针对现有的混凝土裂缝检测算法在各种复杂环境中检测精度不够、鲁棒性不强的问题,根据深度学习理论和U-net模型,提出一种全U型网络的裂缝检测算法。首先,依照原U-net模型路线构建网络;然后,在每个池化层后都进行一次上采样,恢复其在池化层之前的特征图规格,并将其与池化之前的卷积层进行融合,将融合之后的特征图作为新的融合层与原U-net网络上采样之后的网络层进行融合;最后,为了验证算法的有效性,在测试集中进行实验。结果表明,所提算法的平均精确率可达到83.48%,召回率为85.08%,F1为84.11%,相较于原U-net分别提升了1.48%,4.68%和3.29%,在复杂环境中也能提取完整裂缝,保证了裂缝检测的鲁棒性。 相似文献

Fabrication of an electrocatalyst with remarkable electrocatalytic activity for both hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is important for the production of hydrogen energy. In this study, Ni–Co–W alloy urchin-like nanostructures were fabricated by binder-free and cost-effective electrochemical deposition method at different applied current densities and HER and OER electrocatalytic activity was studied. The results of this study showed that the microstructure and morphology are strongly influenced by the electrochemical deposition parameters and the best electrocatalytic properties are obtained at the electrode created at the 20 mA.cm−2applied current density. The optimum electrode requires −66 mV and 264 mV, respectively, for OER and HER reactions for delivering the 10 mA cm−2 current density. The optimum electrode also showed negligible potential change after 10 h electrolysis at 100 mA cm−2, which means remarkable electrocatalytic stability. In addition, when this electrode used as a for full water splitting, it required only 1.58 V to create a current density of 10 mA cm−2. Such excellent electrocatalytic activity and stability can be related to the high electrochemical active surface area, being binder-free, high intrinsic electrocatalytic activity and hydrophilicity. Electricity markets have suffered important modifications in recent decades in many countries, in which a competition framework has been established with the aim of improving market efficiency and reducing energy prices. However, this new paradigm does not assure optimal solutions, as new constraints can be introduced in optimization processes that can affect the resulting prices. An example of this situation is the establishment of power purchase agreements between producers and consumers. A wide literature can be found regarding electricity markets. Some of this literature refers to the theory of spot prices and its application to them. This paper deals with the obtaining, decomposition and deduction of behavior rules of spot prices, and their influence on established contractual relationships in a deregulated market environment which allows power purchase agreements between consumers and producers. It is performed by a deterministic modeling of the complete generation-grid system. The influence of the existence of this kind of agreements on both total costs and spot prices is discussed. 相似文献

The recent interest in microbial electrolysis cell (MEC) technology has led the research platform to develop full biological MECs (bioanode-biocathode, FB-MEC). This study focused on biohydrogen production from a biologically catalyzed MEC. A bioanode and a biocathode were initially enriched in a half biological MFC (bioanode-abiocathode, HB-MFC) and a half biological MEC (abioanode-biocathode, HB-MEC), respectively. The FB-MEC was established by transferring the biocathode of the HB-MEC and the bioanode of the HB-MFC to a two-chamber MEC. The FB-MEC was operated under batch (FB-MEC-B) and recirculation batch (FB-MEC-RB) modes of operation in the anodic chamber. The FB-MEC-B reached a maximum current density of 1.5 A/m2 and the FB-MEC-RB reached a maximum current density of 2.5 A/m2 at a similar applied voltage while the abiotic control system showed the maximum of 0.2 A/m2. Hydrogen production rate decreased in the FB-MEC compared to that of the HB-MEC. However, the cathodic hydrogen recovery increased from 42% obtained in the HB-MEC to 56% in the FB-MEC-B and 65% in the FB-MEC-RB, suggesting the efficient oxidation and reduction rates in the FB-MEC compared to the HB-MEC. The onset potential for hydrogen evolution reaction detected by linear sweep voltammetry analysis were −0.780 and −0.860 V vs Ag/AgCl for the FB-MEC-RB and the FB-MEC-B (−1.26 for the abiotic control MEC), respectively. Moreover, the results suggested that the FB-MEC worked more efficiently when the biocathode and the bioanode were enriched initially in half biological systems before transferring to the FB-MEC compared to that of the simultaneously enriched in one system. 相似文献

White light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) fabricated by single-phase full color emitting phosphor are an emerging solution for health lighting. The crystallographic site occupation of activators in a proper host lattice is crucial for sophisticated design of such phosphor. Here, we report a high quality white light-emitting phosphor Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Ce3+(K+),Eu2+,Mn2+ with spectral distribution covering whole visible region. Blue light emission originates from Ce3+ ions occupying preferentially Ba2+ site by controlling synthesis conditions. Green and red lights are obtained from Eu2+ occupying Ba2+ (and Ca2+) site and Mn2+ occupying Ca2+ site, respectively. In this triple-doped phosphor, strong red emission with a low concentration of Mn2+ is realized by the efficient energy transfer from Ce3+ and Eu2+ to Mn2+. Furthermore, high quality white light is accomplished by properly tuning the relative doping amount of Ce3+(K+)/Eu2+/Mn2+ based on efficient simultaneous energy transfer. The results indicate that Ba2Ca(BO3)2:Ce3+(K+),Eu2+,Mn2+ is a promising white light-emitting phosphor in WLEDs application. 相似文献

Color films are widely used for visual effect as well as for their functional properties. To date, however, synthesizing thin films with desired color remains challenging. In this work, AlN color films are deposited on Si wafers by precise control of the deposition time for different thickness during reactive magnetron sputtering from an Al target in Ar/N2 atmosphere. The thickness, morphology, structure, composition and color index are carefully examined by field emission scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, grazing incidence X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and colorimeter, respectively. As the film thickness changes from 57 nm to 165 nm, the film exhibits purple, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red in color. These colors repeat in the same order when the thickness goes over 165 nm. Once the thickness exceeds 467 nm, overlapping of colors takes place. The mechanisms are elucidated. 相似文献

The adsorption behavior of three polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in TX100 solution by activated carbon was studied aiming at surfactant recovery. Adsorption experiments were conducted in batch and column models. The adsorption data fitted well with the Langmuir isotherm model, Dubinin–Radushkevich isotherm models and pseudo-second-order kinetics model. Regarding column adsorption, the exhausting time of TX100 was shorter than the breakthrough time of PAH in the fixed AC column. This finding indicates the feasibility of reusing surfactants from soil-washing solutions. The total costs can reduce about $ 0.57 per 10 L washing solution with AC adsorption. 相似文献
