This article experimentally studied the large nonlinear deformation of VHB 4910 elastomer by uniaxial tests. The study reveals that the monotonic tensile stress-strain, hysteresis, cyclic stress softening, and multistep stress relaxation of this elastomer exhibit rate-sensitivity. Toughness, failure stress, and failure strain are shown to vary with strain rate. Maximum cyclic stress, hysteresis loss, residual strains in cyclic loading-unloading, and stress relaxation in multistep relaxation tests are also shown to be rate-sensitive. The analytical models are also proposed to predict certain important parameters, such as dissipative work, cyclic stress softening, cyclic residual strain, and relaxation stress in different states of deformation. 相似文献

ABSTRACT: The stress-relaxation and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) proton spin-spin relaxation time (1 H T2 ) measurements were performed to elucidate the gelation mechanism of heated and pressurized surimi gels. Numerical inverse Laplace transformation of the stress-relaxation data showedlarge distributions of stress-relaxation times and the Kohlrauch-Williams-Watts (KWW) equation described well the stress-relaxation process for each gel. NMR measurement gave information about the content of the exposed protein surface. From these results it is considered that the heat treatment induces the denaturation and re-aggregation of protein, which contribute to the formation of strong network structure. On the other hand, the pressure treatment contributes to the formation of weak cross-links made by the aggregation of protein in native form. 相似文献

对耐热弹性合金材料的抗松弛性能、弹性模量、弹簧扭矩进行了重点分析和研究。研究了合金在不同热处理工艺下对松弛率力学性能的影响,以及弹簧扭矩随扭转角度的变化情况。结果表明,研制的弹簧抗松弛性能优于进口产品;弹簧的扭矩性能满足国家重点试验机的要求;在达到扭矩值6.86N.m后回转90°,测得最低扭矩值测得为5.12N.m;普遍回转90°的扭矩值为5.45~5.65N.m。弹型模量温度系数βE计算得出为3.91×10-4/℃。计算610℃时弹性模量相对室温的变化为:ΔE/Eo=23.78%。 相似文献

岩石具有蠕变效应,对砂岩和泥岩岩样分别进行蠕变试验和松弛试验,采用广义Kelvin模型对试验数据作拟合,得到两类岩石在不同压力水平下的蠕变参数,采用有限元程序对重庆地区典型的泥、砂岩互层边坡作数值分析,考虑了边坡开挖卸荷影响区的岩层蠕变效应,分析结果表明,由于泥岩层的剧烈蠕变,支挡锚杆轴力随时间变化明显,最上排锚杆轴力增加幅度达132%,坡顶向外位移也显著增大,建议今后边坡支挡设计时对于上部支挡力增大,对上部尤其第一排锚杆重点加强,加强方法是增加配筋和增大锚固长度。 相似文献

为提高低透气性、高瓦斯煤层工作面的瓦斯预抽效果,对工作面瓦斯抽放新技术进行了研究.根据矿山压力分布规律和抽放钻孔的隔断控制作用,并利用工作面前方煤体受采动卸压后透气性显著提高这一特性,研究并试验了卸压区浅孔抽放技术,获得了该抽放技术的工艺参数.研究结果表明该抽放技术可行、系统可靠,能有效提高超前排放钻孔瓦斯排放效果、显著降低煤与瓦斯突出危险性,这对解决低透气性煤层在回采工作面生产过程中的瓦斯问题具有实际意义. 相似文献
