Heat transfer within ceramic feedstock powders is still unclear, which impedes optimization of the thermal and mechanical properties of the thermal sprayed coatings. The microspheres (yttria-stabilized zirconia YSZ and lanthanum zirconate LZO) were prepared via the electro-spraying assisted phase inversion method (ESP). The thermal properties of the two ESP microspheres and a commercial hollow spherical powder (HOSP) were investigated by using theoretical, experimental, and simulation methods. Thermal conductivity of the single microsphere was estimated via a novel nest model that was derived from the Maxwell-Eucken 1 and the EMT model. Thermal conductivity of a single YSZ/LZO-ESP microsphere prepared at 1100–1200 °C was within 0.36–0.75 W/m K, which was ~ 20 % lower than that of a single YSZ-HOSP microsphere with a similar porosity. Heat flux simulation showed that high tortuosity around the multi-scaled voids of the ESP microsphere led to a more efficient decrease in thermal conductivity compared with total porosity. 相似文献

在预测轴承剩余使用寿命时,数据间的时序特性是一个可以利用的重要隐藏信息。为了更好地提取具有时序信息的特征用于预测,提出了一种基于并行多通道卷积长短时记忆网络(PMCCNN-LSTM)的剩余使用寿命预测模型。该模型主要由两部分组成:前端为并行多通道卷积网络(PMCCNN),提取信号特征,挖掘数据的时序特性,并采用逐层训练和微调的方式提升参数的收敛性;后端为长短时记忆(LSTM)网络,基于特征进行剩余使用寿命预测,并采用加权平均的方法对预测结果进行平滑处理。在一个轴承加速寿命实验的公开数据集上使用留一法验证了该模型的准确性,实验结果表明:所提模型的平均误差与最大误差分别比传统的卷积神经网络(CNN)低23.38%和15.84%,比传统的LSTM低24.14%和19.01%,比卷积长短时记忆网络(CNN-LSTM)低30.32%和23.09%。 相似文献

基于双应力加速寿命试验的关节轴承寿命预测与可靠性分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
自润滑关节轴承寿命主要是由衬垫的磨损性能决定的,但衬垫的磨损一般是非线性的,使得寿命难以预测。采用同时改变载荷和摆频2种应力的方法进行加速寿命试验,建立以pv值、磨损量退化数据为输入参数,寿命值为输出参数的灰色神经网络预测模型。经验证该预测模型对关节轴承寿命预测的最大误差仅为7.33%,平均误差仅为3.892%。对不同加速应力下自润滑关节轴承可靠性进行评估,结果表明,关节轴承的可靠性在L_(10)(可靠度为90%时的寿命)之前下降趋势缓慢,然后迅速下降,pv值越大可靠性下降越迅速;随着pv值的增大,关节轴承寿命近似呈指数下降,经验证可用逆幂率加速模型反映二者关系。 相似文献

This paper presents parallel multipopulation differential evolutionary particle swarm optimization (DEEPSO) for voltage and reactive power control (VQC). The problem can be formulated as a mixed integer nonlinear optimization problem and various evolutionary computation techniques have been applied to the problem including PSO, differential evolution (DE), and DEEPSO. Since VQC is one of the online controls, speed‐up of computation is required. Moreover, there is still room for improvement in solution quality. This paper applies parallel multipopulation DEEPSO in order to speed up the calculation and improve solution quality. The proposed method is applied to IEEE 30, 57, and 118 bus systems. The results indicate that the proposed method can realize fast computation and minimize more active power losses than the conventional evolutionary computation techniques. 相似文献

Significant emergency measures should be taken until an emergency event occurs. It is understood that the emergency is characterized by limited time and information, harmfulness and uncertainty, and decision-makers are always critically bound by uncertainty and risk. This paper introduces many novel approaches to addressing the emergency situation of COVID-19 under spherical fuzzy environment. Fundamentally, the paper includes six main sections to achieve appropriate and accurate measures to address the situation of emergency decision-making. As the spherical fuzzy set (FS) is a generalized framework of fuzzy structure to handle more uncertainty and ambiguity in decision-making problems (DMPs). First, we discuss basic algebraic operational laws (AOLs) under spherical FS. In addition, elaborate on the deficiency of existing AOLs and present three cases to address the validity of the proposed novel AOLs under spherical fuzzy settings. Second, we present a list of Einstein aggregation operators (AgOp) based on the Einstein norm to aggregate uncertain information in DMPs. Thirdly, we are introducing two techniques to demonstrate the unknown weight of the criteria. Fourthly, we develop extended TOPSIS and Gray relational analysis approaches based on AgOp with unknown weight information of the criteria. In fifth, we design three algorithms to address the uncertainty and ambiguity information in emergency DMPs. Finally, the numerical case study of the novel carnivorous (COVID-19) situation is provided as an application for emergency decision-making based on the proposed three algorithms. Results explore the effectiveness of our proposed methodologies and provide accurate emergency measures to address the global uncertainty of COVID-19. 相似文献

A model for the simulation of geothermal systems with parallel- and series-connected boreholes is presented. Mass and heat balance problems are formulated for each component in the system and are assembled into system-level problems. A third problem is formulated to account for heat transfer in the bore field, using the finite line source solution. This third problem is coupled to the system-level heat balance problem by an analytical solution of the heat transfer inside boreholes with multiple U-tubes. The simulation model allows for any number of independent fluid loops within the bore field or within individual boreholes and allows for combinations of specified inlet fluid temperatures and heat extraction rates in independent fluid loops. The model accounts for the axial variation of the fluid and borehole wall temperatures and heat extraction rates. This paper presents an underactuated mobile manipulator (UMM) and focuses on solving modeling, tracking, and vibration- and balance-control problems. Although the study has been directed at warehousing applications, the developed techniques are general and can be applied to other applications. The derivation of equations of motion of the UMM, disturbance analysis, and model validation are investigated to reveal the actual system dynamics. Additionally, a simple but effective strategy is also developed to solve the equilibrium point and balance problem. Based on the dynamic model, two control architectures are proposed: Model Predictive Control (MPC) and MPC+Proportional-Integral (PI) with integral actions, respectively, and they can also be applied to other robotic systems. Compared to other MPC-based control strategies, the proposed controllers require less effort to implement in practice. Excavators are used for a wide range of applications like earthworks and material handling. Assistance systems are becoming more common to support the operator. For monitoring and control based assistance functions the angular position, velocity and acceleration of the joints from the working implement are required. Commercial systems often use inertial measurement units, consisting of triaxial accelerometers and gyroscopes, to accomplish an estimation of those states. A novel joint angle, velocity and acceleration estimation for hydraulic manipulators is proposed and compared to state of the art methods. A decentralized kinematic filter using no information about the underlying system and a centralized kinematic filter taking the system kinematics into account are implemented as state of the art approaches. Both filters only use inertial measurement units to obtain information about the current state of the system. The novel centralized dynamic filter uses the same information as the centralized kinematic filter and extends it by a dynamic model containing additional information about the angular acceleration due to pressure readings of the hydraulic cylinders. Kalman filtering is used to combine the derived system and measurement models with the sensor information. The methods are evaluated on a material handling excavator for single and coupled movements of the working implement. The novel centralized dynamic filter enables improvements for the angular acceleration estimation compared to the decentralized and centralized kinematic filter.
