰杰原因。脉冲响应和方差分解分析表明:动力煤期货价格波动会引起中国煤炭市场景气度同方向变动;滞后2阶的动力煤期货价格上涨会使得中国煤炭市场预期指数上升;滞后2阶动力煤期货价格上涨,失业率降低。长期来看,动力煤期货价格上涨会使得失业率降低,动力煤期货价格与我国煤炭经济发展之间呈现动态均衡关系。  相似文献

This work deals with the evaluation of levelized costs of energy and hydrogen of wind farms and concentrated photovoltaic thermal systems. The production of hydrogen is ensured by an alkaline water electrolyser supplied by the electric current generated by the renewable energy sources. The study is carried out on the basis of meteorological data from the Tangier region, in Morocco. Mathematical models are developed to assess the performance and efficiency of renewable sources in terms of energy and hydrogen production for different installed powers. The comparison between the current results and those of previous work shows that the discrepancy did not exceed 6% for both electrical and thermal efficiency of the concentrated photovoltaic/thermal system. The results show that the energy consumption ratios of the electrolyzer are 61 and 64 kWh.kg−1 for wind and solar energy, respectively. Wind and solar hydrogen production efficiencies are also 66 and 62%, respectively. Results show that levelized costs of energy and hydrogen decrease with the increase in installed wind and photovoltaic capacity. The overall results also show that the Tangier region can produce energy and hydrogen at low cost using wind energy compared to concentrated photovoltaic installations. For the hybridization of the two green sources studied, this is highly recommended provided that the capacity of the electrolyzer to be installed is optimal in order to effectively improve the production of hydrogen.  相似文献

In this paper a novel strategy using type-3 (T3) fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) is designed for voltage management in the hybrid systems that include photovoltaic, battery and hydrogen fuel cells (FC). The stability and robustness are proved in the versus of time-variable irradiation, temperature and output load. The suggested T3-FLS is learned by tuning laws that are concluded form robustness analysis. The effects of perturbations and estimation errors are compensated by the schemed controller such that a good regulation performance to be achieved. The performance of the suggested technique is examined under challenging conditions such as time-variable and unknown dynamics, variable irradiation, variable temperature and abruptly changes in output load. Comparison with classic management methods show that the suggested approach results in better regulation performance, in the circumstances that, unlike to the compared methods, the mathematical dynamics of all units are assumed to be unknown.  相似文献

The accurate control of automotive fuel cell oxygen excess ratio (OER) is necessary to improve system efficiency and service life. To this end, an anti-disturbance control driven by a feedback linearization model predictive control (MPC)-based cascade scheme is proposed. It considers strong nonlinear coupling and disturbance injection of fuel cell oxygen supply. A six-order nonlinear fuel cell oxygen feeding model is presented. It is further formulated using an extended state observer to rapidly reconstruct the OER, to overcome the slow response and interference errors of sensor measurements. In the proposed cascade control, the outer loop is the anti-disturbance control which is used to realize the optimized OER tracking and the inner loop via the feedback linearization to linearize the oxygen feeding behaviors conducts MPC to regulate the air compressor output mass flow. The feedback linearization demonstrates a robust tracking performance of nonlinear outputs, and the integral absolute error of anti-disturbance control is 0.3021 lower than that of PI control under a custom test condition. Finally, the numerical validation on a hybrid driving cycle indicates that the proposed cascade control can regulate the fuel cell OER with an average absolute error of 0.02313 in the high air compressor operation efficiency zone.  相似文献

In this work, graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) nanosheets/quantum dots (NS/QD) was prepared using a simple and low-cost procedure. By two steps exfoliation in a bath and tip sonicator, the g-C3N4 (NS/QD) was produced from bulk g-C3N4. To improve electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), the g-C3N4 (NS/QD) were modified by the MoS2 nanostructures. Nanocomposite of the g-C3N4 (NS/QD) with MoS2 nanostructures was deposited on a flexible, conductive and three dimensional carbon cloth by a facile and binder-free electrophoretic technique. This electrode exhibited a Tafel slope of 88 mV/dec and an overpotential of 0.28 V vs RHE at −2 mA/cm2, lower than that of the g-C3N4, and good stability after 1000 cycles and 100 days for HER. The enhanced electrocatalytic performance was attributed to the MoS2 and g-C3N4 nanostructures on three dimensional carbon cloth, leading to high surface area and more number of the exposed active sites for HER. This heterostructure improved charge transport, proton adsorption and hydrogen evolution on the electrode. This work proposes cost-effective, stable and three dimensional g-C3N4 based electrode for hydrogen evolution reaction.  相似文献

Electrical characteristics of photovoltaic (PV) modules are significant for using in PV array and standalone applications. Therefore, when designing a PV system, these characteristics must be considered. Some methods are developed to achieve the electrical characteristics of PV modules and one of them is using a capacitor where it is connected to output of the PV module as a load. This method based on measuring the current and voltage of the capacitor during its charging. Thus, the electrical characteristics of the module can be obtained by using these measurements. In this article, Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) based method with using a capacitor is proposed to get electrical characteristics of the PV module. The method firstly simulated in Matlab-Simulink environment and promising results are obtained. Then, the method is performed by the FPGA based experimental system. At the same time, to prove experimental results, the electrical characteristics are derived by using an electronic load device. The experimental results show that the electrical characteristics can be accurately obtained by the proposed method.  相似文献

The hydrogen industry in Australia has gained tremendous momentum in 2018 and after the publishing of the National Hydrogen Roadmap. In this study, a comprehensive review of the recent history of hydrogen-related activities and publications, as well as hydrogen funding programs and the funded projects, was conducted. Most of these activities were tabulated and discussed from the perspective of sorting, documentation, and contrast. The broad picture indicates the need and necessity of a unified national database for the hydrogen industry landscape. An innovative modular online (web-based) crowdsourced database platform is introduced in this paper as the “Australia Hydrogen Industry Knowledge-Sharing Platform” to include all hydrogen-related activities in Australia. This web-based platform will be presented in the form of a business to generate revenue to offset operation and maintenance costs and ensure the system updating. This study will not only guide the Australian governments and/or stakeholders to develop a hydrogen economy for the future but also other countries to promote their hydrogen industry.  相似文献
