Process parameters influence on zone refining and thermodynamics analysis of 1,2-diphenylethane

Effective distribution coefficients of 9 impurities in 1,2-diphenylethane have been calculated by directional crystallization under different ambient frozen temperature. The effect of varied zone size, temperature difference between the melt and ambient frozen environment, number of zone on purity of 1,2-diphenylethane have been also investigated during the process of zone refining. The results indicate that the product purity in the intermediate purified region with varied zone size is higher 0.04%-0.2% than that with constant zone size. The product purity increases with temperature difference between the melt and ambient frozen environment. The appropriate temperature difference is adopted 50℃. The product purity in the intermediate region of sample bar with 2 molten zones is higher 0.05%-0.43% than that with 1 molten zone. In addition, the change of enthalpy and entropy between impurities and 1,2-diphenylethane have been determined.     

木片筛余物高得率半化学法清洁制浆技术研究

以太阳纸业备料车间木片筛选碎料（筛余物）为原料，对其烧碱法半化学制浆的实验室工艺和生产试验进行了研究。结果表明，筛余物采用半化学法制浆可获得较高得率和环压强度的纸浆，且用碱量对纸浆性能有显著影响。相对8%NaOH （相对于绝干原料）化学预处理，采用14%NaOH化学预处理结合两段浆浓22%的高浓磨浆工艺，所制半化学浆抄造浆张的裂断长和环压指数分别达2.89 km和9.76 N·m/g，是前者的1.9倍和1.2倍，而且优于现用国内OCC废纸浆抄造浆张；生产试验得到的浆张性能指标与实验室相吻合，其中紧度和环压强度分别达到GB/T 13023—2008瓦楞芯（原）纸AA级和A级优等品要求。     

A comparative study for consistency-based decision making with interval multiplicative preference relations

ABSTRACT

To ensure the reasonable application and perfect the theory of decision making with interval multiplicative preference relations (IMPRs), this paper continues to discuss decision making with IMPRs. After reviewing previous consistency concepts for IMPRs, we find that Krej?í’s consistency concept is more flexible and natural than others. However, it is insufficient to address IMPRs only using this concept. Considering this fact, this paper researches inconsistent and incomplete IMPRs that are usually encountered. First, programming models for addressing inconsistent and incomplete IMPRs are constructed. Then, this paper studies the consensus of individual IMPRs and defines a consensus index using the defined correlation coefficient. When the consensus requirement does not satisfy requirement, a programming model for improving consensus level is built, which can ensure the consistency. Subsequently, a procedure for group decision making with IMPRs is offered, and associated examples are provided to specifically show the application of main theoretical results.     

Simulation and energy optimization of the stabilizer tower of a pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit

Energy optimization of second distillation tower of a pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit has been studied by the thermal cycle of vapor recompression method. The mentioned cycle is connected to the second distillation tower of the stabilizer of pyrolysis gasoline, and the results are found promising. The composite pinch curve for both the current and the optimized methods are shown. Moreover, an increase in the heat transfer rate in heat exchanger E-1014 causes energy recovery in reboiler. According to simulation results, by vapor recompression to 1970 kPa and using this heat source for thermal integration, condenser and reboiler’s energies are decreased by 56.93 and 30.4 percentage, respectively.     

药用辅料对CYP3A活性的影响及其对仿制药质量和疗效一致性评价的指导作用

药物制剂的处方和工艺是保证药物质量和疗效的基础，药用辅料是药物制剂处方的重要组成部分。部分药用辅料可影响CYP3A的活性，继而可能影响其底物在体内的代谢和生物利用度。在中国和美国，相对生物利用度是仿制药研究的关键内容。我国正在推进仿制药质量和疗效一致性评价。因此，了解药用辅料对CYP3A的影响及其对一致性评价的指导作用具有十分重要的现实意义。     

Slag eye formation in single and dual bottom purged industrial steelmaking ladles

ABSTRACT

Argon gas is often injected from the bottom of the ladle during steel refining operations. The injected gas interacts with the liquid (metal and slag) bath and enhances the momentum, heat, and mass transfer rate in the melt. However, during these gas–liquid interactions, an opening of the slag layer called slag eye is formed, which exposes the molten metal surface to the atmosphere, which is generally undesirable. In the current work, a transient, three-dimensional mathematical model is used to study the turbulent gas–liquid interactions in single as well as dual bottom blown industrial steelmaking ladles. A Coupled Level Set Volume of Fluid (CLSVOF) model is used for tracking the steel-argon, steel-slag, and argon-slag interfaces, from which the slag-eye area has been predicted. It is found that the inlet gas purging rate, melt height, slag layer thickness, angular and radial positions of the gas inlets affect the slag opening area. Non-dimensional empirical correlations are proposed to predict the slag opening area in both single as well as dual purged ladles, using non-linear regression analysis.     

MooseFS热备元数据节点设计与实现

针对MooseFS元数据节点的单点故障问题，对MooseFS源码进行改造，为其增加一个热备的备元数据节点，并通过主备之间同步元数据，备节点回放操作日志等技术使得备元数据节点内存中的元数据时刻跟主元数据节点保持一致。当主元数据节点发生故障切换到备元数据节点后，备元数据节点无需从本地加载元数据即可快速接替主元数据节点对外提供服务。测试结果表明，备元数据节点本地和内存中的元数据均与主元数据节点保持一致，且故障恢复时间小于1 s。     

降低G级油井水泥初始稠度的控制措施

通过优化油井水泥熟料、油井水泥粉磨工艺、控制比表面积、SO3含量，有效降低油井水泥初始稠度。通过对水泥成品存储条件和存储时间的研究，确定了适宜的水泥出厂时间及后续工地的储存条件，保证了产品使用满足工地需求。     

企业社会责任对跨国并购绩效的影响——基于沪深A股上市企业的实证研究

为了帮助我国企业在跨国并购交易中更好地应对因企业社会责任表现所引起的跨国并购风险，平衡好经济利益诉求与社会责任的履行，论文以2009—2017年沪深A股上市公司109起成功的跨国并购事件为研究对象，基于利益相关者理论、社会契约理论与委托代理理论，研究了企业社会责任对于跨国并购绩效的影响，同时考虑了企业所有制、行业一致性和跨国并购经验的调节作用。采用多元回归模型的实证结果表明：1）企业社会责任对跨国并购绩效存在显著的正向影响；2）企业社会责任与跨国并购之间的正向关系受到国有属性与跨国并购经验的负向调节；3）当并购双方属于同一行业时，行业一致性会显著促进企业社会责任对跨国并购绩效的正向影响。建议企业主动披露企业社会责任履行状况并引入国际通行标准，也可借助国际公关公司制定企业社会责任战略。以上研究结论对中国企业履行社会责任方面具有一定的指导意义，同时也为跨国并购绩效的影响因素研究提供了新的理论视角。
