介绍415/45R22.5 20PR宽基无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计.结构设计:外直径948mm,断面竟420mm,行驶面宽度352mm,行驶面弧度高14 mm,胎圈着合宽度368mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.046,胎面采用2条纵向主花纹沟设计.施工设计:采用双复合胎面,1#,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT钢丝帘线,钢丝圈采用φ1.65 mm镀锡青铜高强度胎圈钢丝,采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、硫化机硫化.成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能符合相关设计和标准要求,且接地印痕压力分布良好. 相似文献

In this research,the tire deformations due to rotation are divided into three parts:tread,belt and carcass.Tread deformation is obtained by using a rotating hollow cylinder model,belt expansion is calculated according to the laminated composite shell theory,and a formula of dynamic equilibrium profile is built to investigate carcass deformation.Moreover,a simple method is used to predict the footprint changes caused by tire deformation.Results show that a large deformation is occurring at tire shoulder,a smaller one at tread centre,and the shoulder deformations are mostly caused by carcass.Length of footprint side edges increases with tire rolling speed increasing.The predicted tread,belt,carcass deformations and footprint changes are in good agreement with finite element analysis(FEA) results.The proposed method and the results will offer a helpful guidance to tire and vehicle engineers. 相似文献

研究3×0.22/9×0.20CCUT特高强度钢丝帘线的性能及其替代3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT高强度钢丝帘线在12R22.5挂车专用无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明,与3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线相比,3×0.22/9×0.20CCUT钢丝帘线的直径和线密度较小,最小破断力略高,可以减小压延厚度和密度,降低压延工艺损耗,在保证轮胎综合使用性能的同时,促进轮胎轻量化,降低生产成本。 相似文献

研究铜、锌、钴三相合金镀层钢丝帘线贝泰威?结合无钴粘合胶料在轮胎中的应用,并与现行的黄铜(铜锌合金)镀层钢丝帘线结合含钴粘合胶料进行对比。结果表明:在高温高湿的老化条件下,与黄铜镀层钢丝帘线加含钴橡胶相比,贝泰威?钢丝帘线的粘合力明显提升,无钴胶料表现出优异的抗硫化返原性能;轮胎中贝泰威?钢丝帘线的剥离力和附胶率及覆胶形貌明显优于黄铜镀层钢丝帘线;使用贝泰威?钢丝帘线加无钴胶料的轮胎钢丝帘线粘合层的规整性明显优于使用黄铜镀层钢丝帘线加含钴胶料。 相似文献

研究0.16+5×0.205+9×0.215CCST新型钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明:以0.16+5×0.205+9×0.235CCST钢丝帘线替代0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235CCST钢丝帘线用于12R22.5 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,钢丝帘线的渗胶性能提高,刚度有所下降;成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能及耐久性能均满足企业标准要求,同时可减小钢丝帘布厚度和质量,降低轮胎的生产成本。 相似文献
