近年来我国鲜食玉米产业发展迅猛, 但同时也暴露出诸多产业乱象。梳理现有鲜食玉米标准体系是促进产业标准化、规范化的重要举措。本文通过对我国现行鲜食玉米标准进行梳理, 总结出目前我国鲜食玉米标准体系中抽样及一般性检测标准较完善、技术规程体系成熟、标准体系框架已建立的特点; 同时提出我国鲜食玉米标准体系存在技术规程标准内容重复、品质分级标准混乱、缺乏营养评价指标相关标准、感官评价标准混乱、缺乏甜糯玉米和笋玉米的相关标准、标准体系结构不合理等的问题; 并针对上述问题提出对应应统一技术规程标准, 建立营养评价体系, 统一品质分级标准, 统一感官评价指标, 完善甜糯玉米和笋玉米相关标准的解决办法。为鲜食玉米标准体系的建设及规范化提供参考和建议。  相似文献

This study investigated the antifungal activity and the potential antifungal mechanisms of 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde (HMB) against Aspergillus flavus (A. flavus). The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of HMB in preventing spore germination was 70 μg mL−1. HMB at MIC disrupted cell wall integrity by reducing the number of septa by 86.66% (P < 0.05) in mycelia and increased cell membrane permeability by about 14-fold (P < 0.05) evidenced by propidium iodide (PI) staining. Furthermore, HMB at MIC inhibited respiration by 33.33%. These results revealed that the antifungal activity of HMB against A. flavus could be attributed to the damaged cell wall integrity, cell membrane permeability and respiration metabolism. What’s more, A. flavus was completely restrained in corn kernels due to HMB. Therefore, HMB could be applied as an effective antifungal agent.  相似文献

γ‐Tocopherol‐5,6‐quinone (tocored) is of importance among the γ‐tocopherol (γ‐T) oxidant products and found in corn germ oil. Investigation on tocored is impeded in part by the difficulty to access high purity tocored. In this present study, high‐purity tocored is successfully prepared, and its antioxidant activity, together with γ‐T and TBHQ (positive control) in increasing concentrations in stripped corn germ oil is evaluated by Rancimat and Schaal oven tests. The stabilization factor in the Rancimat tests increases significantly (< 0.05) along with an increase in the levels of antioxidants. Furthermore, tocored exhibits higher stabilization than γ‐T in the Schaal oven tests, although its efficacy gradually increases up to 100 mg kg–1 and decreases significantly at higher levels (from 100 to 500 mg kg–1), drawn from the comprehensive parameter A (considering both efficiency and strength) changes (5.06–11.21). In addition, the curves illustrating the residual contents of tocored and γ‐T run in different ways when the four levels are taken into consideration, further bearing the above results. Tocored tends to be a potent natural antioxidant for edible corn germ oil preservation. Practical Application: The present work provides more clear procedures for high‐purity tocored synthesis. Furthermore, tocored may be a potential natural antioxidant that is especially suitable for lipid base food substrates. The results of the present work contribute to the deeper understanding of the antioxidant activity of γ‐tocopherol. The antioxidant activity of tocored is higher than γ‐tocopherol in Schaal oven test. Tocored is a bright orange‐red substance that affects the appearance of the edible oil. Meanwhile, γ‐tocopherol is well known for its valuable health benefits, and appropriate measures should be adopted to store oils (corn oil, soybean oil, and so on) rich in γ‐tocopherol to control transformation in order to keep stability optimal. To some degree, the practical applications of the present results are also related to the processing and storage of edible oils.  相似文献

以玉米秸秆为原料,通过碳化-磺化法制备了碳基固体酸(CSA),采用XRD、FTIR、XPS、SEM、阳离子交换与返滴定法等手段对其结构形貌进行表征,并考察了制备条件对固体酸表面活性基团含量与催化活性的影响。以NaOH/尿素冻融预处理后的纤维素为底物,研究了CSA催化纤维素水解糖化的效果与条件。结果表明:NaOH/尿素冻融预处理能够有效辅助固体酸催化纤维素水解,在350℃碳化2h、100℃磺化5h条件下制备的CSA催化性能最好,其酸量达3.94mmol/g,其中磺酸基、羧基、酚羟基含量分别为1.09mmol/g、1.36mmol/g、1.49mmol/g。在m(CSA)∶m(纤维素)=3∶1、水解温度200℃、水解时间为0.5h的条件下,纤维素水解还原糖得率与转化率分别为47.1%和63%。CSA循环利用3次催化活性下降不大。本研究可为废弃生物质原料制备的固体酸催化纤维素水解转化利用提供科学参考。  相似文献

Xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS) are known to have beneficial health properties, and are considered to be functional food ingredients. The objective of this study is to compare corn fibers separated from ground corn flour and distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) for XOS yield and optimum autohydrolysis conditions. Based on the initial xylan content, the fiber separated from ground corn flour (FC) resulted in higher XOS yield (71.5%) than the fiber separated from DDGS (FD) (54.6%) at the maximum XOS production conditions. XOS produced were mainly xylobiose and xylotriose. Based on total initial material also, FC resulted in higher XOS yield (8.9%) than FD (8.0%), based on total original masses. Thus, fiber separated from ground corn flour would be a better feedstock for production of XOS than fiber separated from DDGS. The conditions for maximum XOS production from FD and FC were 180 °C with 20 min hold-time and 190 °C with 10 min hold-time, respectively.  相似文献

The dilute acid hydrolysis using corn stover (CS) to produce reducible sugars was optimized by the response surface methodology. The electron-equivalent balances of the main metabolites during the dark fermentation (DF) using acid hydrolysate were investigated to identify the evolutions of the electron sinks over the course of DF. The additions of nickel ion and Ni0 nanoparticles (NPs) were found to effectively enhance the hydrogen production at experimental conditions. The optimal condition (HCl 2.5 wt%, hydrolyzing duration 105 minutes, pH=5, S/B=3.5, Ni0 NPs=10 mg/L-1) was achieved with YH2/S reaching 1.18 (mol.mol-1-glucose). The YH2/S increased from 0.7 (mol.mol-1-glucose) to 1.18 (mol.mol-1-glucose) reaching 40% hydrogen yield increase when Ni0 NPs was added to the fermentation broth. Among the investigated significant soluble metabolites, the butyric acid was found to serve as the largest e-sink in the electron-equivalent balance. The additions of Ni0 NPs at low level (below 10 mg/L) were found to appreciably increase the hydrogen production. The increased pH and substrate to biomass ratio were found to skew the metabolic balance from hydrogen production to the biosynthesis (an increase of biomass). The proposed anaerobic digestion model with consideration of the inhibitory factors model presents a good agreement with the experimental data. The chemical addition such as nickel ions, Ni0 NPs was found to be a practical approach in enhancing biohydrogen production using CS acid hydrolysate as cultivation broth.  相似文献
