0–1膨胀几何分布的客观贝叶斯分析

在医疗卫生、金融证券等应用领域，经常会同时出现零观测值、一观测值较多的情况. 为更好地拟合这类数据，提出0–1膨胀几何分布模型并进行客观贝叶斯分析. 通过参数变换，得到Jeffreys先验和reference先验. 设计后验分布的抽样算法，设置不同的样本量和参数真值，采用数值模拟方法对不同客观先验下的估计效果进行评估.     

活塞鼓形外圆摩擦副仿真拟合优化设计

活塞外圆摩擦副自由曲面,形状复杂,三维数据拟合精度的高低,关系到活塞CAE分析结果的准确性和CAM制造的符合性。本文提出了以螺旋拟合数据的理论方法,代替环形数据拟合的方法,解决了变椭圆活塞型面的仿真建模精度问题,最后得到呈直线的外圆直径缩减量包络线,使得设计工作得到优化。     

柴油机的活塞设计分析以及强度校核的研究

柴油发动机活塞的优化设计准则是,活塞的刚度和强度能够满足发动机的负载要求。在工作过程中,活塞的热负荷和机械负荷比较大,甚至不需要活塞的设计使用高温高质量材料高强度和低的热膨胀系数。一个在其工作过程中的发动机的核心部件是活塞,活塞的顶部部分是发动机燃烧室的其中一部分。与此同时,壁厚和形状的参数应合理,以尽可能减少加热区域及其自身质量。根据柴油机活塞设计的最佳需求,以四缸发动机的活塞设计为例,进一步分析其基本零部件的设计标准和强度。     

Analysis of the ionospheric variability based on wavelet decomposition

In this work,the ionospheric variability is analyzed by applying the wavelet decomposition technique to the noontime fo F2,F10.7,interplanetary magnetic field(IMF)Bz,Ap,and lower thermospheric temperature at pressure of 10?4 h Pa in 2002.Results show that the variance of periodic oscillations in the ionosphere is largest in the 2–4-day period and declines with the increase of the period.The maximum variance of the periodic oscillations in solar irradiation is in the 16–32-day period.For geomagnetic activities,most of the variance is about equally distributed on intervals of periods shorter than 32 days.Variance distributions of IMF Bz and lower thermospheric temperature are similar to those of the ionosphere.They show the maximum in the 2–4-day period and decline with the increase of the period.By analyzing the distributions of the variances,the potential connections between the ionosphere and the external sources are discussed.     

压缩机网状气阀阀座结构的力学分析和应用

介绍活塞压缩机汽缸用网状气阀阀座的结构的力学分析。通过对实际应用中断裂阀座的应力计算,找到阀座断裂的原因,改进阀座结构,使气阀正常工作。     

滚动活塞压缩机径向间隙泄漏特性试验研究

利用自主设计的径向间隙等效装置模拟滚动活塞压缩机的径向泄漏通道,在此基础上研究了压缩机主轴转速、活塞径向间隙值、润滑油黏度、径向间隙油膜密封长度等因素对径向间隙工质泄漏特性的影响。利用气体收集装置对等效装置径向间隙泄漏的气体进行收集,同时用高速摄影记录下收集装置里气泡的动态变化过程,并通过图像处理技术获取气泡的面积,进而转换得到气体的泄漏量。试验表明:径向间隙处的气体泄漏量与转速、油膜密封角、润滑油黏度等因素存在着负相关的变化规律,其中气体泄漏量对转速和油膜密封角的变化表现较为敏感,而对润滑油黏度的变化则反应最小;另外,气体泄漏量与径向间隙值呈现明显正相关的关系。     

4M80(99)往复式压缩机活塞体设计缺陷改进

针对4M80往复式压缩机在使用中活塞体出现的故障导致压缩机无法继续使用问题,从活塞体本体设计﹑生产工艺﹑使用安装等方面进行分析,判断出活塞体缺陷所在并进行设计改造工作。     

Effects of Cooling Rate and Component on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Mg–Zn–Y Alloys

The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Zn–1Y and Mg–6Zn–3Y(wt%) alloys under different cooling rates were investigated. The results show that the second dendrite arm spacing(SDAS) of Mg–6Zn–1Y and Mg–6Zn–3Y is reduced by 32 and 30% with increasing cooling rates(Rc) from 10.2 to 23 K/s, which can be predicted using a empirical model of SDAS=68 R 0:45:45cand SDAS=73 R 0c, respectively. The compressive strength of both alloys increases with increasing the cooling rate, which is attributed to the increase of volume fraction(Vf) of secondary phases under high cooling rate. The interaction of the cooling rate and component with SDAS has been theoretically analyzed using interdependence theory.     

复合材料一体化钻井泵缸套产业化技术研究

介绍了复合材料一体化钻井泵缸套在产业化过程中的若干关键技术。通过对缸套内套材料成分和组织的优化研究,双液分时离心浇注工艺优化研究以及双液离心浇注工装开发,实现了新工艺缸套的产业化。与现行的热镶装双金属缸套工艺相比,采用新技术生产的缸套平均使用寿命超过750h,生产成本下降了20%。
